I had a wonderful experience at Anjolique! Ashley reached out to me ahead of time to pull the dresses I was interested in. She had them all on a rack and ready for me to try on upon arrival! She was also helpful in finding alternative dresses based on what style I liked. Ashely was very accommodating and even contacted a dress designer (while I was still in the store!) to ask if she could make the dress I had chosen in a different fabric for me. And the designer said yes! I’m so grateful that Ashley went above and beyond to help me find my dream dress 😊

Ashley at Anjolique Bridal helped me find my dream dress last week!!! She was so helpful with everything. They’re closed on Wednesday’s, however she continued to respond via text to my mom & myself about different requests as quick as possible any day of the week. I was super impressed! She was also very patient with me (I went to try on not once, but twice!) and not once did she get frustrated with me or how indecisive I was! My room & the dresses I was interested in was ready to go both times I arrived. I felt very supported in how I was feeling & I know for a fact she got me the best deal possible on my dress. She made awesome recommendations with accessories, helped me customize any dress to get the look/feel I wanted & she even took pics & FaceTimed my mom for me!! I couldn’t recommend Ashley enough!! She’s the BEST - she’s basically your right hand girl for ANYTHING & EVERYTHING before you ever even step foot inside the salon!!

I love my wedding dress bought here. Customer service is top notch. This dress is a Spring 2020 #MartinThornburg design. The detail of my wedding dress was to die for. I love the buttons that went from my back ask the way to the end of the train of the dress. My veil was ivory with gold lace that was a exact match to my dress. Yall...I felt like a QUEEN. My wife loved loved loved the dress. My sisters/bridal party and my mom helped find this gem. It made my wedding complete.

Wish I could give 10 stars! Ashley was AMAZING! I had been to so many bridal shops looking for my dress and Anjolique BLEW ME AWAY! Any store can have nice dresses but the staff (Ashley especially) really made the difference and made me feel so comfortable and allowed me to make my choice without pressure or unhelpful opinions. My bridal appointment with Claire was amazing! She texted me before the appointment to ask me questions about my dream dress & was very attentive to my needs the entire time. She was super friendly & patient with me especially as my appointment ended as they were closing. However, she didn’t rush me but made me feel super beautiful in each gown I tried on. I had follow-up questions after the appointment and she still was very responsive. So glad I found a dress I loved!

Ashley was amazing! After I showed her the different styles I loved, she let me & my family browse the racks picking at least a dozen dresses. As I tried them on she asked me how I felt in the particular dress & style compared to the one before while setting my top three aside. As someone who works in sales, I know people can get overwhelmed with the choices & am very appreciative for this as well as her guidance. But the one thing that sets Ashley apart is when I found my dress & veil, I took my mask off to see it all pulled together & started to tear up. I had by far the best experience wedding dress shopping here . Lauren actually listened to what I wanted and gave me the best customer service. She was honest and gave me dresses to try on not only in my price range but exactly what I was looking for. When it came down to the final two dresses she was patient . I recently flew to Charlotte to try on an outfit for my reception for my upcoming wedding in March in Tampa, FL. I had a specific piece I was looking for and Ashley went above and beyond to reach out to the designer to ensure the piece would be in store when I arrived. I can’t say enough good things about Anjolique and my bridal consultant, Ashley. From the beginning, Ashley reached out via text to confirm the details of my wedding and get an idea of my style. I had such an amazing experience! Sakira helped me find my forever dress and she was helpful and amazing! The other ladies were also so supportive and helpful when it came to sizing and checking out. Anjolique was my very first bridal appointment. I had two others scheduled that day, so although I found a dress that I absolutely LOVED, I couldn’t say yes until I went to my other two appointments. Although I found other dresses that I really liked, I could not stop thinking about the dress at Anjolique!! So, the next day I went back and said yes to the dress! I have to give my appreciation to both of the amazing consultants that helped me through this process! My first appointment was with Sherie and she provided me and my three bridesmaids with such a fun experience and truly made me feel like a beautiful bride! My second appointment to make my final decision was with Kayla. She was so sweet and made sure that I was certain that I was ready to say yes to the dress. I cannot thank both of these ladies enough!

The staff were very professional and thorough even from the first phone call. They send you a questionnaire to get a feel of what you’re looking for. From the moment we walked in until we left, the experience was welcoming & exciting! Anjolique carried a designer I fell in love with but didnt have the particular gown I was interested in so they reached out to the designer and had the gown sent in for me.Upon arrival to the salon, Anne greeted me at the front and immediately put my nervousness at ease. She had chosen a few gowns based on my communications with the owner & questionnaire and as we tried on a few gowns began getting a feel for my personality & hit the mark every time! Anne was extraordinary! Honestly she was so wonderful I had a hard time choosing my gown because they were all beautiful but she helped narrow it down. My girls and I had an incredible time & would highly recommend Anne with Anjolique Bridal.

I started the wedding dress buying process with very specific dresses I wanted to try on, many of which weren’t available or even stocked in the US. After my appointment here I had chosen an entirely different gown and deleted my inspiration photo album immediately! I found my dream dress at Anjolique! This was my first time looking for a dress, and my consultant, Claire, helped me find the perfect dress. She had each person in my party pull dresses (which was fun!), as well as me and herself pull some. She made sure we stayed under budget, and I ended up getting my dress and veil for well under budget. I started to get a bit overwhelmed because I loved all of the STUNNING dresses (the best selection, ever), but she assured me that I would find my dress. I ended up coming back for a second appointment that day so that I could take a break and get lunch and think about the dresses I tried on. At the second appointment, I narrowed it down to two and then said yes to the dress! Highly recommend Anjolique and Claire!

I had my first (and only) wedding dress appointment this past weekend at Anjolique with Ashley as my consultant. The entire experience was so fun and relaxing. Ashley helped me try on 14 different dresses before finding the perfect one that integrated all the features I loved together. There was zero stress as everything ran extremely smoothly and at a fairly quick pace (in a good way, I still had plenty of time to analyze each dress I put on). Ashley is super talented and understood my taste/what I was looking for, before I even knew how to describe it. Ashley was an amazing help to me in finding my dress. I live in New York and found the dress I loved there but wasnt treated that nicely. This boutique has a huge selection with lots of variety - truly something for every bride. My consultant, Lauren, was fantastic - very knowledgeable about the details of the dresses. This was my first ever experience with any bridal store and I couldn’t be more pleased or happy. I had questions regarding the availability of a dress and Ashley responded in a such a timely manner over text. I took a different approach and decided to purchase my dress online because it’s definitely the ONE. Ashley made me feel like I was at the bridal store when she asked “now for the big question, “are you saying yes to the dress?” Over text which made it that more special. Claire was absolutely amazing to work with and we are so happy I found my dress here! I got to try on so many dresses during my appointment (like 4x the amount compared to my appointment at a different shop) and she put me in things I would have never tried, and Im so glad she did. Claire also reached out and made sure to ask for my Pinterest and likes/dislikes so that she already had an idea going into the appointment the night before, which I thought was really awesome, and constantly answered questions during the appointment and showed genuine interest on a personal side too. She was so personable and attentive, my whole crew loved her too!

Both I and my wedding dress shopping group had such a fun and easy experience at Anjolique! I had such an amazing experience at Anjolique! I was honestly not planning to find my dress on my first appointment and was really just planning to go by myself and check out the trunk show they were having with one of my favorite designers. I went by myself, again not planning to find my dress that day, and had a wonderful experience from the beginning. Ashley was so welcoming and asked me a bunch of questions to get to know me as a bride and what I was looking for. We then got to the fun stuff! She grabbed and rack and she took me around the whole store where I got to actually look through the dresses and pick the ones I wanted to try. She did of course direct me to sections that she felt fit my look the most and was open to all my feedback. After grabbing 10-12 dressing rooms we started trying on dresses. I ended up falling in love with 2 dresses and Ashley was so patient with me. She let me know stay longer than my original 1.5 hour appointment and I ended up video chatting my mom so she could be part of the experience. I think I tried the 2 dress on back and forth for at least 3 times until I ultimately pulled the trigger and said yes to the dress. The entire staff paid me compliments and answered all types of questions I had. They were all very friendly and I could tell they genuinely loved what they were doing. Check out was very smooth and easy. I was still on the fence of what veil to choose so Ashley and the boutique went above and beyond to work with me and the designer in order to answer my questions and get a deal with the veil that matched my dress! Overall this was a great experience and I couldnt have asked for a better way to find my dress. It wasnt expected, but it will be a lasting memory for me!

Ann did a great job and was very helpful. I said yes to my dream designer and dress, Calla Blanche, which the sample was the last sample size in store and just so happened to fit perfect and was offered at well over 50% off!! This was my first time shopping, was scheduled last minute, and I was not prepared and very overwhelmed. She got me in and out of at least 10 dresses during my appointment which while rushed was nice because I got to try in every dress I had written down to make a decision to buy the sample. She picked out the perfect veil to match the dress and gave excellent advice.

As a bride, the very first time showing up at Anjolique I was extremely nervous walking in the door and so overwhelmed by all of the dresses. I had my mother-in-law and my mom with me, and the warmest smile met us at the door her name was Ashley. She greeted us all by our names. And throughout the entire wedding dress consult she addressed us by our names. The only thing I knew when walking in the door was what style of dress I wanted I had no clue if I wanted silk, sparkles, rhinestones or lace, but I just kept eyeballing this dress on the manikin and I kept telling Ashley I didn’t think it was for me. I didn’t think that was the one but it was absolutely beautiful. Ashley didn’t hesitate not one bit to grab that dress off that manikin and she said we was trying it on. It actually was the first dress I tried on and I fell in love! If it wouldn’t have been for her I would have never put that dress on. So I knew that was the dress I wanted, but I was not ready to buy it because my matron of honor was not with me I was adamant about having her there. Ashley said that was perfectly fine and helped me get a second appointment scheduled. Throughout the week ashley actually would text me and address me and my matron of honor by name and when we was on the way told us to have safe travels to come look at the dress a second time. At the very end we said yes to the dress and took photos, she was even willing to take photos with us and we was lucky enough to be able to add her on social media so she is able to see my big wedding day that she was a part of helping me pick out the perfect dress! I have been shopping for months for a mother of the bride gown. Due to COVID, many boutiques didnt have a selection of gowns. Anjolique Bridal, on the other hand, had a great selection. Trust me, I tried on every one of them, I think. A huge shout out to Ashley who went above and beyond to ensure that I got the PERFECT gown. The wedding is on 9/4 and I cant wait to wear the gown I selected. I would definitely use this boutique again and I would most certainly request Ashleys help. She was amazing.

From the moment I entered the shop I knew I was in the right place to find the jaw dropping gown I was looking for. Ashley was my bridal consultant, and she knew exactly what I was looking for. The gowns were all so gorgeous and it was a close call, but Ashley made it easy and put me in the right gown! Definitely recommend. Mom is coming back for her mother if the bride gown and my sister was taking notes!

I cannot say enough good things about Anjolique! My entire experience was wonderful from the beginning to end. Sakira was absolutely great to work with and made the entire process run so smoothly. She did a great job at pulling dresses that matched what I was looking for and was so patient and upbeat throughout the entire appointment (even through all of my indecisiveness). This was my first bridal appointment and I walked in nervous not knowing what to expect, but Sakira and the entire staff made the experience so much more comfortable than I could’ve ever expected. Best experience ever! My consultant was Kayla and she made my family and I feel special. We went to a couple of bridal shops around Charlotte and the experience was just unmatched. My mom literally told me that she did not want to go to anymore dress shops because no one would treat us like Kayla did. The dress I bought was the second one I tried on and I can honestly say Kayla made it so easy to say yes to the dress. I went back for a second appointment and I knew that I needed to make sure I had Kayla again. All of the dresses were beautiful and there were so many selections in my size. I did not feel limited at all and I knew this would be the place I had to buy my dress. Honestly I would go through the experience all over again because you don’t get service like that anywhere! 10/10 would recommend this shop and ask for Kayla!

Ashley at Anjolique Bridal & Formal made wedding dress shopping a breeze! Ashley was so sweet and was on top of it when it came to figuring out which styles I liked and didn’t like. I shopped at 3 different places in Charlotte & she was by far the best consultant! Anjolique has a very large selection of dresses to chose from, I highly suggest checking them out!

Oh my goodness! I had the best experience with Ashley! I already had a dress in mind from the beginning and she was so patient with me as we texted back and forth. After trying on other dresses we finally decided on one but I was iffy about it due to the color but and she assured me that it could be customized into a certain way that I wanted and pictured my dream dress. I left so happy and excited to see my customized dress. I most definitely recommend Ashley she is the sweetest!

Yes I was completely wowed by Kayla my consultant! She honestly made my experience so enjoyable and I was confident and comfortable to try on just about anything! As I did not find the dress the first stop in, I called Kayla (due to having such a wonderful experience with her) to give one more shot on a different style that I had seen at other shops but never thought I would love and boy did she come through!!! I found the one that truly is perfect!! I wanted to make sure I bought my dress through her because the experience made me love the dress that much more!!! Highly recommend!!

Anjolique is where it is at for wedding dress shopping. They have a huge selection to look through but my consultant Claire was great and helped to pull things that fit what I was looking for. This was my second time there after going one other place in between. The quality of the dresses was so much better than the other place. Plus Claire was so professional. She let me put on the dress alone in the dressing room and then helped me zip it and clip it. I can’t wait to come back in February for alterations. 100% would buy a second dress here if I could wear a wedding dress every weekend.

Your response to my wifes review is so full of garbage that I just had to write this. Someone at your store put the wrong price tag on the dress? Now you want to claim that you did something noble ?? That was your firms fault, not ours. Also, why was this never mentioned until you received 2 negative reviews? You tried to blame every other person/business except your own inept staff. Then your manager, Amelia, contacted my wife in an attempt to bribe her to remove the review. Neither my wife nor my daughter ever tried to extort money from you. You CONTACTED them, it was not the other way around. From what we read, every negative review pretty much said the same thing. Your customer service is atrocious and you try to bribe people who post negative reviews. Additionally you then harassed my wife with several phone calls. She had to block your number. Have no fear. We certainly will NEVER visit your store again. And recommend that nobody else will either.

This was my first and ONLY stop for my wedding dress!! Ashley was so amazing!! She made me and my family feel so comfortable and we enjoyed every minute of it! I have bragged to everyone about my experience with Ashley! I wish I could do it all over again. We had such a good time and Ashley truly made me feel so beautiful. The boutique is also so beautiful and spacious! The dress selection was great! Ashley let me pull everything I wanted and also made sure to get options I didn’t even think of. Ashley was the most helpful and best bridal consultant. When we first entered the store, she greeted us as though we were friends. The dresses she pulled reflected the style I wanted and were well within our budget. In addition to the dresses she pulled, we were able to browse the large collection of bridal gowns on the racks and pull some ourselves. Ashley went above and beyond to show us what each dress would look like in an indoor and outdoor setting. She was supportive and kind the entire visit. We highly recommend Anjolique Bridal and Formal and Ashley, as this was the most amazing bridal shopping experience.

What an amazing experience with Ashley!! As I was looking for a wedding gown, she was able to assist me remotely and order a gown to fit my needs without trying it on as there are only 4 places in the US that carry this particular designer and gown. She was very responsive and addressed every little detail. Too bad I wasn’t able to get the full Anjolique experience in person. I highly recommend Ashley and this boutique!!

This was my third time trying on bridal gowns; I had an appointment earlier that day at Classic Brides just down the road and the consultant made me feel less-than and really had nothing to offer me. I’m more of a plus size bride (generally a 14/16 but I know that’s bigger in bridal) AND I’m also 5 months pregnant. As soon as I finished at CB and felt defeated, I called Anjolique to see if they could take me earlier and they said absolutely! Claire was my consultant and she asked ALL the questions, knew exactly what I wanted and showed me many, many options. I actually loved the first one I put on that she picked but ended up picking a BEAUTIFUL long sleeve lace gown (December wedding) and she made me feel so special and taken care of. This salon is VERY big with lots of options for brides at every budget. I sincerely recommend them! Thank you again to Claire for a great appointment! I was in and out in about an hour which is awesome for me. I’m not a girl to waste times

Ashley was amazing!!!!!! If it wasn’t for her I would not have found my dream dress! She was very knowledgeable and helpful and was able to figure out exactly what type of dress I wanted and make great suggestions. We will be making appointments with Ashley to go back and look at mother of the bride dresses for sure!

We drove eight hours (4 hours each way) to visit Anjolique and it was worth every mile. Our consultant Tess was wonderful! She had one dress waiting for us that we knew they had in stock, and listened carefully as my daughter told her what she was looking for. Then they walked around together and selected 5 more to try on. The selection of dresses was huge, but she knew their inventory and was able to select dresses pretty quickly. Tess nailed it spot on!The try-on sessions were a lot of fun. I loved the open air spaciousness of the showrooms and the intimacy of the living room-type try on areas. Very well laid out. It was also nice to be able see other brides trying on their dresses too. And interesting to see the different styles other brides liked.Everyone at Anjolique was so nice and the atmosphere was a happy one.Two hours later we left with a gorgeous dress - and my daughter cant wait to get married in it!We had a great time wedding dress shopping. Danielle did a wonderful job assisting me in finding my dream wedding dress! I felt comfortable the whole time and I felt that she knew exactly what style I was looking for. She was willing to hand me dresses from outside the dressing room and never invaded my privacy. I would recommend her to anyone!

Updating my review after inspecting my gown for preservation.When it comes to wedding dress shopping, this place was my favorite. Beverly and Ashley helped me through the process of choosing a gown and veil and really went above and beyond to make it special.The vacation incentive... is valid, but most offerings looks like timeshares furnished by a college student. I think its $320-420 payment minimum to take advantage of it. So maybe you can pay $320 for a 7 day vacation in a random condo in Colorado...didnt seem worth the money to us. I was expecting to pay $300 for a 7 day stay at a Wyndham resort by the way the promo was presented.I do not recommend alterations by this place, at least not if they have to be rushed. The seamstresses were incredibly kind, but my dress was taken in unevenly (more on right side than left), some hems were raw (inner lining raw) and also appeared uneven. I could have sewn the bust cups myself by the way I just inspected the stitching. They did, however, rush my alterations and had them ready by promised time. They also revised my fitting to my preference. I just feel like I way overpaid for the quality I received.

Sakeria was my consultant today and just… WOW. I just got engaged and really wanted to find my wedding dress today (my wedding is in august, this gives me a lot of time!) and she made the process fun, laid back, and easy! She even convinced me to try on dresses that I didn’t prefer when I saw them on the rack but fell in love with when I tried on! She’s amazing and I owe a lot to her for my experience. Thank you Anjolique, and especially Sakeria. I feel beautiful in my dress and can’t wait for my fiance to see me in it!!!

Absolutely loved the selection of dresses and my consultant Claire. Anjolique had the best selection of sizes that I experienced out of the multiple stores I went to. Their dress selection was unparalleled especially with some of their couture designers that I hadn’t seen at any other store.

I would highly recommend coming here to find your wedding dress. Ashley was incredible and very adaptable when my vision for a dress changed throughout our appointment. I went into this with a vague idea of what type of dress I want and Ashley ended up handing me the perfect dress!! She also reached out beforehand and showed interest in what type of style I was looking for. She even pulled specific dresses I saw on the Anjolique instagram page that I loved! The entire experience was so fun, and I felt so comfortable with Ashley; the other women who work here would even come by and talk to me and they were all so kind and welcoming!
