Manager was ruder than the regular worker who was the only one who was nice. Wish I knew her name to exclude her from the negative bc she was so nice. Called from store opening with no answer for 40 minutes and 8 calls later. I understand there was a power outage which is no one’s fault. My issue is the manager and the pharmacist were nothing but rude and unprofessional and gave us a run around. Me and my s/o got nothing but awful, short tempered attitudes and the complete opposite of understanding. Took 20 more mins for the pharmacist to call back even though phones in the entire front of the shop worked. Manager and pharmacist (esp manager) shouldn’t be working with people, especially not in the field of medicine. Imagine you or your loved one were in extreme pain and couldn’t get your medication. Hope you get a snotty pharmacist if you do.
Pharmacist entered wrong code for insurance.. took weeks to receive medicationWill not give retail drug prices despite sign at register saying they do...
For 3 weeks in a row, I have had to wait until 10 or 11pm for a delivery that should have been scheduled the same day that I contacted them letting the pharmacy know that my mother had her blood work finished in the early am (always 2 days before the late night delivery). This is the worst customer service experience EVER!
Close to home but not worth the aggravation!! The pharmacist is extremely rude and her lab coat was filthy. Not a positive experience AT ALL!
Pharmacy service sucks every month when I refill my medication it’s never ready worst cvs ever
I waited online for a good 15 mins and then when I got up to the register, I was told no cc or debit cards just cash but no large bills. I also couldn’t buy a gift card I had bc you can’t use cash to purchase it anymore but cash is the only tender they were accepting. Well, I was using cash but they couldn’t accept my $100 bill and I couldn’t use a cc for the gift card. The whole thing was stupid!
Like this store. They just need to do a better job restocking the shelfs.
My Doctors office sent a prescription in at 1:00pm today for me. I have used a different CVS in the past, and have always had my prescription ready before I could get to the store. After 4 hours of waiting to receive a text that my prescription would be ready for pickup, I decided to go to the store in hopes that it would be ready. The girl behind the counter was extremely over worked, as were others employee. It is great that you have decided to give the vaccine for COVID-19, but want about the rest of us? I am in a lot of pain and need my medication. I was told that it MIGHT be ready tomorrow. This is totally unacceptable. I get that you just started doing the vaccine and you are working out the kinks, but if you don’t fix this problem fast, you are going to loose a lot of business. I am going to call my Doctor in the morning and have ALL of my prescriptions sent to a different pharmacy. NOT another CVS, because I’m sure that they are also overwhelmed.
My biggest complaint is Drive-thru for Prescription pick-up I had only two cars in front of me and it to 30 mins before I got to the window both car did a covid test at the window. They need stop allowing people to do covid tests in their car right at the window. They need to tell them that they have to pull over to the side and take the test!!!!! Then get out of the car anddrop it in the Box!!!!! if they are not going to take the test at home and do it there And then bring it back!!!!
Slowest pharmacy on the face of this earth. Absolutely horrendous…. I don’t understand.
Terrible!!! Terrible!! Terrible !!! They are so slow at the pharmacy drive-through window. They never send messages or call if there is a problem with a prescription. Its a joke there!! I called one day 4 times, waited in hold over 15 mins each time then they disconnected me. I was told when I called the front that they are busy. That is absolutely no excuse to hang up on someone. Would not recommend.. I rather use a mail order and have to wait or pay more than to deal with this nonsense.
9 people on line for meds. Not enough people in pharmacy to take care if customers. BAD MANAGEMENT!
Avoid this location for prescriptions being filled. HORRIBLE!
I used to live close to this cvs but now live a bit further. It’s still the nicest cvs in the area and I purposely drive out of my way to go to this one. The inside is always clean, the staff is extremely friendly. I believe I went there while the store manager had just walked in, he was friendly as well and kind to his staff. I feel safe and comfortable going to this cvs.
Pharmacy is completely rude and unwilling to give emergency supply of medication that I need to live on, even when bringing in a bottle to show I’m on it. Staff are rude and the wait time on hold is forever.
Just got vaccinated. Ahhhhhhh lol
Called three times regarding availability of medications It’s very hard to get through to pharmacy by phone long wait times then disconnected
The pharmacy was incredibly helpful fitting the early days of the pandemic. The younger guy went out of his way to find baby Tylenol for my son when they didn’t stock it at the window. If you’re reading this, thank you, you are a life saver.
The pharmacy is beyond unprofessional and all over the place
Terrible 😩 waited a long time for my prescription that I have to take everyday and when I called they didn’t even order the pills 💊 when they told me they did horrible
Horrible Horrible Horrible, They close the store 20 minutes before 10 Pm, they are not supposed to close the store before 10 Pm, and they are always out of products

The Pharmacy department is the worst of any CVS stores around ! Unorganized, constantly out of products and they continuously tell you your prescription is ready but it isn’t for days.
Worst customer experience ever. Reps do not understand english always ship out wrong products or missing items. Phone voice quality Is poorly No way yo understand what reps. talking about. Long waiting on the phone. During Covid19 pandemic it got worse and worse.
So much for buying healthy snacks at an inflated price. I purchased Smash Crispy Cinnamon Churro treats last week from this CVS. I thought perhaps they are hard and dried out because theyre supposed to be a good for you snack. I offered one to my friends one after dinner. I was quickly informed they are expired as of 2 months ago. I hate losing money over folks not doing their job. I understand the holidays but this is ridiculous especially for the cost. Unprofessional.
The store is very well kept. However only 1 cashier is working upfront. You will always find a minimum line of 4+ people. The management which can help ringing is normally in the back busy. If you are in a rush do not stop at this store you are guaranteed a 1 item purchase will take 10+ minutes.
I used to go to Rite Aid till my insurance company changed it to CVS. Im glad they did. I like the modern feel of CVS I like the efficiency of the pharmacy Department. The parking lot is easy to maneuver and they have a drive-up window for the pharmacy as well.I wish that this will open 24 hours but it is not. All-in-all I recommend CVS.
I love the workers there. Unfortunately the store is never stocked with sale items and sometimes items that are not on sale. And some items are in the wrong places. I had to search for an item on 12/6/18 because it wasnt in the right place and a different item was there. The item i was looking for was hidden behind another item in there spot!!!
Ordered 2 - 8x10 photo panels and when i had my mother stop and pick it up for me they sent her home with just an 8x10 photo and charged her for the photo panel. Manager resolved for me in a timely manner but cvs corporate has to get their act together! Shouldnt have product you can order on the website that the store cannot make!

My wife called the pharmacy at 5:20 to ask if we can come down for our annual flu shots. Pharmacist responded by saying it takes 10-15 mins to set up the shot, and he closes at 6, so he turned us away. We would have been down there by 5:25. Bottom line, he was lazy and did not want to accommodate customers.
On hold for 30 minutes
They have a very large select of hair protucts and vitamins. Well organized.
Worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I called the manager about the issue and even the management sucks!!!!! Plus they need more workers
I called CVS the other day waited on the phone 15 minutes finally went down there only to find out the phones werent working even though the recording continued to tell you to hang on. Today I had a general question. Called 3 separate times. Held on 5 minutes each time. Finally got smart since it was just a general question and called Walgreens. They answered right away. The pharmacist got on the phone a minute later, answered my question and guess what? The whole call took 5 minutes. Need I say more.
Their drug prices are ALWAYS higher than everywhere else. There’s usually only one person working the pharmacy counter during rush hour times. They have been out of every medication I’ve needed lately. Moving pharmacies.
Way overpriced at all their locations unless there’s a sale
If youre looking for short lines or helpful staff this is not the CVS for you
Love them ! They should improve inventory and stay open 24 hours lol
This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my entire life I am 51 years old and have never seen a pharmacist decide what prescriptions you can have and which ones you cannot they make you wait while you sit there for hours they play doctor it’s disgusting that the pharmacist treats a customer the way they treated me and my fiancé
Seriously worlds slowest pharmacy. I have had to wait multiple times for prescriptions, hours and days after they already called in. Excuse from pharmacist “one of those days” it’s really a bad day everyday at this store. Time to transfer everything to Walgreens. Over this one, I would rather drive the extra few miles to not have to wait.
Only 1 person at the clerk desk while everyone is running around ... was here for 30 mins jus stranding around ... very unprofessional .... get more clerks no customer wants to be waiting for that long for a pick up
Everyone is very nice, but they are not open 24hrs
Staff is rude and uncaring. Customer no-service. Big mistake to switch my prescriptions over to this store. Dont have enough experience with the pharmacy to date, but the general store, -10 in my humble opinion
Always understaffed and poorly trained, had to wait 2 days for maintenance BP meds
Pharmacy is always making mistakes have to keep eye on how they bill u and copays most cashiers are helpful but they do have some bad apples
Store has been very dirty lately
Slow, and they dont get prescriptions on time even for important medication...,
Nice and clean
