Phil was our salesman and he was amazing. I changed Things over and over and he met every single one of my requests.Keith (owner) has gone above and beyond to meet our needs. And NONE of the needs were as his responsibility but the manufacturer and Keith made sure we have been 100% satisfied. We researched mobile home and looked for 3 years before we made a decision. Better prices and appears to be construction on the homes than Clayton

I will never buy from this location. I am friends with two separate owners with similar complaints of lack of business professionalism, buying a home without being delivered until 2 months later, postponing electric setup after delivery for weeks, equipment break downs, no call backs or updates, no back up workers, etc. The manager/owner used multiple excuses when asked to accomplish routine procedures with no back up planned. I dont recommend this place when there are other professional businesses nearby.

Dont have have enough on there. Or the have Mobile home without prices
