Excellent service friendly staff
One rarely used, but important, way to measure the quality of a business isnt so much how good their work is (though obviously thats important too) but how they respond to a dispute with a customer, or problems like that in general. I took my admittedly whipped 1998 Suzuki Katana there for an inspection in the spring of 2013. The owner/mechanic ended up doing a *very* thorough job that resulted in an incredibly sizable bill. Arguably the final bill was considerably more than the bike itself is worth. I was, to put it mildly, displeased. At the same time I know that he had invested a significant amount of time in the work, not to mention all the parts he had acquired on my behalf, etc. The upshot is that his work was excellent, he apologized profusely for doing so much work on the bike without specifically warning me how much the bill would likely end up being, and we negotiated a revised price that was mutually satisfactory. I can confidently recommend this shop for your future motorcycle repair needs and both myself, my uncle and my son will be using his shop in the future for our 3 bikes.
Great service 👍
Good guys
