I regularly drop off packages to be sent via FedEx, UPS and USPS and have occasionally had documents faxed and keys duplicated. Owners and staff are pleasant and helpful.

I have been a customer for years. Their service is good, and Matt knows what he is doing and is very helpful.

Super weird vibe. Went to drop off a Fedex return. Hadn’t sealed the box yet but had the return label already printed out.The dude said it’s 50 cents for him to tape the box shot. I said I only have credit card—I don’t have cash or change. He starts taping my box. I say “wait, stop”, he says “credit cards require $5 purchase.” He continues to line up tape. I grab my box and repeat “I only have a card”. He says grumpily without eye contact “I won’t charge you this time.”So he takes it. When he’s done he doesn’t offer a drop off receipt. I have to ask for one. He prints o e out for me brusquely.I wish my return was via ups because that’s store is awesome. You don’t even need to put your return In A box there, they happily package it for you at no charge.

Visiting Coronado for several weeks and staying at a rental. We used this business for package and mail delivery. They promptly called when packages were received and the pricing for service was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

Charging for parcel drop off receipts? I am surprised FedEx and UPS allow retailers displaying thier logos to do this. There are better choices in Coronado.

Never have I ever experienced something this bad! Matt was so rude. I will never go back. I would rather drive off the island.

Great family owned business, love the positivity, and attitude

Unprofessional, could not be bothered to show up to store during posted business hours. I had a vital package overnighted which I could not retrieve because nobody showed up in the morning.

Friendly people, and they have my mail ready when I get in. Love this place. They also have a Notary Public and do passport photos!
