Very displeased with this place, I had heard excellent things about cinema sound. I was supposed to have an in home consultation with Mike this morning. No phone call, and a no show. I texted him and he didnt even have the decency to respond to me. I passed up on overtime because I had this consultation scheduled. Ill go spend my money else where.

Amazing customer service! My Crestron Home system is beautiful! My lighting and motorized shades really added that custom look to my house. Highly recommended!

Service is beyond difficult to receive. And it’s not like it’s free. Steer clear of this place. Not worth the headache. You will constantly have to follow up.

System is ok. Buuuut, they rarely pick up, and when the secretary takes a message, they NEVER return the call!! My system often stops working, theres a whole issue w 4k. They made a hole on the wall and did t fix it!! We spent $10k w those guys and they couldn’t spend $200 on a handyman to patch it?? awful overall!!

Perfect example of ZERO service after the sale.Couldn’t care less that you need service, no returned phone calls, no matter how angry the messages you leave them, simply don’t give a damn !

Had a great experience

I called CSU to help with a problem that was created after working with another home theater company. CSU came in and saved the day, found what was causing the problem, and actually saved me money because I was able to return unnecessary equipment I had purchased from the other guy. System sounds WAY BETTER. My tech was Fred and he was knowledgeable and courteous. CSU is now my choice of anything home audio/video related!

Cinema Sound Unlimited company sold me a URC Remote control and would not give me the software disk to program the remote. Make sure that you get your software disk before you pay them.
