Whether it be as a sounding board, getting the necessary parts ordered, providing the “things to watch out for” or even “donating” parts to my project, they have proven to be second to none!Rarely is it value-add to work with a “mom and pop” outfit over the big-box retailers, however The Cart Collection has shown that price and customer service is not a lost artI would highly recommend calling Gustav and the team for all your Golf Cart needs(In fact, I am already thinking about building a second cart, and The Cart Collection will be the first call I make!)

These guys are pros! You can tell that they love what they do and they care about their customers. They know all of the fun new trends with golf carts and are quick to respond about all of your questions. In the end, our golf cart came out better than expected. We refurbished a used cart and then added a whole bunch of features (lifted suspension, rims, steering wheel, etc.). It’s been a ton of fun to drive around and I know The Cart Collection will be there if something needs to be fixed or I want another upgrade!

Great Company! Professionally ran with great customer service. This company really cares about helping people. I have a cart that they are not dealers for. The company I purchased the cart from did not want to service it, as they were no longer dealers. I called Cart Collection because they are right down the street from my office. Cart Collection was quick to pick up the phone and give a helping hand. They picked up my cart in two days. My new cart was giving me a bumpy ride. The cart also swayed in in the wind. Even tho they are not dealers, they wanted to help. They found that my springs were heavy duty but my shocks could use an upgrade. But since my cart isnt from a common manufacturer, it was going to take some research as the upgrade would come from an aftermarket supplier. I felt bad knowing the challenge they chose to take on. They made the calls and tried a few shocks until they felt they improved the ride as much as possible. They invited me over to drive the cart, and the upgrades made a significant improvement. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. My experience with Cart Collection phenomenal to say the least. Thanks again Cart Collection for turning my cart from the wobble cart, to the smooth cart. From the sway cart, to the stay cart! I couldn’t be happier. You made our cart safer for my family! Thank you

I shopped at least 3 other local cart dealers in Palm county. All were decent but I liked the attention to detail and cleanliness of this shop. the owner, Gustav was (and remains after the sale) very attentive, pleasant and concerned with my wants. I had 2 problems which he addressed and took care of immediately, Came to my house to do so. Both non issues since. Prices were fair if not a hair more than others (they were all in the same area within a few bucs) but so well worth it that I recommended a friend who bought that day and now a couple others even though hes the furthest away. Cant go wrong here :)

Exceeded expectations in every way.Gustsav came out right after I called him to tell him I had an issue with the cart to examine it himself. He had to order cables and kept me updated on the shipment. Came out when he said he would to pick the cart up. I expected it to take a day or two to get it back, nope, had it back to me the same day.Just the best service you could imagine.
