While this place has been having a closing for remodel sign for as long as I can remember (maybe an advertising gimmick), they do have some good deals and a large selection of furniture. I bought a bed and metal bed frame but when I went to pick them up, on the day I told them I would, the metal bed frame was sold, so careful if you do not immediately take the items. That said, the sales person was friendly and helpful and the bed is comfortable and I am very happy with it, though I did have to get bed frame from Amazon.
Great 1st experience going furniture shopping for our first apartment. As a sales manager I know a good sales person and customer service when I see it and these guys get a 5 star + rating on that. Very informative, very open to learning what we need instead of pushing the most expensive stuff on us. Great pricing and fast and professional delivery and set up services. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase furniture for a good price and good experience to go here.P.S. I recently purchased a beautiful new sofa and loveseat from here. Theyre unbelievably comfortably and they gave us the throw pillows as well which I love. The no credit check financing was great as I am rebuilding my credit. The delivery guys were fast and careful and really kind! A great experience and a great price!
Just go and see for yourself! Huge showroom- good customer service (dealt with several different employees-all were great). You get Ashley, raymour etc brands at a discount. Delivery fee is low, and the actual delivery was SO QUICK—they were so kind as well.
This place is great! The customer service is excellent. I ordered many pieces from this company. Recently I purchased a delicate coffee table and it was handled with care and delivered the next day! They have great quality pieces for your home that will last and the prices are very reasonable. This is my go to place for home decor. They always go above and beyond for customers and are very pleasant to work with.

Will update rating & review when correct sofa is delivered! I was happy to find both items I needed on my recent visit to Cozy Living in Coram last week. It took some time but with the help and patience of the nice saleslady Evie I was able to purchase a much needed sofa and mattress,...she even went as far as moving a mattress to a lower display so I could try it! I was also happy to get the phone call that both pieces would be delivered yesterday since I have company coming this week,...but unfortunately when the men started to unpack the box my heart dropped when I saw the sofa was not the color that I ordered!!! The delivery man called the manager Lochan right away and he assured me it was the factorys mistake and that the correct color sofa would be shipped and delivered in 10 days,..:-(, ..Im disappointed it will take so long but will visit this review with an update when I have the right sofa in my home,...hopefully soon!Update: I increased my rating since the correct color couch got delivered 2 weeks later with just a few phone calls & emails,... and some patience!! Dont waste your money. I bought a table with 4 chair and a bench. Within 2 months, line of paint cracks showed at the top of table. First time I used, One of the bench leg cracked. I contacted the cozy living and explained what is wrong with the table. Without seeing the table or the pictures, I was told it must be a water damage. I took pics and send them. They told me they will get back to me within 2 weeks. it has been 3 months no one called me or contacted me.Dont buy anything from them, dont waste your money.They are so nice to you until you made a purchase, after that, goodluck to you with your purchase.
Bought a bedroom set from this location and the owner was incredibly rude and tried to say I never purchased a box spring when my receipt says I didThen he says that hell throw it in for me. Then to top it off I purchased a bed that had a led light hook up on it. He told me nd my father over and over again just have to plug it in. So we are loading our stuff on to the truck and the piece that plugs in is missing nd the owner only response was we can unload it and he can sell it to someone else. The customer service from this establishment eas just utterly disgusting never going there again Dont waste your time with this place!!!!!!!!

Really really low key hidden gem of a furniture place! Don’t let the front mislead you, there’s is so much more this store offers inside! The showroom is huge! We found a beautiful patio set tucked away in the back and had a great price tag for our budget. There are so many beautiful (not cheap looking) and durable furniture sets for any style! I honestly wish I had gotten my sofa here but oh well. There’s always a next time. The salespeople are laid back and don’t come at you in a harassing way. They are helpful with questions and inquiries. The snack area was helpful for the little ones!

This store is really great! They offer really nice furniture with several financing options. Even if you have an issue with a piece, they are on it immediately to get it corrected. We have bought dining, bedrooms and living room furniture from Cozy Living and have been very happy. Their sales staff and delivery guys are super nice!

Absolutely terrible customer service and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. They didn’t order our furniture on time when we ordered it two months prior to moving. Just to find out a month later that we still have no couch. So three months so far in total with no couch and the owner Peter is super quick to dodge every call or contact attempt we make to find out where our merchandise is. And the older sales woman with glasses and brown hair? She isn’t someone who should be in customer service. Everything is terrible about this place. Take your money else where if you can!
We went to purchase two bedroom sets and a living room set. Francisco greeted us as soon as we walked in. He didnt hover like all other furniture stores. He just greeted. He walked with us once he saw we really did want to buy. He listened to what we wanted and gave us his opinion as well. He answered all our questions and gave us valuable input. We visited both of the locations and found the selection to be one of the best we have seen. The prices were lower than most of the others. The staff was the most helpful and friendly that we dealt with, and we have probably been to 20 different stores.
We have purchased quite a few items for our home from Cozy Living. Peter has always been an absolute pleasure to work with. Very accommodating. This time we had Fahad help us. He was great as well. Me and my husband purchased a new home and went to this store to furnish our house. At first we was told it would take 10-12 days to receive our furniture which was very disappointing, however we received a call two days later and was informed our furniture was coming on Saturday, a whole lot quicker than we we anticipated. They gave a call hours in advance and confirmed with me that they were delivering. The two gentlemen were quick putting the bed frame together and it looks wonderful on the side of the room it was placed. I messed up the measurements for the original spot. Im happy for the new storage bed.
The delivery guys were prompt and courteous. They were in matching uniforms and very polite. Each worker had a tool belt on with all the needed tools to assemble the furniture. Once inside my home they were very careful to not damage any of the walls or other furniture. I would recommend this delivery company to anyone
Nice pleasant folks. Fine for the $. The delivery people were prompt, but left all the plastic wrapping stuff at the end of my driveway. We dont have garbage pick up until next week so I had to drag all that stuff back. The packaging materials should be taken away after the delivery
I had furniture delivered today n was very pleased w the delivery co.. I loved that they called ahead of time to tell me when they would b arriving.! Oscar was very pleasant n polite as well as his partner n assured me that they could move the furniture to fit properly in the space I had designated for my two pieces! They were also very mindful as they brought my pieces through the doorway as not to damage them.. I would highly recommend them as a delivery co!
I always shop at Cozy Living! They have the best prices and the nicest staff (not to mention the snack counter to keep my kiddies occupied!) This time I found a sectional CHEAP on an online site and Cozy Living price matched! And their delivery service brings in the furniture and assembles. Can’t beat it!

Should attend customers. They should listen what customer wants, not just try to sell whatever they have. Havent seen that many customers to go in but they are doing business. They charge for delivery. If you drive one more minutes on middle country road going east you will get better furniture store. Btw, you can bargain.

So In the first time it was great someone give me a good price for a bed who was 600 $ I paid full and then he said to me to pick it up the next day when I go there the next day the bed it didn’t have any screw and it wasn’t wrap how am I suppos to put that in my car and how am I supposed to set it up when It dosent have any screws. Yes great prices,but slow delivery. It took 3 weeks to get my couch, but they told me two weeks that we had to wait for another week because they had gotten the wrong order. What a mess but we are happy that we saved over $250 . They were the cheapest store around. I recommend that you shop your furniture there .

I bought a sofa at the store and paid upfront on credit to have it delivered in a week to my new house purchase. I asked about the return policy and salesman said you can cancel the sale before we deliver it. So i shopped around and found a different sofa, I went to cancel my purchase 4 days before delivery and was told I had to pay a $250 restocking fee. I should of read the small print on the contract, I trusted the salesman and I got burned. I wanted a different sofa because I found out it wont fit well in the new house, luckily I had someone I knew who would buy it from me instead of losing out $250.
Despite a small mix up in the delivery date, the furniture was delivered in a timely manner, in great condition and but friendly service men. The owner of the store was very accommodating.
