Went in for an estimate on damage on my 2008 VW New Beetle. The staff was friendly and professional.Took about thirty minutes to complete, but well worth the wait.

They got my car repaired very quickly! They were incredibly friendly and made sure I was aware of every process happening to my car. Debbie called me often and explained how my car was being repaired. I so appreciated that so I always knew how my car was doing and she made sure to answer any questions I had in a friendly and informed way. I am super impressed with the quality of service I got. Thank you for being so amazing!

Debbie who handled my repairs was awesome! She kept me informed throughout the entire process giving me updates on all the major milestones and possible delays (which never happened). They promised my vehicle by the end of the week and actually delivered that promise early. I was nothing, but impressed and happy. Debbie made the entire process of having my vehicle repaired bearable. I would recommend this shop and Debbie specifically to anyone who asked!

He kept me up to date on where my vehicle was on repair timeline. Ordered part came in cracked. So they returned and ordered a new one. The only bump in the whole process. The customer service is not what it should be for the thousands some people might spend Asking them to keep you updated is like asking them to create gold from coal. When I was working with Joey he was helpful. Then I got stuck with Mike. Hopefully you dont get stuck with Mike.Picked up the car it looks great, they even did a detail cleaning. Wonderful job. Based on my overall experience I would recommend this place. Hopefully you do not get stuck with Mike though.

They do good work but they take forever

My review of Caliber Collision goes beyond its exceptional professionalism, quality work and clean facilities. The courtesy of Darren Brewer helped save an initial impression I developed of Corpus Christi created by the he super rude people at the Pep Boys up the road. I visited CC after leaving Pep Boys, utterly disgusted by both the latter’s lack of professionalism, and outright rudeness. Me Brewer on the other hand was the exact opposite. He was welcoming, courteous, respectful and addressed my issue promptly while delivering quality work. I hope to ever need CC for anything. No one wants to go to a collision shop. However, no other place will get my business or my recommendation other than CC. I hope CC and Brewer are the standard for Pep Boys and not the people at Pep Boys.

They do great work but they do not keep you informed of anything. They have there own adjusters that the insurance companies use. My adjuster said I backed into a pole after my car was hit by another vehicle that left the scene. Even told me because of all the yellow paint they knew it was a pole. All paint transfer was white. Instead of it being no fault on my insurance they said it was my fault and I had to pay the full deductible after all repairs were made and I was not able to get a second opinion. Progressive agreed with them and after I showed them pictures of my vehicle they offered to give me my deductible back but it would still be listed as my fault. I told them to keep the money and changed insurance companies and will never use Caliber again

All the locations are great everyone in every facet of the company was polite informative but I will never go into the Ayers location again that receptionist is forget it 3 minutes with her and I walked straight out to a different location but I have to give 5 stars because every single other person at every single other was top-notch and I especially have to say thank you Michael for doing an awesome job and keeping communication with us if we ever need something done we will go to you again for sure o and the ladies in the office you guys are awesome SPID location behind Subaru

Was called to pick up vehicle a week after dropping it off. Arrived and they “forgot” to paint some scratches. Had to wait 5 more days and to top it off they failed to test sensors and I had to take my vehicle back AGAIN! I heard this location was poorly ran and I experienced it first hand. Manager Mike came speeding around in my car like it was no big deal to drive peoples vehicles like he does his own. Unprofessional and highly recommend people to not use this location!

Not only did my car get repaired perfectly and faster than promised, but the staff went way beyond duty, when I needed help after leaving the store.

Glen McCampbell was a great Caliber Collision representative. He was honest about the condition of my Jeeps bumper. I never felt like he was trying to make me pay for more than the absolute minimum to get the vehicle back on the road. Also, the woman at the front desk is super nice.

This Repair shop is by far one of the best around the coastal bend! The customer service was so awesome, and the staff well i cant thank them enough!!! Ill try to make this short. The staff was friendly and courteous, before and after I took my vehicle in for work. The Geico adjuster took care of all the paperwork in a timely manner. The work done to my 2015 Honda Civic door was excellent, I cant complain, and this coming from someone who pays attention to every detail, and I double inspected their work for any imperfections, none found. Rental vehicle was made available even though I had not reserved one through my insurance. Thank you Caliber Collision for the excellent service you have provided me.

The whole repair process was extremely fast, when I went to drop my car off for my claim it was EXTREMELY EASY, I had thought that it would take a while to do all the paperwork and the whole inspection but nope, didnt take long AT ALL, and same for my repairs, I had my car within a few days, I was notified on how everything was going. I had Joe who helped me with my repairs and my claim and made the entire process genuinely enjoyable even though being in an accident is terrible, everyone was super nice and friendly!And to make things even better aside from Joe helping me with my car, he also offered to help with a headlight assembly installation.Im a huge fan of great customer service, Joe and the entire Caliber Collision team definitely delivered and went above and beyond for me and for that I am extremely thankful for.I will continue to use this company and refer friends and family for as long as I can because my family and I were extremely satisfied with the results and the service we received from everybody here.Thank you!

Great place to get your vehicle worked on. Ask for Noah. He does great work and always checks to make sure you are happy with the job done. They will work with your insurance company to get after market parts if you want to upgrade when repairs are needed.

Had my car 2 weeks just to replace drivers side passenger door. Called at 9 am said washing car. Instructed will pick up at 3. At 3:30 said they were washing car. Presented car twice to me and door is was higher one time and then lower than front door the next. Waited 2 hours while they tried to fix. Finally left without car.

Truck body repair job performed perfectly, vehicle washed and looked good as new. They were professional, efficient, courteous and prompt. Kept us fully informed at all stages of progress. It actually was a pleasure dealing with these people. If only all businesses were conducted as smoothly.

The whole team was very helpful and kind. I had originally needed one piece replaced and the other buffed/repainted. Jasper was wonderful in getting everything done in one day, even though the schedule only had one scheduled for that day. In addition, he was good about calling me with updates and also updating through texts. The repair made my car look like new. There were no flaws; the repair was very sleek. Jasper did an amazing job and was highly professional and courteous. Caliber Collision also provided a car wash and vac service, making my car look even better. They went above and beyond to make my car look like new.Caliber Collision also provided a shuttle to and from home so that I could get other things done during the day.The only down fall with Caliber Collision was that I went in on a Friday for an estimate, to see how long it would be to get the part in, and to schedule my next appointment. I was told that the part would probably be in the following Wednesday. I understand it may be difficult in determining shipment time (plus paint time and drying time of part); however, I was not updated as to when part would be in. I called that Wednesday to find out when it would be in, and was told the parts guy was out, but would give me a follow up call. I did not get a follow up call or courtesy call. I then called Friday, to see if there was an update. I was told the same thing and never received a follow up call. I called again the following Monday to see if there were any updates. They were able to schedule the repairs to be done the following day. Again, I understand that it is difficult to get a shipment time on parts, but I disliked that I was told I would get a call back for updates but never did. I was the one who had to call to find out when I would need to bring my car in, which is difficult with a busy schedule.Even with this, I would still definitely recommend Caliber Collision to my friends for their superior service.

Lack of communication and shady additional charges exceeding 50% of the original estimated cost. I was hit with the additional expense without any knowledge of the increase until I picked up my vehicle (even then I had to address the issue). This place does not exude trust and honesty. I’ll just go to the dealership next time since I’m paying dealership prices.

I must say no one likes having to come to a place like this. The entire process of getting your vehicle repaired can be very stressful. I was uneasy about coming here originally and had planned to go somewhere else in town. However when the other business failed to open on time, by 30 minutes I might add, I went with Caliber Collision. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. Dropped off my vehicle on a Monday and the staff was kind and knowledgeable. Through the process they handled everything from me. From dealing with the insurance company, Geico, and repairing my vehicle. I received a phone call once all the repairs were scheduled and approved. After that it was convenient text updates to let me know how everything was progressing. The following Wednesday my vehicle was ready for pick up. Upon arriving I looked at my car and noticed a few MINOR issues with body alignment, fender not matching up with bumper etc. This was resolved on the spot withing a few short minutes. It really looks like the accident never took place. As a plus my vehicle was detailed when I got it back! I must express how satisfied I am with the choice to come here. Along with a lifetime warranty, I will trust and recommend this place for anyones needs.

Completely dissatisfied, total miscommication all around . Took over a week past schedule and Im still waiting on my car . And their response to everything is we ordered the wrong parts what do they do just order parts with there eyes closed ? . let me remind you they said this 3times ! . Ive taken it here previously for minor work and wasnt so happy either they sanded over too much and scrathed up my other door . And Ive stopped by plenty of times to check up on my vehicle and then they started closing the garage door where my car cant be seen . now thats its back open I didnt even see anyone even attempting to work on it and there was 3 guys just smoking cigs and moping around . These guys needs lots to work on I Highly recommend NOONE COMING HERE

Avoid if you can. My vehicle took weeks to get back, they did not address several issues when dropped off, and upon closer inspection I needed to take it elsewhere and did, which caused me to go without my car even longer. The seams where the bumper are not even, so back into a shop it goes.
