I just want to say that Maria in the Coram location I have dealt with for many years and have had nothing but amazing experiences when I see her. She is kind, sincere, caring great listener..Has the patience of a saint will answer all your questions even if they probably silly in her eyes she will explain til u understand.. I love this woman! She truly cares about her customers without a doubt that is for sure!! I give her 5 STARS for being the person she is as well!! Luv ya Maria

I had the best customer service experience with Juan. He was so patient and helpful in helping me choose a phone geared towards my needs. He took the time to try and download apps and pictures from my old phone. All while helping other customers, since he was the only employee there. Such a nice young man.

Went it to possibly port over to Metro. The 2 employees were following Co-Vid protocols. Maria, the associate who helped me. I definitely give her 5 stars. She answered all my questions that I had and was thorough with explaining how the port over process.Love it

Aside from the many fake reviews, this place sucks. Went to get a new phone and she only showed me a $500 phone. The girl knew nothing about phones or plans and the other girl next to her didnt even speak English. Was there for a few minutes before they referred me to another store.

This is a great store, my favorite and Maria is a very good worker very knowledgeable.

Consistently overcharge my bill. Ive called 24 times in one hour and only gotten answered twice, both times I was hung up on.They refuse to do their job and are incredibly rude. Will be filing a formal complaint with Metro. This place should be shut down. Do not trust them. Go literally anywhere else.

My wife and i are already metro pcs Customers. For xmas, I wanted to upgrade my wifes phone to an iPhone 7. I did not want to activate on the spot because it would ruin the surprise. The store employee said they would only sell it to me if I activated it right away, therefore, ruining the surprise bc my wifes current phone would have been deactivated at that point. Also, they quoted me $700 for it, when I was at another metropcs dealer yesterday and they told me they would sell it for 650 to me but didnt have my color in stock. At this store, you get inconvenience in activation and jacked up prices? No thanks. By the way, the employee told me I should just go somewhere else to buy the phone. Stay away from here.

This location over charges.. very rude ...and I was sold and item that was used and was supposed to be new ...I wanted a refund and was denied until I threatened to call the police.PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS LOCATION !IT IS FRAUD!
