Unfortunately this company is highly unprofessional and unreliable. They do not do quality checks on their bounce houses and left us in a very expensive predicament last minute. The bounce house we rented was so extremely damaged that we had to return it an hour before our event. When we called customer service we were treated so unprofessional and terribly disrespectful. We were told that we could exchange the damaged product for a new one. Once we arrived they decided they didn’t want to do business with us and gave us a refund. Be careful when working with this business especially if you put so much time and effort in planning an event.

We rented a 5 inch wood chipper this weekend. Couldn’t have asked for a better help and quicker service. They hooked up the hitch and chipper to the pick up, explained how to use it and we were out of there in 10 minutes. I think the guy’s name was Ramone. He was very patient taking the time to explain all the controls and was super friendly.Will definitely rent here again.

I just returned an aerator and dethatcher. They worked beautifully. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I can recommend them without any reservations what so ever. I will be going back for a trencher at some point.

With great pleasure I write this review. I rented a log splitter for today. The splitter was totally awesome. Even fun to watch. My son in law had no trouble operating it we finished so fast. The staff at True Valley were so nice and polite. Great place to rent from. Thank you so much.

We rented the Genie Z-32 lift from True Value Rental to paint out house because it is a two story with tall gables and the lift performed great. Also we were very impressed with the staff, who came out to provide some instruction on how to use all the lifts features. We also thought they were more than fair with the rental agreement. What we didnt find was poor customer service complaints listed below. In fact, we received better customer service than other places weve done business with. Thats why I gave True Value Rental 5 stars and will be back the next time we need to rent tools.

My experience with renting the wood splitter was just fine. The man on the phone I talked to when I reserved it kept things simple and was able to answer questions I had. When we picked it up they showed us how to use it and helped us load it. All we had to do is get it back safely and on time. We had no extra charges or unfriendliness. Price was good and the machine sure got our job done!

I saw Erics video of your equipment, do you have a maintenance department? No other place to rent from, meaning you have him over a barrel. Do the right thing.

We rented a dethatcher/power rake. It worked great and they showed me how to use it. We were charged exactly what they quoted us over the phone.

5 years ago I bought a brand new riding lawnmower from Grand Rental and had issues with the carburetor two weeks after purchasing it. They wanted to charge me for repairs. Needless to say I was hot under the collar and accused them of exceptionally poor business dealings. They wanted an opportunity to make it right so I let them repair it. I cant remember if I paid them or not. Anyway, looks like the carburetor is going bad again (3rd one since I bought it) and some other issues. I called to see if they would do the repair, nope, dont want to do business with me because I said some things they didnt like (accused them of poor business dealings and trying to rip me off by charging me for something should have worked longer than two weeks after paying $2100 for it).With all the poor reviews I would think they would want an opportunity to reconcile with past customers but apparently not. Theyre not the only game in town but I was willing to give them another chance, unfortunately for them they werent willing to work with me.This is the only time this has happened to me. Their customer service is not only rude, its incredibly thin skinned.Ill continue to take my business up the road to Pacific Tractor.

Equipment worked well. Only wanted to rent for half day during holiday. They charged me for full day even though I used it less than 4 hours. Said it was there policy. Said it was posted on the side door and on web site. I called their bluff and started to look it up on web site in front of him.... He said, well its not really on the web site......Youre better off renting from a real business like Home Depot, now I wish I would driven the extra 4 miles and done just that!

Since 0 isnt an option I give this company 1 star simply because the company is two faced and wants to scam you for more money than originally owed for equipment rentals. I cant wait for this company to go out of business. Never in my life have I ever had such poor service ABSOLUTE THEIVES.

I have rented various landscaping equipment from here during the past 2 years, and just rented a big Vermeer chipper. The staff have always been very helpful and knowledgeable, and the equipment has been in good working shape. They always demonstrate start up and other procedures for equipment that is new to me.

This place is Great! Very small family owned and operated business. Organization could be called into question but give these guys a break, Its a good company try them!

Went to buy a chainsaw today. No one was in the store except a young man and appears the manager. The young man asked to help, but knew nothing about chainsaws. The older man never made contact with me, but keep looking at his computer and answered his phone a couple of times. I left after 10 minutes and purchase my chainsaw at another dealer. I hope Echo knows there dealer sucks. YOU GET NO SERVICE

My company rents and buys equipment for a variety of jobs and we appreciate the treatment and the professionalism we get from the crew at Grand Rental Station. We have been dealing with them for 10 years or so. If a piece of equipment is available, they get it too us, if it has a problem they replace it or make it right. They will always be our first call for equipment.

Bounce house rental was great, event let me pick up early for no extra charge. The equipment was clean and quality. The older guy supervising in the back was not the friendliest. I assume he was the owner.

I am a small time contractor. I couldnt help but chuckle when I was looking for a small engine repair business and Grand Rental came up. This company has a bad reputation for customer service and equipment failure and I have many buddies who will not do business with these guys. They are very rude. Look at the owners response to a previous customer regarding a complaint 6 years ago. Grant it, it was 6 years ago, but the owner certainly handled his remarks inappropriately (look and see above). Developing customer relationships is big. These guys dont get it.Numerous times Ive rented and the equipment wasnt working. On several occasions I returned the equipment to be fixed and had to end up fixing it myself because they couldnt repair it. Really, a chain t be fitted on my chainsaw-they couldnt get it fitted correctly.Go to Home Depot for a rental. You may have to pay a little more, but the service is good and equipment is in good shape.Now I must look for a small engine repair business. No way am I going to these guys.

NEVER RENT FROM THEM!!!!ONLY gave them 1 star because 0 is NOT an option. Wow where to start... I went into the office to rent some items for a bridal shower I was planning. The older guy who walked up to me was very helpful but the older lady behind the desk was VERY rude. She cut me off many times and acted like I was just in inconvenience because I didnt know what size table cloths I needed for their tables! I should have know better but I rented and paid for everything at that time even though the lady talked to me the whole time like I was to poor to rent from them or didnt have the money to pay for it.My husband went to pick up on Friday night after he got off work. He was going to be late so I call to let them know. The first guy who answered said he would get me over to the after hours department and evened up hanging up on me. The second person I spoke with said that they would wait but ONLY till 5:10 then they were leaving. WOW! So my husband pick up and felt so rushed he didnt even look at anything he just packed it up. When we started to unload we noticed one of the glass vases we rented was broken.Apon returning it we told the lady it was broken and all she said was it must have been broken in transport because we wouldnt give you broken stuff! I told her what had happened and how we didnt even use it because it was broken and she just kept saying the same thing. So rude!I cant believe how a small Family owned business could treat people like this. My whole experience with them was horrible and I would NEVER rent from them again!! I could have driven a bit further and went to party pros (they get all of their extra stuff from them) and would have been treated a lot better! Spend a bit more money and get treated a little better!

We rented a chipper from them to chip branches from our laurel and apple trees. The largest branches we had are 3 round and my husband was told the chipper would work on branches up to 5. Once they hooked up the chipper to our truck, the kid working there had trouble starting it and told my husband oh, it leaks oil but its got plenty so dont worry about it. That should have been our first clue. (What rental company rents equipment that knowingly leaks oil?) We got home, got the chipper set up. My husband was feeding in the branches and it wouldnt grab the branches and wasnt feeding them through. The blade was dull and not working properly. My husband has used chippers before with no issues so hes not an idiot. Finally, after about 1 hour of having to try and get the chipper to work, we gave up and decided to return it. My husband went back in to return it, told them it wasnt working and had issues. My husband was willing to pay for a few hours (which I though was beyond generous since we only got about 2 branches to go through.) The gentleman was exceedingly rude, came out and started it to see if it leaked oil (well, duh, your employee said it did) then came back out and chipped a piece of wood which went through fine but since our branches are green (and not like a dried board) it wasnt working it. Made us completely feel like we were lying to them and trying to get one over on them. I can assure them, we would have much rather got the days worth of work done that we needed to do and not spend hours getting it back to them. Well, lesson learned. We will not be back.

I went there to inquire about renting some equipment and the owners daughter was extremely rude right from the start. I don’t know how this place stays in business. It was obvious she was the owners daughter, no employee would treat the customers so badly and still retain their job

ALL ABOUT FUN is a MUCH better place to rent from. Hide your cash because its a 40$ for cleaning and a 75$ every half hour if your late. AWFUL COMPANY. ILL BE IN TOUCH WITH CORPORATE!

Do not rent from this company. They are rude and unprofessional. They picked up my equipment early, and when I called them to let them know, instead of working it out with me they treated me as if it didnt matter. I spoke with Ed. He was short and rude. There are other companies to rent from that treat their customers with respect. Power rents is a local company, with great customer service, I spoke to them about my issue with Grand central and they immediately sent me out the peice of equipment I needed.

Had a great experience Today when I went to rent stuff to redo my lawn. Very nice and knowledgeable people that got me everything I need.

VERY VERY RUDE. The lady at the counter acted as if we were a total inconvenience. They quoted me one price over the phone and another when I got there. My daughter returned the rented item and they were rude and abrupt with her.I see almost every negative post has a written excuse from the owner. With this many user comments about poor customer service and rude staff, you might want to start looking internally and fix the problem. We will rent / buy elsewhere, not worth the hassle.

1 star is too high for this company! Is there a negative scale, cause theyre on it!These people are so rude and unprofessional! You dont get to treat your co-workers like that at Arbys and work there the next day... Thats just PART of the unprofessionalism offered as part of their experience...Regardless, we rented a trailer from them and the lights didnt work initially, the rude employees rigged it to work, while we waited, which it did, at first... Then the lights and brakes went out, loaded with livestock! When the owner was called for guidance we were clearly told there is nothing I can do to help you, just get the equipment back. Wow, Ed, thanks for your concern for your customers!Your COMMUNITY DOLLAR is not well spent at this business! They CLEARLY do not care about their COMMUNITY CUSTOMERS, why would you spend your dollars to support them?

Just got off the phone with a woman that clearly hates her job. I went in to rent equipment a few weeks ago and got nothing but attitude and rude treatment. I left empty handed that day. Today I called thinking it might have been a bad day and would get better treatment. Nope, my call today confirmed they dont want my business or any of my friends. After thus second experience I decided to write a review. After viewing the other reviews clearly they dont care about keeping their Customers.

First I gave 2 stars for the delivery being on time and the linens being clean and nice.50 chairs- filthy spent 2 hours cleaning them5 long tables- ok worked fineLinens- nice and clean and perfect!20x20 “tent” was told it was very nice for events and weddings 😳 it’s was filthy dirty and there were holes in it. It did serve its purpose but I wouldn’t have been so understanding had it been an event or wedding. They should maybe mark that one for “shade or bbq”. I called the store to let them know that since they aren’t the ones who put it up that they should know the condition so that they could fix it. The “assumed” owner answered and was less than interested in the issue. So sad as we love to support our local family businesses but I should’ve read the reviews before renting from here. They shouldn’t advertise “CLEAN” party equipment.

Stopped by Grand Rental to price equipment for a big back yard remodel. This year I have been going to Grand Rental for 10 years now. Bought my house and property 11 years ago and started hiring out the work I wanted done. A year of trying to find honest contractors at resonable cost who would show up and do the work on time and to satisfaction proved to be a lot of work! Decided it would be easier and more satisfying to do it myself. First project was mowing the acreage that had grown in places to 6 feet. Ed showed up with the tractor I had rented and even did some of the mowing to make sure the equipment would do the job for me. Rented tractors for years till I bought my own. Rented the Billy Goat for where the tractor wouldnt go. The belt broke on it one year. Ed comped me two days on the following weekend. Have rented a variety of tools and equipment without issue. Augers, saws, trucks, generators, tillers, rug cleaners, and once a metal detector for the time I lost my wedding ring. Bought some equipment as well that I have been very happy with. I have had to learn as I go, so I have always appreciated the time and advice Ed has been willing to provide. Prices are good, closer for me than the big box rental, and definately a better eperience.

They would not budge on the matter she was more worried about losing a day of rental on Sunday which is the day their closed. Rented a 7000 excavator last weekend, it leaked hydraulic fluid everywhere on my property, shut it off about 3 times while I had it rented and the battery was dead on about the 3rd start. Not a piece of equipment worth renting, it is obviously worn out.

I will never rent anything from this place ever again very rude..
