Their prices for a battery for my Jeep beat everyone else by about $20 plus they gave me $10 off for picking it up. Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I wont go anywhere else now.

My husband ordered a battery. They sent him an email and said it would be backordered. Not knowing how long, he chatted with a Craig and he said they would cancel. Instead, they still sent battery and will not send a label for return. This is not fair and anyone who orders anything from West Coast Batteries need to be aware before they ever consider ordering from them.

No shipping info provided and shipped the wrong battery, took overall 3 weeks to get one battery. So much for enjoying the summer.
