I wouldn’t work there honestly like don’t it’s one of the worst companies ever it’s not worth you’re time.

The store itself is fine, just like any other Fred Meyer. However, the employees and manager in the toy department are impolite and have harassed customers on multiple occasions. The lady who was there today (Britney I think?) was quite rude about the 2-item limit on squishmallow plush toys, and I even saw her follow a customer to check out to make sure they werent buying more! I also saw a male employee watching two young women, who were visibly uncomfortable.This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable, I wont be shopping here again.

Not so much a review of this store but instead Fred Meyer/Krogers job recruitment process. I met with the store manager to interview for a part-time position at this store and it seemed to go well, at least from my perspective. In the interview, I stated I was flexible with hours but only M-F. The week following the interview, I receive an email requesting a phone interview with a Kroger recruiter. When I contacted them, I confirmed with the recruiter that I was only available M-F. But then the recruiter asked again, explaining that there are no jobs available if I cant make myself available on weekends. So I was eliminated from any consideration based on that alone. What this tells me is that some call center guy in a corporate office somewhere has more control over hiring decisions than that of store management. If thats the case, it would make more sense just to tell applicants not to bother applying or interviewing unless theyre available on weekends, since it appears to be mandatory. That way no ones time is wasted. What is the point of choosing available times if theres really no choice to begin with?

I come in here to the jewelry section every year on my vacation to get my ring serviced. Brenda was very rude and wants to treat me with poor customer services and roll her eyes and talk underneath her breath and walk away.

Over 15 people in line to check out. Only 2 checkers. Ice cream melting and meat getting warm. Lits of employees, but no one wanted to check.

I went into get biscuits and gravy last Saturday morning and was told it was discontinued? You have got to be kidding me.I am also curious why the Management walks around with their dress shirts untucked and do not wear ties. Looks very unprofessional.Overall a nice store. The employees could be nicer through out the store. Many say nothing when you walk by.

No garbage cans throughout, womens room was not up to fms usual standards.

Usually a good place to shop however I have heard complaints of people being overcharged. This unfortunately is true Im not one to be a cheap skate but even slightly incorrect price tags are unacceptable.

If a store could have clinical depression, this one definitely would. It seems to be in worse shape than other Fred Meyer stores. The selection of produce and other items simply isnt as good as other locations either. On top of it all, some of the staff are very weird and unprofessional.

Prices are too high, customer service is non existent, and some idiot keeps covering the donuts in dyed frosting, which are NEVER FRESH! Seriously, who the heck covers a maple bar, or boston cream, with died frosting!?!?

I love Fred Meyer, although a little pricey. But the checkout girl in the south side by the garden area, Denise, could use a few classes in customer service. Shes been there for a long time, but never has made my shopping experience better at the end!😕 If you guys raised your standards on customer service, this girl would either improve or be gone.🤷

I love Fred Meyer, they are my go to store when I need something even out of the ordinary. They almost always have what I am looking for at a good quality and reasonable price. It is so nicely organized, neat, clean, and bright. It makes it a pleasurable and relaxing experience. I rarely have to wait in a little nag line either.

This is a great Fred Meyer. Kyle, the cashier today who helped us was personable, helpful and kind. Also when I am in there, I usually see the manager who is a tall, dark, handsome man who is always working hard and interacting with the customers. I can usually always find great deals and shelves also be stocked with sale items. And when theyre not stocked or out of something, there is never a problem getting a raincheck. I always enjoy my shopping experience here! Thank you all!!

I have lived in the Cornelius area all my life so Ive gone to this Fred Meyers for over 30 years. Ive always been satisfied with this Fred Meyers it has great selection and then pleaser pretty nice as well. Matter of fact I just went there today to purchase some new Nike shoes and I love them, so thank you Fred Meyer!

This place is huge and has everything you would need. My only complaint is it is more expensive than anywhere else I shop. Their dip brand of childs clothing runs very small also.

This Freddys is great. Its clean! Has everything!! Its very accessable. Tons of parking. Knowledgeable, friendly employees. And the rewards points and fuel points are perfect for continued savings. Its a win, win, win!! I love Fred Meyers!!

Up date:. It seems over the last 2 years This store has had a terrible time keeping shelves stocked. I have gone in two or three days in a row and the same items have yet to be restocked or if they have been stocked only three or four items are on the shelf.Formerly a 5 star review.Good store. I have been shopping here for more then 20 years, They have more unadvertised specials than any other FM around. Good friendly staff.

Great place for groceries, and other stuff too. We do our weekly food shopping here and occasionally stop in for the odd thing. Has a great selection. Love the fresh produce, always is great quality and fresh. Bakery has tasty treats. Prices are good and staff is always friendly.

I stopped for gas at this Fred Meyer today and had a wonderful experience. The gas attendant Christopher was very friendly. He brilliantly used a calculator to remember my phone number so that I wouldnt have to repeat it several times. Sometimes its the little things that can make or break a day. Excellent place to shop good prices close to the house one of my favorite stores. My only problem is they didnt have the correct Oreo thins that I was looking for, the coconut flavored ones. Those are the bomb ass cookies Ive ever had.!!!

Place you can go shopping bit pricey but every thing is good n fresh.

Store is good, usually a good selection of discounted last chance items and fresh bakery goods. Be in right away when the ads switch if you plan to buy items that go on a good sale as they will disappear quickly from the shelves. Has a Chase branch/ATM inside the store also.

I dont Like The way theyve moved everything around. Hard 2 find items in what should b a logical place 4 it 2 b found. Spend a lot of time searching. Most times Im doing a quick trip, get in, get out, not possible now. I guess with time Id learn where things r. I just dont have the time 2 walk the entire store & no where everything is. I do like the self ck out lanes. They r well located & fast.

Nice lighting. A little confusing tho: Different & less logical (in my humble opinion,) aisle & product arrangements for a Freddies, in October/Nov.2019. I had a hard time finding things. Made many visits nearby to a dear loved one at an acute care home. Cant say the store runs were a relaxing shopping experience like a Fred Meyers I like in Tualatin. If they update the layout, I can change my review.

This Fred Meyer is LEGITWe all know Fred Meyer is slightly more expensive generally than most other stores, yes, but often, there are little sales, and deals, that just make it worth it.They have a great Electronics department, where the workers are always attentive, and friendly, and willing to help, and the deals in there are unmatched!I luv it.

A good Fred Meyer, although the garden center was a bit depleted - probably because it was a Saturday night in spring. Probably had big run on plants during the day. They were redoing the sidewalk in front of the store, but you could still get in.

Fred Meyer is my familys go to store for most things we need. The store opens early, stays open late. I can get my gas, do my banking, shop for family and pets, home, yard then I get rewards points and rebates. I know this sounds like a commercial but we really do like shopping at Freddies over any other store. The prices, quality, and a good selection of many items make good sense to us. Wal-Mart with a soul- this is a better than average Fred Meyer that isnt crowded and super friendly. Left my s8 + in the restroom and got it back - wow! So customers are pretty darn nice as well

I shop at this location pretty often. Many times they have better clearance deals than some of the larger Fred Meyer locations in Hillsboro. They also have wonderful customer service. I bought a supplement that appeared to be on closeout for a 3rd of the normal price. I misread the sale tag but they still gave me the lower price, a 22 dollar difference without me even asking as I was just going to return it(did not notice the price difference until I got home and looked at the receipt). That is impressive.

The one stars is for the lingerie dept, I have tried to shop that department several times, and at different times of the year. No one asks if they can help you, you see 2-4 people folding stuff and to busy with their gossip to bother with customer service. I take my money elsewhere, for those items.All other departments get a five star, especially the Customer Service Counter.

Everything you need: from groceries to clothes to hardware to electronics and everything in between. Groceries are the 2nd best prices in town. And they have some of the best sales ever!

I have went to this fred meyers location twice in 2 weeks looking for particular soup from the deli. On both occasions there were out of the product. The first time the deli lady was very helpful, she looked on the sales floor and in the cooler in the back. The second visit (10/3/2019) the deli staff was clearly inconvenienced by my queries for the product. Neither of the 2 employees took the time to look in the cooler. FRED MEYERS is really slipping on their customer service..

Everyone is always so helpful and well informed. Today Kay in the self check out was very delightful. Always has me smiling when I leave. Looking forward to my next shopping adventure at Freds.

It is expensive compared to similar stores. 1/2 off price tags clothing seemed like regular prices to me. No great deals. The store is nice and moderately crowded with merchandise. It takes a long time to shop because of the crowding. I will go again but I am choosy. I like that they have organic foods. Id like to see more.

Customer service was good. Please check your receipts I just went in and purchased some groceries this evening and this is the second time they have overcharged by $10.00 or less. Cashiers need to pay attention to scanning rather then talking to the people around them.

Decent selection at a marginally higher price than other places. Sale discounts are modest - nothing to write home about. If you have no other choice, Fred Meyer will do in a pinch.

I have to say I hate the new layout of the store. It makes shopping take 3 times longer than it should. If the intent was to move shoppers all over the store than Fred Meyer must be happy...Im annoyed.Also, I think your new womens line of clothes will be a major flop. I wont be shopping for clothes at F.M any longer.So dissatisfied.

I do not recommend this Fred Meyer due to their uncaring approach to customer service.We shop at this Fred Meyer every week and build up quite a collection of bottles and cans that we have to pay a deposit on. Trying to return those bottles and cans has gotten to be quite a nightmare because typically only 1 or 2 of the 4 machines are working so there is always a line-up. Last time we were there 1 machine was working. One person was using the machine, a second person was waiting, and we were # 3 in line. An employee came out and said they were waiting for the machines to be fixed and management would not invest in new machines. This employee counted the cans of the 2nd person in line, opened a machine, dumped in the cans, and generated a receipt for that customer. We asked him to do the same for us and he said we had not waited long enough (it had only been 20 minutes). I tried to complain two ways: I filled out a Fred Meyer survey where I gave very specific details along with my phone number and email, checking the do you want to be contacted box. I also got on the Kroger (parent company) website and filled out a contact us form. I did get a response from Kroger saying only that they had forwarded my comments to the store director. Its been 13 days now and I havent heard from anyone at Fred Meyer.

Everything you ever want is probably sold here. A neighborhood friend indeed. Great prices, selection, and ease of shopping. Staff is energetic, knowledgeable, clean, properly attired, and helpful.

I dont generally like all-in-one stores. But sometimes its just plain convenient, and this store has a good variety and selection for the type. Prices are usually moderately low also.

This store has recently remodeled and moved things around. Sure would be nice if they would put some folks out in the aisles that could help us find stuff. So frustrating!

I wish they carried more vegan and gluten free products. Mainly bread and follow your heart cheese.... I like pepper jack, herb, and the pizza blend. Right now I have to go all the way to New seasons in Hillsboro for this.

They could offer better food options like the other Fred Meyers on Cornelius pass rd. Why dont they offer boars head meat at this one? And the health food section isnt as good either. I have to drive to the other Fred Meyers to get what I like

Been going here for years. The staff are some of the friendliest and most helpful people of any FredMeyers I have shopped at. Prices are competitive, but sale items are heavily discounted most of the time.

Cornelius Pass Fred Myers has more and is newer, but this one has the self checkout scanners and they are amazing!

Large place, with quite a bit of selection of Simple truth, small toy area and bakery, check dates on cheeses as stock has not been checked routinely.

Everything is moved 2 a new location. When asking an employee where 2 find something, they call someone else & that person doesnt know either. I no they r remodeling & setting the store up differently, but it is difficult 2 go in & find what u need & get out in a timely manner. Disappointed.

Shop here weekly if not more. The pharmacy staff are great here and the whole store is always clean, helpful. Really fresh meat, bakery and produce.

There should be less than one star to rate this place. Horrible experience. When I asked where an item was, I was told it was one of three places. The clerk didnt have a clue. The self check lane was a joke. The clerk had to correct the scanner multiple times to get us checked out. Every customer was going through the same thing. Ive stayed away from Fred Meyer because of this type of service, then suddenly I had a relapse and since they were closer than my regular store, I decided to go in. BIG, BIG mistake.

Went there on a Wednesday evening around 4:00. It wasnt crowded at all and I didnt have to wait in line for checkout. This location also has a play place which will watch your children for one hour. :)

I am new to area. Only shop few times here. Some how new layout of all stores remodel seems so spread out. I have to walk over half lenght of store to get from canned goods to fresh. I dont like that. Also I never found the Natural Foods section nor was it on printed layout. Nor was there a freezer section or dairy section for those products much less the vitamin section. Never did find products I used from that section . My mobility is hard at times so walking all over for product that use to be in one area is really hard for me. Never saw the motorized carts nor saw any in use. Do you not have? I will give this a couple more times and if I dont find the layout any easier to locate nor find the Natural food section, then Ill drive the extra distance to Hillsboro store and order on line. I will continue to use Fred Meyer but must admit when I shop on line I spend less. Thanks

Worst self check out machines possible. Get with the times freddys. Dont yell at me one second after I scan my item to place in the bagging area.

This is a very nice Fred Meyer. They recently remodeled, and being a long time customer, this made it very hard to find things. I figured it out though :) Also, the baristas at the Starbucks that is inside are very nice people

I usually feel like Fred Meyer is a bit expensive, but they have a new line if clothing merchandise that is very decently priced and looks like good quality. Its called Dip. I was further surprised to see my size, a ladies size 4. Usually Freddies only does a size 6 and up. Horray! Ill shop there more often.

Better than Wal-Mart, well at least I feel better about it. Kroger, Wal-Mart whats the difference. At least I have nostalgia for Freddies. People are nicer than Wal-Mart and the selection is better as well grocery wise.

There was not one sweat shirt for my son. The lack of stock was annoying. The worse part was my cart completely full and alarm was set off. I went back in the store and not one employee even acknowledged me. I finally asked employee in electronics to help. He said I would have to come to him because he couldnt leave the department. By the way I was literally 15 feet from Electronics. The only thing I was worried about was a possible tag on my sons clothing that we ended up purchasing, because I didnt want to get home and have to come all the way back to the store. Like I said my car was full. He looked and then said that I needed to take every bag one at a time through the door. I told him I wasnt doing that. He then said I didnt have to he was going to make my son do it. I said no thats not happening either. I ended up checking the clothes myself and leaving. The lack of customer service is appalling and this is why Im not a fan of Fred Meyer.

I shop here from time to time and its ok, nothing spectacular. Customer service is a hit and miss, sometimes they are friendly and other days you can tell they wish they were somewhere else. Products are usually quite well stocked. Wish they had more locally made brands for bread and bagels.
