They have quite a selection of items for a smaller store. Friendly staff and clean store. I dont like the no mask required however.

Shout out to Rhonda in the pharmacy for helping me get my insurance sorted out and getting me the meds I desperately needed after the pharmacist at the gosford walgreens told me to kick rocks and my meds would be over $114. You are a life saver and your customer service is superb! Somebody give this woman a raise!

My husband recently had to use the photo department at Walgreens several times for a few days. We were getting pictures for a memorial service and we realized we still needed a few more pics the morning of the service. My husband called, explained the situation and when he got there to pick up the pictures, the lady in the photo department was waiting for him and he was home with plenty of time. Thank you for being so helpful, especially that morning; we really appreciated it.

I have been going here for years and it has been great, but Leah makes Walgreens feel like a friendly, local drugstore. Best customer experience on the island.

I didn’t love this pharmacy prior to Covid, since Covid hit, they’re offering shots and they wait is ridiculous for those getting prescriptions filled or pick-ups! This pharmacy needs to hire at least one more pharmacist and at least two more techs to fulfill the demand! Need drive through!!!

I normally come here and never have issues. Today I came straight from the doctors office in quite a bit of pain. I was not aware of the lunch break for the pharmacy. They were still assisting a patient and I tried to tell them I was in pain and if they could help me get my meds before they took their break. Instead I was rudely told I was late and I would have to wait until they returned. I think they could of handled the situation much better, even if they didnt want to help me. They could have been nicer in explaining they take a lunch and to please come back later. Their attitude towards their patients needs work. Also I checked and the lunch break hours are not listed on this site. How are people supposed to know?

We have a Walgreens on the island! Some competition for Rite Aid. Handy getting my photos here. Parking lot - which on Coronado is saying a lot. Touristy stuff, because of course, theyre on Orange. Its your typical Walgreens.

Went in to see if they had blood pressure machine the pharmacist told me they do it there free of charge l said ok told me to wait and someone would see me 1 hour later someone showed up she forgot about me also machine gave wrong reading
