Some people give GameStop a bad reputation but the manager was there and very calm, professional and knowledgeable despite having to deal with a Karen that was holding up the line.

I have had great customer service at this Gamestop. At first, I thought it was because I was speaking to the Manager, Bryan, but it is not just him. The whole staff is good, they are knowledgeable, and friendly. The best part is that they are patient when I ask them about a game or system and give good recommendations. If you are in the area, drop by this location. Also, Bryan, you treat your customers well! Great job!

Staff was so helpful with NO pressure. She asked what I was looking for as I looking like I was searching and they had Hans Lucky Dice there and was on clearance in the display case at the counter top. I would NOT have know they were there but she said Yes we do, right here! I was stoked!!! Thank you!!!

Great Service!!! Arrived less than 5 minutes before closing and they still let us buy the last Switch in the store!!! Early Christmas present for the family. Clerk explained the screen protector and warranty. Very patient with us. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this store.

I love GameStop and especially this one. I’m rarely able to go but just about ever time I go I find the game I’m looking for. (With one exception). It’s also great that they have the Pop figures and Think Geek section. I nerd out every time I go there. And the employees are really helpful. It’s not like I go in there and when I have questions they’re condescending in any way. They’re genuinely helpful. And I’m able to strike up a good conversation with them about the game I’m buying or games in that genre when I’m at the checkout. It’s a good community vibe you get going to GameStop, especially this one. I completely recommend. 5 stars.

Let me just say..this game stop is epic!!! Biggest Ive ever seen huge selection! It has a bigger pop wall, more collectibles and figures here then any location ive seen before. Favorite location now. Only flaw I would say is keep prices updated regularly due to misleading and to potential disappointment but other than that everything was amazing!

Friendly employees and a good selection of games. This particular GameStop has a good, open layout and not that small and tight like how some GameStop locations are. The shopping area this GameStop is located in is also very nice, which includes a movie theater, restaurants, stores, etc. Would come back to this one and would recommend this location.

We came in to sell our cell phone. It took a little longer than expected due to their system pulling the wrong phone up, but the employee was awesome and friendly and made the time feel shorter. We were able to get same as cash and more than expected due to having one of their reward cards.

A store of great employees MINUS KEVIN! Whenever you visit this location, take security with you so it will help Kevin’s anxiety. He likes to threaten to call security before the customer is aware there’s even an issue.

Were able to resolve an issue that apparently Lake Elsinore game stop couldnt handle. Although I was a little annoyed I had to travel to this location, I was greeted with friendly smiles, by knowledgeable staff. A plus compared to the store I had just came from ... made it worth the trip! They were not too crowded either so I was able to get in and out in less time than I thought. The store is big compared to others such as Elsinore and Murrieta and very well organized also clean and more selection. Ill be going to this location more often. Thanks guys

Bryan was great .

Went in to buy 2 games for my Nintendo 3ds. The guy who helped me sold me on the power rewards by saying I can get 1 free game after a week of purchase. I went in a week later to find out that I have to buy an additional 2 games. So not only did he sell me on membership with misleading information, but I checked my receipt after transaction and asked him why I’m paying for gamer magazine which was $15He said it’s the power rewards that I’m paying. Originally the girl next to him said it was $9 for rewards membership.So tons of wrong information just to meet goals.Definitely not buying from GameStop because of my awful experience.

The best video game place ever

Have not been to this game stop for about 14 years. It changed slightly. More than just games the got a good collection of toys and nerdy collectibles. I like it. The kids working there were super nice. Helped me picked out some games for my nephew and niece. He did not just yell out titles across the counter he got out and wlaked me to the aisle and recommends the possible good picks. Feels like some next level service...for a GameStop.

Do not visit this GameStop under any circumstances I️ was embarrassed and disrespected by the assistant manager Joey on November 4, 2017. Joey accused me of being unable to read and understand written policy. I️ tried to kindly state my confusion, but was told he could not do anything for “someone like me”. The previous employee Bryan that was helping me originally said he would be able to honor my return because I️ had the item less than 24 hours and was not informed that it would not be able to be returned. I️ believe that GameStop is allowing their employees to discriminate against guests based on their race, gender and appearance. I️ have been a member for 4 years and have never experienced this type of practice and left the store embarrassed in front of my 6 year old son. When I️ tried to record the situation I️ was told to put my “f**king camera away” by Joey. He stated because of California law I️ have no authority to record an employee implementing discriminatory practices against me. I️ asked where that documentation can be found? As I️ was leaving he asked me to leave the store which I️ don’t think is legal or respectful. He also asked his associate Bryan to make sure he “backed up his story”. I️ feel like this type of behavior should not be tolerated by both the customer or the company and needs to be addressed. If it is not addressed with Joey, I️ am to assume that Game Stop supports and promotes the strategic discrimination of customers based on their race, gender and appearance. We as a community should not support these type of businesses.

They have a wide variety of games and merchandise! On top of that the employees are awesome!

Customer service means everything thing and the two young ladies was very helpful and awesome.

One worker stayed on the phone for way too long just to dig through I a pile of plushies to look for a certain one. He did this repeatedly for the same phone inquiry, all while real customers stood in line. Hey guy Ever heard of an inventory look up via your computer? Next his co-worker crawls out his hole to ignore everyone and then finally helps me. He offers me $1.00 for a complete Xbox 360 with games when a different location offered me $30.00 + if I had not been missing a power supply. ( I brought it with me to this location)

They take your old games as credit towards new games! Some Neca action figures and other cool merch.

One of the better GameStop locations. They have ThinkGeek stuff! Great spot for gift shopping and they have a lot of pre-owned games, more than most other GameStop locations. Teegan the assistant manager really knows her stuff!

Not the typical GameStop experience. And thats largely due to the staff. Bigger inventory than most other GameStops. Staffs passionate about gaming.

I have always loved coming to this location, ever since Kevin, Cy and Gage use to work here back in 2014ish. Amazing customer service over the years regardless of whos working there now. I learned Kevin recently got relocated again and miss seeing him but Jessica and Teagan definitely on their game and will continue to visit this location, with trips to find Kevin at other as well. They are very informed, if they are not sure they are not afraid to admit it and always focus on the customers no matter what.

Ive been going to this GameStop location ever since they first opened years ago and Ive never not one had any issues while shopping there and to me is the best GameStop store within the area that offers a large store making it easier to shop around and is very friendly.

This is a good gamestop. It is pretty expensive but, all gamestops are. I have fond memories of hanging out with my friends here when I was younger, and the employees are good, helpful people. They care about their work and will laugh with you when you buy Shrek 3 for the XBOX 360.

This place has everything Ive been looking for. Its a bit further out for me but its always worth the trip.
