Josh was very knowledgeable of all products I was inquiring about. Left very happy with a 6” Zone Off-road Suspension with added fox shocks & 35 Tires. There were some small issues but Josh ensured truck was in good hands and took care of all of it. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND If looking to customize or service your pick up truck! Really nice people here. Except, had to get them to fix where bolt to air bag bracket was hitting the traction bar. Also, they bent the hose 90 degress at the bottom of the air bag that vented the axle. Nice people but shabby work.

Brought my truck in months ago for it to come out more jacked then it went in. Was charged as if Josh was working on it when in fact he didnt. My truck has been sitting in his parking lot for months. His wife keeps saying its done come get it when they have not touched. Iv spent thousands here and Im getting my truck 10 times worse then when I dropped dit off. His wife trys to argue with you like shes done the work herself. She just loves arguing to piss you off more. This place is over priced. Doesnt know what they act like they do. They are rude.

Josh, Joey and the shop are excellent. Very happy with the way my Tundra turned out. The shop did the lift, wheels, tires, alignment, etc with a quick turnaround. Highly recommended!!

Took my Ram in to get a lift and new tires placed on it. Customer service is through the roof with the people here. Any questions I had were answered by Steven and/or Aaron (quite possibly misspelled). Had a little rubbing going on with my tires and that was also taken care of by these guys. All I had to do was set up a time and I was in and out in no time. I waited while the work was done and was constantly checked on when someone who hadn’t seen me walked by. It isn’t that they just did their job, it’s how they go about it. Any future work that will be done to my truck will be taken to Truck Masters.

Quality work and fairly priced. Only reason that I didnt rate it 4 stars is that they took alot longer than they stated. Was told 2 days and it was 4.

I love the truck masters Customer service. They always do good work for me and have never let me down. I have been going to them for any work I need done on my Jeep for about two years now. My dad has also used them before me. They know how to take care of their customers needs and never leave u disappointed.

Called to get a repair quote on a squeaking noise coming from my lift. I asked if this was a common problem amongst lifted trucks and she didn’t know. Well, if you don’t know why not transfer me to a service service technician who knows. Moreover, she asked where I got the lift which is irrelevant to my issue. Why does it matter where I got my lift. Just wished I got the proper help. I was quoted $100 just for diagnostics.

The employees were respectful and knowledgeable. I was having an issue with my exhaust on my truck and TM took care of very quickly and I was back to work the next day. I will be using TM for all my other upgrades needed on my truck. 👍🏼

I was a mechanic at one time, I cant do it anymore. I cant say enough about how they took care of me they went so far above and beyond. They are the best shop I have ever dealt with and I worked for a few shops including Frietliner. They are nice polit and the easy to get along with. I appreciate them more that they will ever know.

I am extremely happy with the tuning and exhaust work they did on my 2015 chevy diesel. My truck is so much more fun to drive now and the mileage increase and power it makes is awesome. Thanks to Josh and Joey for making this a pleasant experience.

Had a leveling kit as well as rims and tires installed on my 2017 Sierra Denali. Noticed the truck had a slight rub, took it back for a trim on the inner fender. Took care of my truck and any questions I had, zero problems, truck looks and drives amazing. Highly recommend!

Lift tires and rims, more expensive than other places, damaged tread on tire when we left. Car shaking when going 65, was told alignment was good and tires balanced. Didn’t replace tire just moved it to other side of vehicle where damaged tread still visible, brought car to a different tire service and spent more money to have tires balanced and told alignment was “very concerning” so more money dumped into vehicle. They also kept the wheel lock key so when going to another place I had to go to discount tire because they were unable to remove the rim from the vehicle

I had them do repair work and installed new side steps to my 4runner. The guys there are humble and know their trade. Will be taking my 4runner back for other modifications!

My truck has 180k miles on it. I know it needs repairs which is why I took it to a shop to do the super dirty work that I am not inclined to attacking myself anymore. Being in the car business for the many years you come to rely on mechanics to do there jobs, like you would rely on a doctor. Some doctors are obviously better than other and that is the same case I have found here. When I had a knocking noise on the axle I knew it was a u-point and had these guys replace it. What they failed to do as mechanics is inform me of the worn out seals and bad fluid my differential had. While reinstalling the shaft the seals broke or were already broke before they removed the shaft. Not sure which but now I have oil all over my driveway and my vacuum locking hubs have a leak. Rented a vacuum pump to test the system and the o-rings around he hub are blown. I have talked to them several times now about the facts. No oil was on my driveway till after they swapped out parts. 4x4 worked perfectly before I dropped it off. What a good mechanic would have done is suggest replacement of these seals knowing I had over 100k and not knowing when the last time they were changed. I know the seals wear out but they were working before I dropped it off. If they were bad or they ripped them on installation I shouldve been notified at that time. More money for them and less time broke down waiting for my truck. This complete lack of excellence is surprising from such a well known shop.

Had them installed 6in.Bds Lift with Fox Shocks upgrades with dual stabilizer on my 2017 F250...took a few days to complete due to not all parts from Bds. Being in box.... noticed my passenger signal blinker broken... they apologized and fixed no questions asked.... tires were rubbing...i took it back and they shaved a little more from the bumper.... clean shop... friendly staff... labor not cheap nor overpriced...Joey answered all my emails and text before committing to a lift!

Great install. Great prices but had to go back twice because they forgot to put in a bolt but thats alright. Dented both fenders not that noticeable but I am very picky and I noticed it after getting home. The staff was very nice but the blonde lady was a bit rude.
