Service desk was rude about ordering my part. No care in the world. 3 guys just sitting on their seats collecting a check. No communication. Went to body shop side. Maggie and her department super awesome. Friendly and understanding of what happened to my vehicle. Maggie was super nice. Thank you Maggie for everything!!

They did an excellent job of repairing my car. It was a brand new vehicle that I loved. I got hit by a tourist.There was a lot of damage. I got it back and it looked like a brand new car.

Very professional. Car was repaired as new. Updates on progress of repairs sent by email. Car was ready by the promised day. Staff was always available to answer questions. This was the second time I have had to use this shop. Will definitely use them again should the need arise :)

They left a large gap between my bumper and the quarter panel allowing water to enter. It was caused by the accident. They gave me the run around and a bizarre story. I just took it because I was tired of the dishonesty, excuses and their inability to do quality repairs. Avoid this shop.

They coordinated with my insurance company to expedite my repairs (body, and paint) so it could go to Winnebago for the next series of repairs. I live 1200 miles away, and never met them, but they were very responsive, and helped to put my mind at ease during this process. Even though my car was a total loss, I was treated very professionally with a lot of courtesy and professionalism I will highly recommend AutoNation Collision Center CC North for a body shop to take your vehicle to for repairs professionalism and customer service. Sebastian and his team were very prompt and getting my vehicle in for an estimate the same day that I called everybody else wanted to wait at least one day or longer. A great experience dealing with them. Kept me up to date and car was repaired in a timely manner. Car looked like it had never been damage. Was great hearing of everything that is covered from the repairs and if I ever had a problem, everything was guaranteed.

Took my car in for body work the staff was extremely friendly and they had a loaner for us so we wouldn’t be without a vehicle. I must say when I got my car back I was excited and extremely pleased 😀

I read the google reviews for every shop within Corpus Christi who could do my repairs and chose AutoNation Collission Center North. They had the highest ratings and after my experience I can see why. They are friendly and helpful and they do an amazing job!

I am so disappointed. I have bought 2 cars from Autonation so when I had my accident they were my first choice. They have had my car for 35 days and counting and have told me for the past three weeks that, “it will be ready next week” I have ran out of my rental and now am sharing a car with my spouse who has a very different work schedule than me. I understand repairs can take time but be honest about your estimations. The whole first week it was just sitting there because they failed to notify me that they need specific information. Now we are on day 35 and after me pestering and calling they still can’t garantee when it will be done. So disapponted!

If I could I would give this place zero stars I would. When I took my car in and had to order a new bumper they ordered a After Market bumper. The lady that helped me, Mona, was a total B word. She did not try to help the situation at all. It seemed like she was trying to avoid us. She never gave me an update on my car and every time she said she was going to call us back she never did. It also seemed Impossible to get ahold of her. Monas phone always went to voicemail. After taking my car in the second time to order an actual chevy part not Aftet Market the bumper still didnt seem to look the way it is suppose too. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! WORST SERVICE EVER!
