Called them. Got a call back which was great. Asked for a quote but this is the second time this place tried to talk me out of work I wanted done to my cars exhaust. Wanted to do a Mid Muffler delete. Guy on the phone says it wont make your car louder. Boy was he wrong. Guess they have never done small mods like this before. So, I went somewhere else and got the job done 40 dollars cheaper then what this place quoted me and that place did not give me a hassle. Appreciate the call back but not the hassle.

Mario was very nice. He helped me out with my truck and told me the problems that I was having with it. He gave me a price to fix my truck which was affordable. Would recommend going to see him.

Mario and staff were friendly, cordial, and took a personal interest to ensure my muffler was welded properly. Welds are clean, and the hardware used to hang the muffler is strategically placed, and hidden from sight. The symmetry, placement, and overall sporty look of the muffler was tastefully done; Marios experience and custom-build sensibilities are apparent. Im really glad I chose URI Muffler.

The work performed on my vehicle was professional and done correctly. Mario takes the time to explain and show you what is wrong with your vehicle. My biggest takeaway from my experience here is that they are HONEST and they have affordable prices and do not over charge you like other places in town and they do good quality work.

I took my car to Uri when my exhaust needed to be replaced. I explained I was going to be driving a long distance in the next couple days and Uri had my car in and out in the same day. Uri was a huge help and gave me an awesome price! They had quick and friendly service and I cant thank them enough for all their help!

I had a catalytic converter so clogged (250,000 miles) that I couldnt get my truck over 55mph. I stopped here on my drive to Houston. They said they had 5 cars in front of me and would take a few hours. I explained I was on my way to Houston, he threw my truck right on the lift and changed my catalytic converter in less than 30min. In and out in less than 45min. Awesome service. It cost me about the same as if I bought a new converter online and did it my self! Amazing prices!

URI has done several exhaust projects for me over the years and each one has turned out great. I recommend this shop for its honesty and good workmanship.

The clamp on My muffler on my 2005 Ford Mustang had broke off while driving took it to URI & they got it fixed within a decent time & got my car right back to the condition it was before I had the problem. Highly recommend this place to anyone in need of muffler work

Great Service, Very Professional & Super Affordable!As soon as I pulled in with my car, I was quickly greeted and asked what problem I was having. He stepped away from a car he was working on to look at my car right away. He communicated the whole time about what all work I needed done & explained everything to me where I could better understand what was going wrong with my car and what needed to be fixed.Took my car here thinking I needed muffler repair to find out it was something under the hood (in which I thought hed turn me away and send me elsewhere) but to my surprise, they work on way more than just mufflers!Overall great experience and wasnt charged over the top for repair (like other places would).I came here bc of a reccomendation by a friend and I now I have become satisfied customer & would reccomendation URI Muffler to anyone needing quality affordable work done on their vehicle!5 STARS!!

Took my car there to get an exhaust leak fixed. Midpipe had numerous leaks Uri offered to completely weld the 2 spots where the midpipe met the headers for a great price. It was quick and fixed the problem.Uris a good guy and was really helpful. Definitely going again if I need any exhaust work done.

Mario is not only an experienced mechanic, but he is a great guy, who sticks to his word. Bottom line if you live in the corpus Christi area and you DONT take your vehicle to Uri, you are missing out.

Waited for the guy in-charge of the muffler section so i can ask a pricing and hopefully service to my cars exhaust tips. He comes into the waiting room with a chicken breast, greasy af, using his hands as he continued to eat it; sorta felt like i was in a comedy movie. Unprofessional look. He did not seem concerned about my request, he looked at my car and priced it off the top of his mind and walked away. Never coming back buddy with your OVER-PRICED labor!

My 17-year old son took his truck to URi Muffler to get a chrome tip put on his exhaust pipe. The owner tried to tell him, the entire exhaust system needed to be replaced because it was loose. It made no sense to me, so when I returned to town, I (dad) went to URi to question the owner, he got extremely defensive and outright rude. The chrome tip he put on the vehicle was crooked, when I questioned that the owner blew up about that too. This place is just one more DISHONEST and UNPROFESSIONAL mechanic shops in CC. I took the truck to Longorias Muffler (didnt tell him what URi had said about the exhaust), they fixed it in less than 10 mins and literally didnt even charge me for the minimal repair. I would stay as far away from URi as possible.
