They do nice eyebrows but it’s unsanitary. I seen her use the same thread on two people and there’s only one eyebrow brush used on everyone. Also my friend got her eyebrows tinted there and the brush wasn’t cleaned, she was tinting multiple people’s eyebrows without cleaning her implements. A few days later my friend got bumps all around her eyebrows. I’ve known this place for a while but when you start paying attention to their cleanliness, it’s not good so I’m not comfortable going back.

Naz is absolutely amazing. Today was my second appointment and I can honestly say she is the best at shaping the eyebrows and she does it so quickly, it’s truly impressive! To add to this, I’ve always felt that threading was so painful but I don’t know what she does but it’s actually pleasant. So glad to have found her!

The salon was super clean and has a great set up for social distancing. They require appointments to ensure limited amount of people in the salon waiting. Pani assisted me and she was great! She really took her time shaping my eyebrows and for the first time someone actually took the time to explain my eyebrows and their shape and her recommendation. Definitely recommend and will be back!

I wish I had taken a pic the next day. These pics are almost 1wk later. Shape was funky and my hairs where not trimmed enough.Those things you could just say, Oh well! and eat your loses! But what this pic doesnt show was the numerous micro cuts that I had all over both eyebrows. Top and bottom and one that was so deep the scab only fell off today (1wk later)I didnt get the artist name. I was trying to be understanding about the fact that the AC broke and she was trying to fix it while she had two of us waiting. But Man!, My face was in pain every time I washed it! It even hurt like crazy when she put the aloe gel on them and I said it to her. She gave me a nonchalant Im sorry and proceeded to ask me if I wanted to add the tip on the card!!! Say what???!!!! 😯But in my shock I did add $2 to the $14 that I paid to have the worst experience I have ever had getting my eyebrows done, threaded or otherwise!Im not into writing bad reviews but Ive been complaining all wk to my family so clearly I needed to say something to warn others. The artist might have had a bad day but that shouldnt come out in the work!PSThe first time I there I had such an amazing experience that I drove a half hour to go back there, when they were threading places closer to me. But the artist was different than the one I had previously.

I have been getting my eyebrows cleaned/shaped every two weeks since I was 12 years old. As you can imagine, Ive tried it all- threading, waxing, even plucking myself (note: DONT). Without question, the method that yields the most clean, sleek and shapely result is threading, and Pani does a SPECTACULAR job. My eyebrows have not looked this good in years! Today was my first visit to her boutique and I immediately decided shes my new eyebrow lady- an obvious testament to how talented and professional I believe she is. I would highly recommend her boutique if you want the best eyebrow threading experience.

I went and got my eyebrows threaded left with part of my eyebrow missing, they cut my face, and claim that my skin was sensitive, but I’ve never gotten my eyebrows threaded and left with my face bleeding right on the corner of my eye. It was was a terrible experience.

I give it 1 stars because this time the lady who did it was not customer friendly at all always come here and the indian lady is super nice !!! But today some lady was very aggresive on the skin since she was heavy set and when we paid in bills, but had like $2 in quarters since it was raining and didnt want to go out in the rain, she didnt want to accept it because it was xoins??

I recently moved to Florida and was looking for an eyebrow place, found this cute little spot. My girlfriends eyebrows were amazing. I loved mine until I realized that they had taken out more from one of my eyebrows than the other was very disappointed. But after all great experience and cheap!

03/16/2020 went to have my eyebrows threaded and walked in to the employee having lunch at the desk. She was pleasant and asked me to have a seat on the other side of the wall. When she emerges from the other side I politely ask her to sanitize her hands before touching my face and she refused!! She said she washed her hands already but I couldn’t verify that. She could see that I was 8 months pregnant and with the virus going around, I asked her why is putting sanitizer on your hands so difficult! She argued with me, and said something about breast cancer!! BAD BAD service!!! Don’t use this place and make sure they are with washing their hands in your view or applying sanitizer in your view. I left without service, and will never return. My life is more important.. I should report this place to the CDC for not following every precaution possible.

I came here because of all the great reviews. I took the time to read each one because I only trust my eyebrows with my person but they are out of town of two months so I came here. I showed several pictures- the sketches and pictures of how my eyebrow lady does MY eyebrows, to ask if she could do it and she said yes. However, it didn’t look like how I wanted. I told her and was told it was because my eyebrows are thick...... I rather be told upfront they wouldn’t be able to do it! Not try, mess up, and then blame it on my eyebrows. I still gave three stars because everyone was nice when I walked in and the wait was very short.

I have been getting my eyebrows done by Naz for about 4 years now. She is the best threader I have been to. She shapes your eyebrows well according to your face and does a very good job. Most threaders hold the thread in their mouths, but Naz does not. She uses a different technique that I prefer way more because it is cleaner and quick. She is very sweet and does a great job. I recommend everyone getting their eyebrows done here!

Today was my first time going there and I needed my eyebrows done nicely. I have trouble trusting people doing my eye brows. Once I got there I was referred to Enas chair. I told her I wanted to get my eyebrows wax but I told her to not make them thin because I realized they are not as thick as they use to be and she told me usually waxing causes them to thin rather she suggested threading which I told her I had bad experiences with in the past. So we moved back to the other chair, I was in and out she did an amazing job threading my brows and keeping their shape. Definitely will be going back.

OMG!!! I moved from a different state where I had got my eyebrows done from the same person for many years. Upon moving to Florida, I struggled to find someone who was as good and I stopped getting my eyebrows done after trying out someone who made them too thin. While growing them out, I did my research and came across Naz Brow Art. Seeing all the positive reviews I decided to give it a try. I walked into a cute little clean studio and was greeted by Perri, who is very sweet, patient and understanding. I showed her a picture of me of when my eyebrows were last done to my liking, and she took her time doing them just as I had asked, IF NOT BETTER!! I love them! They look so great and Ill definitely be returning. I recommend this place to everyone looking to get quality service at a decent price. Thank you so much for the amazing service!

If you need something fast, this is the place. Maybe the owner wasnt having a good day but she wasnt very nice. Not very detail oriented. She did the job fast but not good at all.

Pani took such good care of me. I went in with uneven, misshapen brows that Im trying to grow out and she gave me great tips and made them look amazing. I also appreciate that it was all polite business with very little/no small talk, as Im not one for small talk. I will 100% be returning because of Pani.

I am new in florida, I went there for my eye brows, they did it excellent, satisfied with their service.

My father took me here to get my lashes and tint done as a holiday gift the tint by no means was dark enough (i have almost black eyebrows) the eyelashes were 20$ for a single strip which lifted the next day where i go i pay 15$ for two strips that last up to two weeks - the owner didn’t care and was very RUDE said she would like to help in the beginning but ran the card without resolution/ i told all my friends they won’t be visiting anymore either. Bad quality.

Ensa definitely relieved me of my eyebrow anxiety today, I relocated to South Florida 4 months ago I have refused to let anyone touch my brows, I even flew back D.C to let my old artist do them once, today however I bit the bullet and trusted Ensa with my beautiful thick eyebrows and she did an amazing job, I got exactly what I asked for.....

It was my first time going into naz brow art only because of the Groupon discount when i first arrived it was raining and there was two woman doing eyebrows but the heavy set lady looked at me and didnt even say hello all she said was put your umbrella in the bin then when i sat down she didnt say nothing to me but all the other woman who was sitting down she was like hello how are you etc i dont like to make it about color but i believe because i was the only black girl in the room she felt like she didnt have to give me great customer service but the lady that ended up doing my eyebrows is the only reason im giving this place 4 stars she was very nice she didnt make me feel like i wasnt supposed to do there she did my eyebrows so perfect and thats why i gave it 4 stars but the owner was very rude to me made me feel like i wasnt supposed to be there and it was my first impression of her i paid for two sessions with them but after my last one i wont be back anybody who looks at me in a strange way or treat me wrong i dont need to spend my money with them at all.

This was the least amount of pain Ive ever experienced during threading. The artist, Esna I think she said was her name, said shes been threading for 2 years. She was courteous, sanitary, and super quick. I took off one star because she didnt shape my brows as well as my usual threading place at Sawgrass Mills Mall and her price was higher than their price.

Not the best experience. I walked in and the shop was empty which I liked, Because that meant fast service. She never got up to address me she just asked if I was here to do my eyebrows and told me have a seat in the chair when I said yes. She continued doing what ever she was doing in her phone before I walked in while I sat in the chair to wait for her. She hurt me multiple times while she was threading to the point I would have to push her hand away and to the extent where I told her to just leave my eyebrows alone and was ready to walk out of her shop. She said she had to fix it and had I not have to go back to work I was not going to let her finish at all. Ive done threading many many times and although I know there is a little bit of pain Ive never experience pain like I did with her. Just not some place I would go back again.
