Not happy with the service! I had scheduled my appointment via online on the website. Only to find out I had to drive up here and they said it didnt go through. They said drop off only today. I was so early and arrived at 9.15am for my 9am appointment. I understand that they only have 1 guy working today but they havent try to find solution or accomodate my appointment. Not really happy at all with this location. 😕

I went there just this morning to have them fix a flat and they were able to repair it. Todd was very helpful.

PLEASE READ, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Had a terrible experience at this location. We came in for an oil/filter change and to check out a clacking noise at low speeds on my sons car. They quoted about $1000 to fix everything. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, and was driving it home, oil light came on, THEY FORGOT TO FILL THE OIL! I almost blew my motor and barely made it back to the shop. Upon return, I also noticed damaged to my bumper and front wheel well that ended up costing another $1200+ to fix. Of course Todd the manager denied it, and told me spoke to corporate and they said they wouldnt cover the damage. After all that, the car runs worst than before and still has the original clacking sound we went in for and paid to get repaired. I am assuming nothing was done on the car at all apart from damaging it even further.

Great service, highly recommend this place for all your tire needs. I came in with a flat, they fixed it for FREE!! Didn’t try to sell me anything, or tell me I need this or that, etc.. That’s very rare these days. Seems like most places just take advantage of people. Not this place. I was in and out in 30 minutes and my problem was solved. I will definitely recommend this discount tire to family and friends.

I had my tires changed here about a couple years ago. After that the back right side my truck would shake when on the freeway over 60 miles an hour. I was very busy and didn’t have time to take it in to have it checked out. So it’s been a couple years and I had them change my oil and rotate and balance my tires. The rotation and balance was included in my tire package so they did not charge me. They did a great job at getting the tires balanced this time. Thank you Discount Tires of Corona.

I have been coming to Discount Tires for a many years when I need tires or brake pads done. Even though Donovan wasnt working there any more Todd helped me just as great! I came in last minute around 4:00PM and they close now at 5:00PM. I came in with a pinch in my rear passenger tire and Todd still took time to speak with me and understand my concerns. He was able to fit me in and change my tire. But the amazing part was he understood that I didnt want an overpriced tire because I had previously changed one wheel twice and my treads were still good. So he sold me a comparable tire that would last up until the other 3 would wear. But also without compromising on the quality of tire. Thanks Todd and Tony for your help.

A nail in the tire is no fun. Toda Sunday, my tire pressure low and as any woman would i freaked out a bit thinking i was gonna be left stranded in the middle of the road. My fiance told me about discount tires and we made our way there. The service was amazing from the start. The gentleman that helped me out walked over to me, greeted us and asked what we needed help with.. He was courteous, let me know it was an easy patch work and I had nothing to worry about. The other staff member took care of my car right away. They provided a reasonable wait time. The staff was amazing, and I think that If my car has a tire issue again, this is where Im taking my car. I needed a set of new tires and they had the best prices in the I.E.! Not only were they able to get me a new set but the prices were so good that I was able to squeeze in an alignment...even on a covid budget. The customer service was amazing! Not real happy about my experience. I brought my Tesla there for a quick rotation and the technician did not use the lift tools I provided to protect the undercarriage from the lift. I left them on the center console for him as instructed by the tech.There’s now damage to the under glow lights I have below as a result of this.

I shopped around for a set of four tires for my Chrysler 200 and by far the best deal was Discount Tires. They had my tire installation and oil change completed in one hour. The only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because one of the employees Ethan was wonderful and great, while the other one Tony was not. I was told over the phone by Bill that he would give me an oil change for $18.99. I specifically stated that to Ethan with Tony standing right there and Ethan said no problem. He said that Tony will ring you up. However, when Tony gave me my estimate, he had charged me $43 for my oil change. I balked immediately and told him about the $18.99 deal and I even asked if I needed to go online and get you a coupon or something, and If I hadn’t noticed it and didn’t demand it, I would’ve over paid. It makes me feel uncomfortable when I have to complain to get my discount that Bill had promised me over the phone. I was not all right with that but what happened next is what really aggravated me about this employee’s actions.When I went to pick up my car I asked Ethan about my alignment check because my invoice specifically stated a free alignment check. Ethan turned to Tony and asked him how the alignment câme out and Tony was hesitant and said well, no we didn’t do that. I noticed on my final invoice that Tony had checked the box that the customer declined the free alignment check. I would’ve never declined a free alignment check because bad alignment can be harmful to tire wear. So, that was a simple case of either an employee cutting corners or, for me, dishonesty because it was not me who declined the alignment check as it specifically says on the invoice the customer declined the alignment check. Again, Ethan was wonderful with his service and hospitality and I really enjoyed that customer experience with him. Tony, on the other hand, not only tried to overcharge me but also failed to get me a complimentary, but very important tire service. To make matters worse, the two very important mail-in rebates were not prepared and I had to bring it up. Ethan then asked Tony to make copies of the invoices and to get me the two rebates. It was observed that Tony was giving an attitude about it. Why should a customer have to ask for it, it should be given to me automatically. Tony made me feel like I was not being taken care of properly. Every customer discount or rebate that was promised to me on the phone by Bill was forgotten, I had to go through an obstacle course and demand it before I received it. It just wasn’t a comfortable experience with that guy. I felt like I had to watch everything he was doing, I got a great deal but, my experience could have been better.

Service counter was more than helpful. Answered all my questions with a professional demeanor. Would have given 5 stars but there didn’t appear to be any sense of urgency by the tech working on my tires. I had appointment and still waited 1 1/2 hours to change four tires. Not asking for NASCAR pit crew speed just a little motivation.

I have been here twice. The first time was to replace all 4 tires. The manager was the one who helped me. He was very friendly and did his part to get me the best price. I know this because I had priced tires a few other places. I didnt have to wait long and I never got the impression that he was trying to up charge me or sell me something I didnt need. The second visit was for a screw in the tire, good thing I got the protection plan. I was a little concerned because I couldnt get the tire off myself due to the tools not fitting on the lug nuts. I was thinking that since that were the last ones to service the tires that it must have been something they did. The tech explained to me very politely what causes this. The cheaply made OEM parts swell up overtime due to moisture getting under the esthetic cover on the lugs. Since I have no way to remove them like this I asked if he could replace them. They only carry the OEM parts but he said if I wanted and had the all metal ones he would replace them. On top of that he told me of a few local places I could get them and even called one while I was calling another one. I got them and he put them on for me. While waiting I was chatting with the manager and he told me where my warranty is covered and since I travel a lot not to be mistaken by a competitor of almost the same name back east since they wouldnt cover my warranty. Everyone was friendly. This is probably the best tire experience I have ever had and Im middle aged so Ive had my share lol.

The team was very professional and friendly.... the first time I called on Saturday and was hoping to the car in but I was honestly informed that they were slammed and just didn’t have the man power to support all that they already had and they were closed on Sunday.... so I decided to come in another day and was delighted by the manager I think... it was easy, fast and affordable... I will be coming back to this location

Well after numerous Emergency Car issues. These guys have helped me on multiple car situations without even calling and making a appointment. Due to this kind of service I firmly believe this is the go to place to take you car. I’ve become spoiled. I had a Electric window problem. BIG SAFTY CONCERN. Can’t leave the unattended. Just drove to these guys without calling or anything. Just said Help!! Heck NP! Fixed with NP. Went home with a smile. The Manager is HONEST AND FRIENDLY, the staff knowledgeable and smiley face. Instead sat there played on my phone, kept getting updates, FIXED!!!

I really love this discount tire. I use to go to discount in Cypress and had great experiences there, also the same at the Corona location.One of the main things I love here is they price match, almost no questions asked, which is rare at this kind of place in my experience. They matched walmarts price, didnt even need to show them the price online which I had ready.They would get a 5 star, except that they always give super wrong time estimates, which isnt a huge deal, but it keeps them from being perfect! I expect this and plan for extra time, last time they estimated it would be about 30 minutes (had 2 tires swapped out, they only had 2 in stock) and it ended up taking about 2 hours.

Had an Appointment at 11am they did not even start anything till 4 hours later, a 4 hour wait for a appointment. I made a week prior.. My boyfriend stayed because we needed the breaks done and I was out of town but we will not be back. All that was said was were busy. Well stop taking walk ins over appointments or dont bother scheduling apts.

The work was fine as far as I can tell and fairly priced. I was misinformed about wait initially so had to go back next day. I almost didn’t because the lack of proper mask wearing did not instill confidence.

Discount Tire Centers had the best overall price for a set of tires I needed. I did not expect such a great deal over the Labor Day weekend. Buy 2 get 2 free. Usually a sale like this prices go way up so you really only save a small amount but this sale they meant it. Buy 2 get 2 free! I saved a lot. Busy weekend but it only took a few hours for the install. This is not my first visit and not my last. Give them a try for all your service needs.

Place was short staff when I went in. Not sure what happened but they forgot to add enough air in my tires after the tire rotation and alignment. Had a low tire pressure the very next day from service.

I bought a new set of Goodyear tires… Thinking that the air pressure would be correct… Didn’t check initially… But the next morning… I checked the tire pressure reader on my dashboard… The driver side tires were at 80 pounds… And the passenger tires were at 60…… Ridiculous… You’re supposed to be a tire shop... That explains why my truck was veering off to the right… After I just got an alignment... not satisfied

Took my car in early for a tire rotation alignment and oil change. Left it with them for them to fit it in because I had no appointment. They got right on it and called me back within 2 and a 1/2 hours. All is finished. Another wonderful job by these guys.

The Corona store did a great job with the transaction by correcting the order placed through the DT central order desk. The car was delivered ahead of schedule too.

I dont have enough good things to say about these guys. They were able to accommodate my schedule, they had my tires ordered the next day and the service by Shaun, Nabil and Alfred was top-notch. I opted for the lifetime alignment because I have an off-road truck, and also got the road hazard. I am here this morning to get a tire patched (had a fun weekend). I was amazed how quickly they were able to get all four tires replaced on the truck when I originally came in and how quickly the alignment was done with 100% accuracy. It was a terrible experience. First they put the wrong size tires on my vehicle when I told the manager that it was the wrong size. They were smaller tires that I needed to replace, I had already paid for tires, a refund was due to me. I used my debit card but they said that they could not refund me the cash and they were not able to put it back on my card. So I was told I was going to get a check in the mail. Let’s hope so. Also my receipt still has the wrong tires on it and the wrong total on it. I paid for the tire warranty of 17.00 for each tire. Though it’s not even the right tires on invoice. It was a total mess. I will not be returning to this business in the future.

As for the review be for mine where the wife said that they turned he husband away is in accurate I was there when he came in Charles told the gentelman that there was an hour to 2 hour wait and asked if he could drop it off or wait but the gentleman did not want to wait and left. Do not ever go here. Today I waited for break service for almost 4 hours, finally I asked about my car and the clerk said it they will not be able to get to it today. While I was waiting a mechanic crashed another persons car! Unbelievable. The guy at the counter told me two hours at the beginning of the day. What a terrible experience.

Good price for brand name tires. Had shopped at a couple mom and pop shops that were providing some dingey brand tires for more expensive rate. Paid $281 otd for momo tires. Salesman and tech did a great job.

I have used Discount Tires for the past 5 years on various cars. They are always helpfulp, in that they let me know what I need vs try to sell me something I don’t need and try to trick me because I am a woman. They are courteous and respectful to us. They also keep their word on the time frame and the estimate of work needed. I know I will not go anywhere else.The staff gives 110% and that is rare.

My tire had a nail and running low on air. I rolled into their shop unannounced and they had three cars ahead of me, but helped me out first anyway cause it would be quick. I was in and out within 25-30 minutes. They know how to win customers over and I will definitely go back when I need tires.

I believe that instead of having somebody wait two and a half hours to get a tire patched because of a nail and when you see other employees just standing there talking to each other and you have one employee mounting and dismounting a tire and another employee putting the tires back on a car it should not be like that they should have one guy doing one car in the other guy doing somebody elses car because I sat there and watched an employee just stand around and stand around waiting for the guy to get done mounting and dismounting so that he could balance it and that wasted a lot of time and was pissing a lot of people off that were sitting there with me also the manager and assistant manager I know they know how to work on cars I know that they know how to fix a flat tire and they should have came out there instead of sitting in the office and help the other employees and then they would not if it had to have work till 7 at night and they closed at 5 I think it was ridiculous and you asked for my feedback and Im giving you my honest opinion

Came in at 9am for a nail in my new tire. The wait was an hour and a half since theyre short handed. Theyre super friendly, the mechanics are working diligently trying to get the work done so they can move on. Took 30 minutes once it was my turn. I cant speak for how much services cost but their customer service is A+, nice people.
