I initially was not going to come here, but Im so glad I did. Michele was so attentive to what I was looking for. All I did was give a vague description of what I had in mind and she immediately knew what I was looking for. I found my dress and at a good price too! I tried on so many dresses, but ended up selecting the first. They are so kind and accommodating. I highly recommend checking out Beverly Hills Bridal Exchange, whether its for wedding gowns, wedding formal wear, or veils. Brides listen up! This is THE place to go to for bridal dress shopping! Its a beautifully decorated and large boutique with two fabulous women who are determined to find you the dress of your dreams. Amid Covid, they let me bring in 3 guests (all masked and socially distanced) and truly made it a memorable and fun experience for us. What was originally scheduled as a1 hour appointment, turned into 2 hours and we were never rushed. The owner and the assistant knew exactly the kind of dress I was looking for and were successful in finding me the dress of my dreams! I cant thank these ladies enough! Hands down best customer service, best bridal experience, beautiful boutique, and GORGEOUS dresses!

I had a wonderful experience here! I had gone to another bridal store before this one and did not feel comfortable like I felt here. They took covid-19 precautions as well which made us feel safe. They have so many beautiful gowns and very decently priced. I showed pictures of what I wanted and what I had in mind. They knew exactly what dress to suggest and it was the one! They also didn’t pressure me at all into deciding on a dress. They were so accommodating. I highly recommend Beverly Hills Bridal Exchange.

My recent visit here was Outstanding! During & after I felt like a Queen. My busy schedule did not allow me to return & I wish there were more options. The customer service was phenomenal! That you ladies! U have not found my dream Vow Renewal dress, but the customer service was excellent and exceptional!

Love this place ❣️ We love that the dresses are one of a kind. The variety of colors, sizes and occasion dresses is quite extensive. This is our second time here. First a quinceañera dress and now senior prom dress. Service is great, my daughters school required the dress a few days earlier and Jennifer together with their wonderful seamstress made it happen. Were do grateful. We look forward to coming back again.

Bought my plus size wedding dress here. It turned out beautiful. I added a corset and the work was great! Also the consultant and owner are very friendly.

They have the most beautiful dresses here. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the store is really nice and open. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for wedding or special occasion clothing.

Very unprofessional staff. Website said nothing about needing appointment and neither did the sales woman who greeted us after 15 minutes of standing around. Dress choices were ok but not stellar. We found a couple we thought we would entertain only to be told that we could not try them on because the sales woman was there alone and in the middle of helping another party. We assured her that we were capable of just “trying the dress on” without her assistance, but she refused. I recommended you seat clear of this store if you are looking for a good experience as you DEFINITELY will not receive that here. Very disappointed. The only reason I give this place a star at all is because they do carry wedding dresses.

Amazing selection. Went looking for a prom dress but they didnt have anything... Good for a wedding or other formal event though.

I bought one of my wedding dresses here. It was my first time shopping around for a wedding dress and I felt pressured to purchase the dress. Sales woman was so pushy and convinced me to get the dress. Came in for alterations months later and they exaggerated on the prices of the alteration. Bottom line.. the alterations would cost as much as the wedding dress around $1000. They mentioned I got my dress for a good price.. what does that have to do with alterations!? So in their minds they think because my dress was on sale they can overcharge me for alterations??? $1000 in alterations is ridiculous. I paid some cash and card right before my husband called me to stop and that they are taking advantage of me. When I asked to get my money back right when she took my card, she said they couldnt give me my money back. I told her I just gave you my cash, and how can you not refund my money?? So then she came back telling me I am forced to pay $100. $50dollars an hour for the seamstress since thats how much she makes an hour. We didnt spend 2hrs pinning the dress. 1hr max but we were talking and looking at belts. My husband caught on fast how they were being snakes trying to overcharge me. It was overwhelming experience considering I was alone handling it. Dont get alterations here at all!! It was so unethical. On top of that, they removed all the pins from the dress stating no seamstress will leave pins on. Funny story I took my dress to my other wedding dress store and even the owner of that store said that I paid for a service. Why remove the pins. She understands people will look to see what fits their budget so she never removes the pins if someone paid for the service. The way this seamstress was going to alt the sides, my new seamstress even commented on why would she cut into the sides, you will lose some of the design of the dress. After talking to the new seamstress Im more than confident to say it was unprofessional how they handled the situation. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Especially for altering!! They even crossed out the prices and altering that needed to be done with the dress so I couldnt see or take it. They made me feel like if I was trying to steal something. They were like no you cant take a pic of this. First of all it was my receipt and they said no Ill give you one that says none of this. What kind of business does that, you forced me to pay $100 for a service that included pins and notes and you dont let me take any of it??? The fact that you cant give me a full refund on my card is ridiculous. My new seamstress altered my dress for $600.

They have well priced and discounted dresses. Way better than Davids bridal. Extremely helpful and kind.
