We purchased a custom couch in April of 2020. We were thrilled with the process and could not be happier with the end product! The company was attentive to questions and between emails and a video consultation we felt we were able to make a very informed choice even though we were unable to visit a showroom in person due to distance. The variety of choices was a little intimidating at first but we were able to get all of our questions answered. We got several leather swatches which was incredibly helpful and the video consultation left us feeling like we had a good sense of size of different models and how well they would meet our preferences (depth, firmness, etc). We would absolutely recommend them and will turn to them again for future shopping. We had previously looked at a RH piece and saved a few thousand dollars this way. Delivery was also excellent and professional.

We had a great experience with Jennifer at Cococo Home. We loved the showroom and loved the options for customization of our Clark velvet sectional. I love that it is made in NC and the velvet is from SC! It is the perfect addition to our home and is beautifully made and amazingly comfortable. We also enjoyed a tour of the factory in Claremont.

We wanted new sofas for our new home. After much research Cococohome was the answer. With the pandemic still in full force we ordered online (even with a sofa!). Settling on the Monroe we placed our order and waited. Thing is you can order whatever depth you desire, whatever leather you love, and like us some ottomans to make lounging truly luxurious. It took time as each piece of furniture is custom made to exact specifications. Things were backed up…the leather, etc took more time because…Covid. And we had to wait longer because we live in the middle of nowhere. Still, I’d do it again. Cococohome came through for us and now our new home feels like home.

This was the WORST customer service I’ve experience bar none!! The leather couches we ordered took 9 months to get delivered, they never updated us as to the progress and failed to return our calls when we called to check. Further, Steve, the owner, was rude, callous, and flat out lied to us.DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS!!And their response is exactly what I would have expected given the interactions throughout the process. They never assumed any responsibility…their were always excuses even down to why it took 2 more weeks to deliver once the couches were done and in a warehouse. Every one of their “updates” followed multiple phone calls from us as it took at least 2 calls to get them to call back.Once again I reiterate…DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS!!!

I absolutely love my chesterfield. Ive had it for 2 months. Yes, it took awhile (especially once it left the factory) and you arent going to get automated updates. But, I knew that going in, so I didnt really care. I worked directly with Steve and had a great experience. First, he sent me samples and then about a year later, when I was ready to purchase, I decided to fly to NC and make my decision in the store, which I really recommend. Picking a fabric from a tiny little sample is really risky for such an expensive purchase, so it was worth it to me to fly in (plus there is some good hiking nearby). I ended up with a different material and color than I would have otherwise purchased. Plus then I could easily walk around and say, this size, these nails, these legs, this shape. Honestly, the pictures dont do it justice, its such a beautiful lush color. My brother told me that now that I have such a fancy couch, I need to get rid of everything else and start over!

Great experience! my husband and i went to go and look to build our dream sofa. given that we have little ones and puppies, we ultimately decided to wait on the purchase. BUT we plan to go back and get our dream sectional in a few years once the crayon and markers are less of a threat to the beauty that is a CoCoCo piece of leather furniture..... the experience was great. i love how custom you can get. i love how comfortable everything is. great customer service (Kathryn was very kind and informative!). ive recommended you guys to my friends since our visit and i cannot wait until the day comes when we have our own!!!

Long overdue review. I bought a Monroe sofa and loveseat for my wife for our 3rd anniversary. She wanted something that was comfortable but also fit in with the rest of our house. Many times, the couches you buy at big-box stores have that generic leather couch look that, once you get them inside your house, dont really match anything. The custom options for the couches at CoCoCo made it perfect for what we were looking for. Theyre one of the most comfortable couches weve owned and fit in great with the space and aesthetic of our house. They have also held up incredibly well considering we have a sticky-fingered almost 2-year-old running around. Needless to say, wife and I are very happy with our purchase.

Just had my new Lexington sofa delivered and I cannot be happier! Ive loved the RH Lancaster couch for a while but had concerns about build quality now that its outsourced to China. After doing some research I found COCOCO Home and decided to go with them instead. The process was overall very easy and the staff was easy to deal with, especially Steve who was extremely quick and helpful via email to answer my questions.They met the quoted build time and delivery was even faster than expected. From order to delivery took about 2 months.I was nervous about buying something so expensive without sitting in it or touching it but it lived up to all my expectations. And the quality is great! The fabric, the design, the quality of the spring down cushions all have held up superbly with constant use, but more than that it has become a cozy member of our household now. Observe shoes kicked off under sofa and slouchy area on back cushion where the cat likes to nap. We have cappuccino on this sofa in the AM and read books there at night. COCOCO home captured both the classic look and feel of an English country home roll arm sofa at a very fair price. I just received my 79 Belmont chesterfield today (in Fossil). It is gorgeous, with immaculate detail in the tufting, and a higher seat hight and firmer cushioning per request. The show room for COCOCO is absolutely awesome. The company is very accommodating and we had met on a Saturday by appt over Labor Day weekend. We decided to order a velvet chesterfield as well as two custom made sunbrella slope arm chairs. The production took longer than expected due to the high demand of the color of the velvet we wanted. We finally got our sofa after 2 months. It was worth the wait. The fabric is hardy but also very beautiful and luxurious. We received the furniture and had a problem with the sizing of pillows on the arm chairs. They fixed the issue right away and now our formal living room is perfect! He responded immediately and we worked out the details to get 2 of them. They arrived in less than a week and are absolutely beautiful. We received our two matching sofas a week ago. Weve had leather sofas before, but the COCOCO leather is far superior in appearance and feel, and the sofas are beyond comfortable and luxurious. We were concerned about one of the sofas when they were first delivered and Steve, the owner, got personally involved and brought the sofa back to their factory. Great experience vising from out of town and being taken care of by owner, Steve. The staff was friendly and personable and the showroom full of a variety of items similar to what we were looking for. We were able to quickly make our decision on styles and colors, and place our order. For the quality and custom, factory-direct order, we believe we received a very fair price for the furniture. If you are not bargain hunting for discount furniture, I highly recommend this place. As it turns out, their furniture has been featured in many movies and high-end clubs and restaurants.

Youd pay double in Crate and Barrel for something made in Vietnam, versus theirs handmade to order in the USA.They were a pleasure to work with and the construction only took 5 weeks, with delivery taking only several days.Surprisingly for the US, they also have great taste. I wanted to love our sofa selection. We flew to Atlanta to see the showroom before purchasing. We had purchased $50,000 with Restoration Hardware and just needed a sofa to accommodate our modern home. The showroom itself was unimpressive but had knowledgeable staff. We sat on a couch that was marketed to replace the “cloud sofa”. It was in grey with a high back. It was heaven and $10, 000 less than Restoration Hardwares “cloud” sofa. We asked if we could get it in a white leather fabric and with a low back. They were more than accommodating. I even purchased two extra cushion covers at $350 each (it’s white- let’s make sure we have the same dye lot). Couch arrives- is absolutely stunning but the most uncomfortable couch I have ever spent time on. The extra couch cushion covers came in a weird dye lot (stained, look terrible, unusable). So we have a pretty couch but it’s stiff- the cushion covers are stained at delivery and we ask for help- literally just diverted through the system.Long and short- I don’t have enough in me to make you produce a fine product. Customer service sucks and I would rather burn it than be in constant contact with costumer support. Overpromised and under delivered. Not horrible not great.

After searching several big box stores for the perfect sofa, and nearly purchasing a very pricey one ($10k) from a well-known furniture store, we luckily came across Cococo online. Not only did we pay less in the end, we also received the most gorgeous sectional, that was exactly what we wanted. There was no need to choose the closest thing to what we were looking for, and the quality is top-notch, incredible, and made in the USA! Dont be fooled into paying more for a sub-par, made in China rip off.

Excellent customer service! I noticed a small area coming unstitched on a cushion cover. Shipping. They were fairly agitated as it was already boxed up and ready for shipping and they had to unbox it. Seems common sense to show a customer a picture of a $3300 product before shipping it out. It took about three days for those pictures and there were some nasty cosmetic blemishes. We were transferred to the owner who was an angry unhelpful man who took no accountability for the blemishes. He said, oh well, there are natural blemishes. We have a lot of leather furniture in our home and understand natural blemishes, but these were smack dap in the front of the footboard and could have easily been placed in less conspicuous places. In any case, the owner agreed to replace the front section, with no apologies about the lengthy process or lack of communication or quality control. After the bed was repaired they shipped it out. Unbeknownst to us as they didnt communicate, it was in route. So after another week I inquired again and they said that it takes 10-12 shipping days and then the shipping company would contact us to deliver. At day 14 after shipping, we called COCOCO again to check on the order. Soon after our call (surprise surprise) the shipping company called for delivery. When we received the bed there was a huge flaw in visible sight. Could have easily been put in a less visible section of the bed. Pretty bed. Over priced. No follow up with us along the way or after it was delivered. Angry owner over a simple fix and zero communication along the way without us inquiring. Would not recommend this company. Money hungry, poor customer service. Give your business to a company that cares like Great Blue Heron or Adobe Interiors.

Bought a beautiful English roll arm sleeper with bench cushion - the air dream mattress on the sleeper sofa is more comfortable than my actual bed! Perfect solution for a den/guest bedroom. I just ordered two more sofas from them with confidence that they will be comfortable and well made. I also think the pricing, given the quality of the product and the ability to customize, is very reasonable compared to other companies.

Showroom is amazing! We wanted everything. Steve helped us confidently select the seating arrangement, style and leather for our unique family room from an overwhelming array of options. I have bought two pieces of furniture from Comfortable Couch Company - a large Chesterfield sofa and, more recently, an upholstered bed frame. Both times I communicated with Kathy who was so helpful and answered every question I had promptly. Both pieces of furniture are beautifully made in Irish linen and are, in my opinion, of heirloom quality. What I like most about Comfortable Couch Company is that they offer a multitude of options on sizes, fabrics and adornments without compromise to quality. Their personalized service and product knowledge makes them far superior to those stores that sell similar products. I really cant speak highly enough about this company and as further testament will be ordering a sectional from them in the not too distant future.

We bought our sectional from COCOCO over three years ago and it has really stood the test of time. We recently had a small issue, and the owner was extremely responsive and sent someone directly to our house. They took our couch back to the factory, fixed the issue, brought it back and even cleaned up a few stains. I did extensive research before I bought our sectional since it was a large couch and needed to be custom built and the price was extremely reasonable compared to peers. In addition, the service has far exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend this manufacturer for custom quality furniture at a reasonable price with customer service that really stands behind their product.

We purchased the Kent sectional and absolutely love it. Our experience with Steve and the rest of the team was flawless - starting with a few visits to the showroom because of our own indecision on the many beautiful styles and fabrics, up to the final (ahead of schedule) white glove delivery from the factory. Just received our GORGEOUS leather chesterfield from COCOCO Home, and it is amazing! We went with the Bronx Sir Edmund leather, and it is very consistent with the sample - rich color, buttery soft and luxuriously thick. The workmanship is top quality and it is extremely comfortable with the wider Soho style tufting. Like many reviewers have said, I too was nervous making such a big purchase sight unseen, but I highly recommend COCOCO. They were very helpful with samples and questions, made suggestions about the various options we chose. The couch was finished right within the time frame promised, the delivery company was professional, and the product is exceptional. We looked at every furniture store in the metro area, and didnt see anything close to comparable. Already looking on the website for some armchairs to go with it!

I ordered a english roll arm sofa from these guys about three years ago. I absolutely love it! Its so comfortable; its great for lounging and watching TV and Ive even slept on it a few times. Its also stood up very well over a couple of moves. It has a tiny turmeric stain that I havent yet been able to get out but thats my fault for choosing linen instead of a more stain resistant fabric! I would absolutely recommend this company if youre looking to invest in a couch that should last for quite some time. In fact, Ive convinced my mom to get her next couch from them!

The velvet fabric and wider tufting of the Soho is extravagant and comfortable at the same time.I’ve had a lot of different kinds of people in my home over the last couple weeks - friends, repair men, my building super - and everyone stops and stares at my Soho! I love that everyone loves it as much as I do.One small change needed to be made to the matching ottoman (connected to the right side of the sofa instead of the left) and Cococo took care of that right away. Maybe I can convince Steve to build me my new bedroom furniture too....😀

We recently received our chesterfield with matching loveseat and an ottoman. The set is beautiful and quality is excellent. Before ordering, we visited their NC and GA showrooms. Everyone that we interacted with from Cococohome and their delivery service was top notch. We would highly recommend them.

Please do not order anything from this company. They have the worst customer service ever. You are better off ordering at a big furniture company . I ordered two couches and two chairs for 10000$ which I havent received still and I placed the first order in Brooklyn beginning of July 2016 and the other order I went to their NC store and place till end of July 2016. Its been almost 3 months and I have not received my couches . After a lot of back and forth with Patti they finally said they shipped my couches 2 weeks back but I havent received a call from the delivery company. Its just ridiculous that I have to keep emailing or calling them every other day to find out the status and I dont even get answersThe whole experience has been very painful and frustrating.

Incredibly unhelpful. I wandered in on a Friday afternoon and was not approached by anyone for a solid 10 minutes as the gentleman present was super busy giggling with a woman at the design desks. Had to ask for assistance and upon indicating my interest in a particular finish and design I was directed to just check out the website. Upon asking for a card I was told to Google Cococo Home.I gladly would have designed and purchased the furniture on the spot, as Cococo had the exact leather I had been looking for but the brush off I received was a complete turn off. I would happily pay a premium for a similar product in order to receive halfway decent customer service.Avoid this place at all costs if you value friendly, respectful and helpful designers and sales people. These folks should be ashamed.

We ordered a Chesterfield sofa in harbor blue velvet from Cococo a few weeks before hosting family for our first wedding anniversary. We were told that because the sofa would be hand-built to spec and wasnt already sitting in a storeroom we were cutting it close; it may not be ready in time. Mindful of our hopes, Gary and Stephen made sure we had our sofa before the promised date of delivery. Our sofa is everything we hope for: beautiful, comfortable and incredibly well-constructed. In our seemingly disposable society its wonderful to see that, unlike many companies, Cococo Home surpasses expectations and honors their commitment to customer service and satisfaction.

Plenty of stores online have huge marketing budgets and know how to take a picture that makes their stuff look good but it doesnt live up in real life, let alone years down the road... lots of corners cut and made overseas, yet they still charge an arm and leg. We wanted something comfortable, durable and beautiful and after looking all over were about to give up and settle for 2 out of 3 until we discovered a furniture company right in our own North Carolina backyard. When we went to the Cococo showroom and saw the amount of craft and style that went into every piece the decision of who we would go with was clear. From there, the incredibly knowledgeable staff helped us choose the exact size (length, depth, number of cushions) and narrow down our selection of fabrics to something we felt confident saying yes to and 4 months later we have absolutely no regrets. Contrast that with our experience at another popular home furnishing store that well call East Oak where the staff couldnt answer the most basic questions about materials and constructions of the furniture.The way they do business may seem a little old fashioned: Focus on the customer, helpful and knowledgeable staff, no sales pressure, high quality materials and workmanship, and employing local people. Nothing wrong with that.

CoCoCo Home, North Carolina - AWESOME! I recently took delivery of the most beautiful piece of furniture I have ever purchased. Its the Eastover sofa with turned legs and fabulous fabric. The American craftsmanship is spectacular, and attention to detail unmatched. CoCoCo sent me a variety of fabric swatches ahead of time and were very patient with my questions about details. We purchased five leather pieces from cococo few years back (98 chesterfield sofa, 76 chesterfield sofa, a chesterfield chair, and two winston chairs). They are all top notch quality and design. They still look and feel as they did upon delivery. In fact we are now considering purchasing addition pieces. I would definitely recommend cococo to anyone who wants high quality and reasonably priced furniture that is made in the USA.

I am so extremely disappointed with this company. I have been waiting THREE months now for our sofa. I was originally told that production time is around 5-6 weeks, barring any fabric delays. But, if there were any delays I would be told right away, in case I wanted to change the fabric. No one ever told me that my fabric was back ordered. So we get to about 9 weeks out, and I am finally told that the company is rushing my order and that it should be shipped out soon. Great. On May 2nd (nearly 11 weeks later), the delivery arrives, and its THE WRONG SOFA. The right sofa doesnt arrive until May 12th, and it now has BROKEN LEGS. And here we are a week later, and still no sofa, even though Cococo Home claims it is expediting those new legs. Right. This company has the worst customer service that I have EVER dealt with. During the last 3 weeks, I have left two messages for Gary in production, and had no return call. And my last email to Kathy in billing, went unanswered. This is appalling, and I will never recommend this company to anyone.*Update* I spoke with the shipping company regarding the re-delivery of the sofa with the non-broken legs. And today they received the new legs, which were the wrong shape, and one of the front caster legs was unvarnished. Wow.

The sectional we purchased is the perfect size and fabric

We just received our 86 arden sofa and matching 2 square ottoman and throw pillows from CoCoCo. We couldnt be happier with the pieces or the service we received. We received a ton of advice (and swatches!) from the team, and they helped us to choose a great fabric (bella dura in halsey bone) . The craftsmanship is fantastic, the couch is comfortable and it was a great deal and arrived faster that anywhere else we looked after a lot of research. We look forward to having it in our home for many years to come.

I ordered and received two chesterfield sofas costing over $6,000. The sofas were delivered with the freight company given to me to use. There are crimp marks which look like a tool that was used to hold onto the leather where the buttons are, several scratches and what looks like overstretched leather. In addition some of the nailheads look like they are popping out because the leather is too thick, and not inline with the other nailheads. I tried emailing cococohome, but they told me that it is the shippers fault and the shipper has not responded to my voice mails. So it appears that I will have no way to rectify this unless I try to take them to court. I would not suggest using this company due to my experience.

The Comfortable Couch Company is everything it advertises plus. Professional from sample order to delivery. I have placed many upholstery orders and this was one of the best experiences. The bonus; an excellent product I would compare to most high end upholstery. You will not be disappointed with this furniture. Great job CoCoCo.
