This is the second time I have used this company for AV projects. Most recently, Reference Audio’s security installation exceeded my expectations from the beginning to the end of the project. Reference recently installed a new wireless internet system in our house to replace a mesh system that I had installed. The actual components are high quality. The salesperson did a great job assessing our needs and providing alternative solutions. Scheduling was easy and the installer was precise, polite, knowledgeable and careful to maintain social distance while he was in our house. He also wore a mask whenever interacting with us. I am very satisfied with the work. I decided to use Reference because of past experience with the company which was excellent.

I recently needed a new tuner and receiver for my home audio system & contacted Reference Audio in Coralville for advice. Devin Guerrero came to my home to evaluate my situation and assess my needs. He considered as well the price range that I was considering. He promptly provided suggestions that met my needs and fit my budget. The technician, Giovanni (but whose family name I missed), came promptly as scheduled and did an excellent job. He verified the nature of the problem with my current set-up and then installed the new system. He checked its operation as tuner, CD player and turntable before considering his work done. He answered all of my questions, thoroughly and patiently. He removed my old equipment and left the living room with no signs of any work or mess; a terrific job. The system sounds great. In summary, a terrific experience from start to finish.

We have purchased a Marantz receiver, a turntable, a device to digitally record our records, and a wireless speaker. All were installed by Reference staff, and all work very very well. We are fortunate to have a company like this and the staff to do quality work! I really appreciate their expertise with all things digital. Well worth the money and costs! It feels good to be able to purchase quality electronics, rather than succumbing to the big box stores. Will I buy more from them? Absolutely

I havent kept up with todays audio options. I wanted a stellar stereo system. They were very helpful and patient with this old Rock hound. Now Ive got one that is truly excellent. Many thanks to Brock and Justin .

I had Reference Audio install a large TV over the mantel of a fireplace as well as a sound bar and sub. I was very pleased with both the service on the sales side (helping me understand my options) and the install side (making sure everything looked and functioned well).
