Talk to him Said he was gonna send me an estimate he never did

So disappointed in this company. They deserve zero stars if possible.They have provided the worst customer service by far of any company I have ever dealt with in any industry.They installed a Duramax fence 2 years ago and it looked great, but when it was damaged by the wind I called them to fix it. They told me it would be covered and they would come out and fix it. I first started calling them to fix it back in January and they kept cancelling and failing to respond for 2 months. Scott is notorious for that.I finally reached out to the manufacturer myself who said they would cover the replacement part but would coordinate with California Fence to get it fixed. They never followed through due to California Fence not responding. So I kept calling California Fence for the next 3 months and kept getting the run around. They told me the owner, Mike, would give me a call but he never did. I called them at least 20 times over a 5 month period to get it fixed and they never had the decency to even come out to my house and inspect it or tell me that they would not fix it.It is one thing to say the damage is not covered and they will not fix it and that would be a different issue, but you should never tell a customer you are going to replace and fix something and then just do not ever call back or follow through.Take your business elsewhere, this company is unresponsive, unreliable and a complete waste of your money.
