Excellency place to taste wine, relax and unwind. Definitely returning to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. It was the perfect random stop for a Sunday afternoon.

I would echo what Myra said. This is a nice little winery located off the strip. I did the Groupon and definitely got my moneys worth. There are 7 wines to sample with appropriate cheese plate. They bring more cheese and crackers if you run out.The highlight was the cover musician who got the crowd going and the sommelier who was very knowledgeable about what wine we were sampling. Im not a big wine drinker, but Id say give it a shot if youre in Coronado. You wont be disappointed!

Nice little place on Coronados main drag. They sell wine by the glass to taste and bottles & knick knacks to go.

Great place to go with friends. You get to try 7 different wines, and you are given crackers and cheeses to pair with the wines. The place has a great atmosphere and you feel welcomed by the staff. Downside is the tasting room can be packed, which makes it hard to move around.

A great selection of wines and their casual dining pairs well with anything you want to drink. Their wine club is definitely worth it if you live in the area and my wife and I highly recommend it. Two bottles of wine and two wine tastings (one being a member exclusive) per month for a couple for only $40 basically pays for itself. They also have a few great sommeliers, most notably Chris. His wine knowledge is encyclopedic and hes a genuinely good guy who cares about what he does. Youve gotta stop in if youre in the area.

My wife and I really enjoy this place. The staff are always very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We make it a point to come here whenever were in San Diego.

Lovely and Lively! The owners were on site, very friendly and have a great eye for choosing fun and interesting wine decor. Chris or bartender and server was light hearted and very friendly. The wine selections are tasty and reasonably priced and the flat breads are amazing! Chris told us its a family receipe!

Awesome little gem, nestled in the heart of Coronados, Orange Ave. Wonderful wine, flat breads and appetizers. Its intimate, friendly and inviting. Theres wine tasting on Thurs/Fri/Sat, @ 5:30pm & 6:30pm. (Fri/Sat, Live Entertainment w/no cover.) They even have a Wine Club. And, did I mention the Employees. . . Just incredible. Always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and ready to assist. Great little place indeed. If You like Wine, then this place is definitely, worth a visit. Cheers!

Wanted to relax a bit and get a glass of wine and some fresh healthy appetizers, my husband and kids went next door to get ice cream while I got a table on the nice patio. I asked if she could fill up our water bottles to avoid us wasting straws and plastic cups, she said they did not have ice water... ??? She said they had bottled, and I said I didn’t mind paying for it at all, I would get two bottles, but could she also bring some ice, she said they had no ice... ???I told her I was waiting for my kids and husband, I had the stroller parked on the other side of the patio barrier, and my kids water bottles. When my family arrived a few minutes later she said children are not allowed in the patio area, but I could have them sit outside the patio area with my stroller... so... my husband and I can sit and have a glass of wine, and let my kids sit outside on busy Orange Avenue, steps away from the busy street and just hope they listen and will sit still while we have a drink?!!! Never going back.

This is a great experience. Id highly recommend going. You try 7 different wines. They give you a small plate of cheese, crackers, and a slice of meat. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Plus the atmosphere is nice. Groupon offers a deal here but doesnt cover a small fee they charge.

We had a good deal from Groupon for a wine tasting, which was lovely- but we sat in the bar for a drink and snack before the tasting began and the service was very weird. The man who served my mom and I wouldnt make eye contact with me and everyone working there seemed...off. Combine that with the extremely tacky decor, and I doubt well be going back any time soon.

Very cool place to Kickback have a glass of wine and maybe have a snack it is right in the middle of Coronado next to some restaurants and other stuff lots of cool little knick-knacks in here also. They also have some cool events going on from time to time

We are VIP members and every time we come here to hang out, participate in their wine tasting, eat dinner, or just to have a glass of wine/ beer after a long day... its NEVER disappointed us! Always an amazing time :)

Staff is awesome and the wine isnt bad. Overall a cool little place. But it is very little. I would call it cramped.

I have been here a few times they usually have 5 or 6 types of wine to try and now you have to actually buy food in order to drink the wine keep in mind that the glasses of wine are actually quite expensive if there are 2 of you it is cheaper to buy the bottle.

First the good. This place is small, but the decor and layout lend to a rather cozy feel. The staff was very helpful and professional.Rating based primarily on tasting experience:The bad: We were there for the tasting and while fairly well organized, our Saturday visit was extremely overcrowded for such a small space. The selection was decent although not all to our taste which is obviously subjective.I would recommend they take reservations limited to 10 people to avoid the overcrowding issue.Lots of fun and interesting wine swag. We made several purchases.

My first day in Coronado I was strolling down Orange St. and saw this cute wine shop. Even better they also have flatbread pizza. The owner recommended the shrimp scampi pizza which was great and I also had the truffle fries-also excellent.Service by Manager Steve was 100% on point-he covered all bases being cordial, professional, with prompt service and knowledgeable.My wine, Cabernet Sauvignon, 2015 Twisted Paso from Paso Robles vineyard(near Santa Barbara)was fantastic-best Ive had this year. They have a very large selection of bottled wines and do tastings in the back lounge 3x a week.My chocolate truffle and salted caramel chocolate dessert was the icing on the cake(from sweet shop USA). Dont forget their very nice selection of chocolates in the back.Fine wine, flat bread pizza, gourmet chocolates in gorgeous Coronado- does it get much better than that?!?!Not really.My #1 pick for wine in Coronado.

Had family members come all the way from spain on nov, i bought a tasting, i was driving so i asked my family members to call and make a appointment, they did and asked if anyone speak spanish as its easier for them, but the business just hung up after my family member ask him that simple question, didn’t even give and answer, (i felt really embarrassed) if they had said no then it would be ok because they also speak English, I decided not to take my family there, didn’t want anyone to make them feel different or uncomfortable. Even though the tasting was paid i never went and will never go.
