Carol the manager was so condescending. I would have bought shoes here but her attitude completely turned me off. It is amazing how people act when you give them a little authority and a small amount of knowledge. She was trying to impress me with acronyms and her clientele’s travel plans, but I wasn’t impressed. They may have great shoes, but definitely need help with their people skills.

Carol was very helpful and knowledgeable about feet and Foot Solution’s shoes. She spent time making sure I got the right fit. Beautiful shoes and great selection!

I have never felt so infuriated after leaving a store before. I visited Foot Solutions of Cornelius because I wanted to learn more about and invest in a well made pair of shoes. I had done a little research about a brand of shoes before visiting the store and asked the sales associate about the brand when I entered the store. She immediately went off on us about how ignorant we (as Americans) were to even bother with such a slab of marshmallow that even the taliban wouldnt put of their feet. If the degrading insults werent already enough, she even had the audacity to bring up and insult Christianity when it had no place in the conversation.Needless to say, after this horrific experience, I will have a hard time ever returning to Foot Solutions with out a serious and sincere apology.

After a few years I had to visit this store again after a horrible flair up of Planta Facitis(SP?). Of course, it was something I did as I forgot that this condition can come back (so quickly). Carol, the store mgr, was, once again, so very informative and extremely helpful. After a purchase and just one day wearing the correct shoes for my type of feet, I am heading very quickly to the road of recovery.If you have any problems with your feet, I highly recommend visiting this store. Thanks again to Carol for all of her help !

Carol knows what she is talking about... and is quite passionate about her shoes! she worked with me to purchase a pair of Naots (from Israel). BEST SHOES EVER. I can wear them all day. Ive since purchased 3 more pairs of Naots for summer wear. The german shoes are amazing too. My son was fitted for a pair of running shoes. SOOOO helped him run without hurting his arches and knees. Highly recommend Foot solutions.
