The experience is really dictated by the customer service. If theres friendly and knowledgeable staff helping you, its great. Ive gotten great staff there as well as staff that just seems to be pushing whichever current sale towards me. If you know what you want, I recommend their website for sales. If youre a first time mom, Id go in a few times and try on different sales ladies. Dont forget to sign up for their first mom program! The affiliate gift certificates in the pack are misleading though--check S&H process before spending too much time picking items out.

Poor quality clothing. Only 30 day return policy even if you have a receipt. Wouldn’t even give store credit. Never buying from here again.
