L had an excellent experience at Iowa Audiology. Dr. Carr explained why she was recommending a certain brand of hearing aids. Everyone was very friendly. I recommend the Center to anyone who may need hearing aids.

Team is always very helpful and they realize how important it is to help elderly individuals get their hearing aids repaired and back to them as soon as possible.

I worked as the audiology/office assistant for Iowa Audiology over the past year and I had a wonderful experience. This family-oriented team truly puts the needs of their patients first and provides honest customer service and care. The audiologists take the time to answer all their patients concerns and questions. Unlike many other hearing aid providers, they strongly encourage patients fitted with hearing aids to come back for routine appointments. If it werent for pursuing my masters degree now, I would have enjoyed working here for longer.

Dr. Klimara was great. She didnt push unnecessary tests or products. The first thing she asked was, How can I help you today?. Thats a big plus for me. Able to assist me with what I needed and nothing more. I would definitely recommend.
