Aaron and team were fantastic. They took their time on the install and didnt skip any corners. Aaron himself came onsite to not only provide the quote, but to ensure the team was well informed of our requirements. Shockingly he even came back to assist with a minor technical glitch the following week. You dont see service like that anymore! Well be having Aaron back to service the units moving forward, as well as for any future heating or air conditioning needs.

I called for an appointment but they never called me back. I ended up calling a guy in Tyrone, ny who I found on the internet. He explained to me how to fix my thermostat on my own! Everything is working fine now. I dont really know if Aarons is good or bad except that they arent good at getting back to you!

My AC condenser was causing a leak in my basement for second time - first time I used another company (a year earlier) to supposedly fix the leak but they didn’t actually fix it but just charged me for more coolant at a super expensive price ($~800). After a less than positive experience last year with that other company (Halco), I decided to call Aaron’s. The owner, Aaron, came out and I discussed with him the pros/cons of fixing it again or replace the condenser. Aaron was extremely professional, trustworthy and honest, unlike the man who previously came out from the other company and did not act very trustworthy. I ended up purchasing a new condenser through them and they installed it and has been working well since. Today I experienced a problem with my system and Aaron’s came out the same day to ensure it was not a problem they had caused from the new ac condenser. It turned out to be a flown fuse from a recent power outage. I would recommend this company to everyone I know who is looking for a trustworthy company as there are a lot of scammers out there to rip you off. I will definitely use them again!

When Aaron came to our house for an estimate he was professional, honest, and upfront about what could be done to improve the heating in our house. He gave us options with the estimates. When installing our heating system, staff was professional, respectful, and explained things step by step. We are very happy with finished product.

I recently moved into a house knowing that a new heating system was in my future. I decided to have 3 estimates for the job and AAron came out to do the estimate. His estimate was right around the same as the other two but he had more and better reviews in the short time he has had his business. Additionally, after saying that I would like it done relatively shortly because you never know, my heat went out. I gave him a call and he came out within a couple of hours to replace a part and turn the heat back on again. Before he was able to come in with the new unit, the heat went out again and he came out on a cold Sunday to turn it back on again. The installation was neat, relatively quick and tested before team packed up after a couple of days. I would highly recommend Aarons Heating and Air Conditioning.

Aaron and his crew installed a Trane-Mitsubishi mini split system for me in early August, 2019. They did a great job and I love the system. From first contact until completion of the job I was very pleased. While he told me up front they would not be the cheapest, they were only $200 more than my lowest bid while providing the type of unit I wanted. They were also $2,000 less than my highest which proposed giving me smaller units! Aaron took the time to ensure I understood the unit capabilities versus my stated needs. His crew was professional, personable and showed up when they said they would. His office manager was extremely responsive and provided timely and accurate information. I cant imagine being any happier with the work, customer service and professionalism of everyone with whom I spoke. I would not hesitate to recommend them or call them should I have need.

Absolutely the BEST OF THE BEST.We are new homeowners, our HVAC system was 20 years old and the AC needed replacement. We decided the replace the whole system as the furnace wasn’t working well either. I had many estimates done... probably 8 different companies and quotes. There are some great companies out here, good people. We went with Aaron’s because we were so impressed with him personally and because he deals Tranes, which are top of the line. I just bought a new home which had not been lived in for over a year. I asked through email for Aarons to come over to check out our 15-year-old high-efficiency furnace and HVAC. They were prompt with scheduling, and were able to give a quote in email.Our tech Nate was very punctual, efficient, knowledgeable, and really cared about our ability to do our own upkeep and have an understanding of our machines. He pointed out prior repairs he saw and was not pushy about us spending extra money fixing small issues that were not causing harm. Previously our units had been serviced by CAC, and had some questionable fixes that Aarons reversed and explained why they were not safe. Nate definitely knows his stuff!We will be recommending Aarons to our friends, and will be using them again for our maintenance services and repairs.

5+ Stars for Aarons! My husband and I were out of town when our heat stopped working. In a panic, we called Aarons to see if they could help. They quickly arrived at our house and diagnosed the problem immediately. Within hours they returned with the tools needed to fix the problem, and had the heat back up and running in no time. We were blown away with their efficiency and professionalism. Their prices are fair and our experience with Nate was excellent. We highly recommend Aarons for HVAC service/needs.

Seems to be knowledgeable and straightforward. There were some scheduling difficulties, and though I understand visits will always have an approximate time frame, would prefer contact from the tech or dispatcher when unable to make it in that time frame. Thats my only real complaint, but otherwise satisfied with the service.

We just bought a house and we needed a HVAC system to be installed. We called Aaron’s heating and the first time he was a no show. The second time he came out I never received a quote even after calling three times. Knowing that my house did not have heat and needed this done ASAP, still nothing from them. I would not recommend this company as it was a waste of time.

I called Aaron’s Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. to fix my furnace and they came over and did an excellent work. They were very professional and went through every step until they found the problem. They have reasonable prices and tell you the truth. I will always call them whenever my hvac system needs a repair.

Aaron and Nate installed a new heat unit this summer and added central air conditioning to our house. They were very professional and respectful of our home and pets. The units have been great and we are already seeing the savings every month on our heating bills. Great company to work with.
