The front desk guy was nice and my oil change was quick so no complaints there. however, i would recommend not telling future customers that you “got a kick out of driving that thing” when you bring their car out. yes my car is customized and “girly” and yes, i could probably beat you in a race. and maybe say it to my face next time instead of to my boyfriend seeing as how it is MY car that i pay for. thank you!

Experience here has been absolutely amazing.The mechanics here are very knowledgeable, and took their time to make sure that there was nothing wrong with the car.Even when I came back and reported a problem, they were absolutely willing to see the job through to the end. When we are in the area and need rv oil change, this is my go to place. They are set up for large vehicles. Prices are very reasonable and service is meticulous about checking all fluid levels and tire pressures. Always satisfied and thankful for their attention to detail. They discovered a seal leak on our first rv that saved us from a breakdown with the associated costs. They can handle both gas and diesel engines.

They were great. I was in and out for my inspection in under 10 minutes. I know that it is not always that way but goodness was it nice to be able to get in and out so quickly.

These guys are top notch. I have a new car and came to have my first oil change. They added oil that was on their specifications, but not recommend by the manufacturer of my car. Since my car is still under warranty, I did not feel comfortable with what they originally used. I spoke with the office guy and without him even giving a second thought, he apologized and made it right. I would recommend these guys if you need an oil change.

Claiming my tint is too dark in the front, giving me incorrect information.I took my car 15 minutes later to the place I received my window tint, and also the dealership when I purchased my car. Both of them gave me tint readings and saying it is perfectly legal and not sure why personal touch said anything otherwise

This was my first trip to Personal Touch. I went to get my car inspected. This was also the first inspection for the car. The entire process took about 20 minutes and they charged me only $7 (because the car is still less than two years old). The person I spoke with was efficient and courteous. The entire experience was very pleasant.

I had seen on Facebook all kinds of people saying how good and affordable Personal Touch was so I thought Id give them a try. Heres my experience... I went in a said that I just wanted an oil change. I didnt see any prices displayed for different service packages. I thought to myself, Its just an oil change. How much could it be? Certainly not more than $25 or $30. I sat outside. After my truck was done, I went inside to pay... Almost $47 for an oil change?! Maybe they accidentally used synthetic oil. Whatever. When I got across the street to Walmart, I started looking at the invoice that I was given. Firstly, they charged me for an extra quart of oil (above the standard 5 quarts most places include in their packages). I Googled it and found that my engine actually does take nearly 6 quarts depending how long you let the old oil drain out. Ive just never been charged for the extra quart at other places. Now I look at the box titled Service Check List on the bottom-left of the invoice. Supposedly these were all of the services they performed on my truck. This was probably while the price was much more than I thought it would be. This was a full service oil change... not simply an oil change. The check list included, Oil change, Oil filter, Air filter, Transmission, Coolant, Diff/TransAx, Power Steering Fluid, Brake Fluid, Chassis Lube, Wiper Blades, Washer Fluid, Battery Water, and Tire Pressure. All items were reported as Complete, Full, or Checked & OK with some exceptions. Brake Fluid was Sensored. Basically, if the BRAKE light isnt on in the dash, its probably not low. Chassis Lube was Sealed. Cant confirm whether or not anything was done. Battery Water was Maintenance Free because its a maintenance-free battery... nothing to check. What caught my eye was that Washer Fluid was listed as Filled. I was curious to see the level and color of the washer fluid (was it the standard blue stuff or was it maybe the orange Rain-X). I popped the cap and looked down the filler neck. It was completely dry. Theres no way that it would already be dry, after just driving across the street, if it had been filled. Made me suspicious if the other services had actually been performed. I went to check the oil level (and to see if it was actually clean oil) and thats when I noticed the oil dipstick was sticking out about 1.5 inches and not completely inserted. Cant confirm whether or not the transmission fluid was checked. The handle on its dipstick still looked dirty. I went to check the power steering fluid and the cap looked like it hadnt been removed because it still had a layer of residual dirt on it. I intentionally wiped one area of the cap to see it become cleaner... not dingy like the rest of it. As I removed the cap, I noticed that no other spot looked like it had been recently touched. The power steering fluid level was within operating range. My guess is that since the power steering pump wasnt squealing when they drove my truck in, they assumed the power steering fluid level was sufficient. Now for the coolant. The engine has some kind of very slow coolant leak and I have to top it off every couple of weeks when I see the dash light come on. Yes, it is sensored. You should never open the coolant reservoir cap on a hot engine. Thats just asking to be burned as the boiling water tries to rush out. The side of the plastic reservoir is so discolored from age and coolant, that its impossible to see what the actual level is. I have to open the cap and look down inside. My guess is that they figured since the coolant light wasnt on it was good. After the engine cooled off, I checked it and it needed to be topped off. Now I looked to see if they even changed the oil filter. They did. Bottom line... Perhaps these techs are rushing to get cars in and out quickly, but if Im paying for full service, then I should be getting full service. Management may not be aware of this. (And I left out the part about hearing a tech yell the F word.)

I get an Inspection and failed, the front desk guy says I have 24hrs to fix my car, but I didnt want to argue because I know the law is 14 days after paying. bad service. kid that checked didnt even tell me the codes of whats wrong which is free at any car place. Really idiotic people here. They try to place us Adults like we are stupid. GO TO A REAL CAR SHOP!
