Picked up a tire I had ordered and had good quick service... Price was much cheaper than other places I checked as well...

The service once you reach these people is ok, but trying to get them on the phone or get information at the desk is awful. There are MUCH better places to buy tires with way less rude and incompetent employees. Walmart should be ashamed

Stopped here for a tire that was going flat. Asked if we could get it repaired and was told that the machine was broken. We were 100 miles from home and asked if they could do anything .No offers to change the flat and put on the spare. Seems there was more interest in the 4 people behind the counter to sit and do nothing. Such a shame to see customer service is a rare commodity anymore . I changed my own tire in the parking lot. Guess I should have done that first instead of expecting that an auto care center to do work.

We showed up before closing to be told we cant be seen because they are short staffed. I explained we are 3 hours from home with kids in the car, no compassion or willingness to help even though they arent closed yet. After asking for the​ GM, they start a work order with attitude and/or dirty looks from EVERY employee except the manager of the department. 2nd flat tire within 2 hours of driving on hwy (brand new tires at that) and it took my husband everything not to lose his cool. This is not customer service. Its not our fault they are short staffed. They still need to see people until they close.

Ray is a great manager. The team is friendly and knowledgeable.
