Great food,good serviceIt is on campus so parking is difficult a best

The coffee here smacks. Lemme tell you, I go here all the time and every single time, without fail, the coffee has been amazing. I didnt even know Einsteins had coffee; it has changed my life. Their bagels are also top notch. 15/10 would recommend. Pls be open on the weekend, I cannot go two whole days with out your coffee and bagels. Thank you xx

I love this place to be honest. Ive been going for four years but every single time without fail I kid you not someones hair is either in my food or my cream cheese. Ive never had this problem with any other restaurant let alone this frequently.

When are you open. Are you going to Open a location that is not on Campus?Does anyone ever answer the phone???

Overpriced and basic :/ it’s okay but mehhh . Chopped up deli turkey with bacon. The bacon was crispy but I couldn’t get past the wet deli turkey taste . Also the fact that my bagel didn’t come with cream cheese and cheese in general costed extra is silly.

Fast and friendly service, delicious bagels and sandwiches, and reasonable prices. I love it!

I love this place. Yes its on a college campus but they are pretty fast with there orders. You will have to wait with college students but its worth the wait. I love coming here in-between classes to get a bagel

I don’t know what their definition of a smoothie is, but it clearly isn’t the same as mine. Bought the strawberry banana smoothie and immediately threw it away. DISGUSTING!!! Cost over $5 and tasted awful!! Their food is decent, I’ll give them that, but I will NEVER order a drink here again. Highly unsatisfied!

Admittedly for quality it would be 5 stars, but the locarion is significantly out of the way for me. wish it were in a more central location on the campus. Maybe a bit pricey but compared to what ive had before, its wortht the price.

So it was my first time getting Einstein bagels and I ordered a bagel from here with Avocado, bacon, cheese, and egg and I was already running late to class so I took the bagel with me and didnt check to see if my order was correct, I waited until I got out of class to eat it and I get the bagel and it only had the egg in it with nothing else. I was charged $6 for just a bagel with egg. I also couldnt return it or get the order corrected because they had already closed. Plus it wasnt even busy when I went, so idk how they got my order wrong? Moral of the story, check your order before you leave and Im sticking to getting Starbucks from now on. 👌

It was the first time I visited this food place. I thought it would be good to try and see what they had bc all the food pics looked delicious. As a new customer I wanted to look at the menu first before placing an order but I didnt get the chance to bc the cashier hurried me up so I just ordered a large ICED coffee. She said that I had to serve it myself. I asked again, and she said oh you want ICED coffee, you said hot. No I did not. Clearly she wasnt paying attention or she just didnt want to work. When I got my coffee I asked if I could have a straw which were RIGHT NEXT TO HER. She pointed across the hall and said that I could get one over there, didnt even look at me and pretty much shooed me away. I work in customer service so I KNOW this type of service is completely unacceptable. Specially when its 8:30am, they had been open for an hour and I was the only person there. Also there was barely any ice in the coffee but I didnt want to go back just to be shooed away again.

The eggs are pre-cooked and microwaved (at least mine were). Literally saw the worker look around, plop an egg into the microwave, and heat it up. Tasted like plastic.
