I like the store but the employees are pretty bad. While walking around the store I heard an employee repeatedly asking for help and them telling the old lady with gray blonde hair they needed her in the front and her complaining about why the employee needed her and didn’t want to go up. Then when I went to pay there was a long line, and young employee with long black hair cashing out a customer, letting her know about a coupon on online, but didn’t let me know at all, I had to ask about it. Then the old lady employee with gray blonde hair comes up to help with the line, slowly takes her time to come to the front looks at the line slowly, when the lady in front of me comes to her to pay, she tells her “I’m going hold on” . Employees young and old here are rude, and hate their job. Will finish their conversations before they pay. The surprising thing though its the old ladies here that are the real rude ones. The rest only tell you about coupons if they like you.

Definitely on the pricer side of crafts and decor. However the staff was very friendly and helpful. My son had saw on tiktok that they had a nice collection of funko pops however it seems we just missed their clearance sale of their supply. Oh well.

Lots of cool stuff to look at. Location is kinda out of the way for me. One big thing I didnt like was the manager was very rude.

I always visit Joanns when I visit Corpus Christi. Friendly employees and great customer service. I wish Brownsville would get a Joann Fabrics.

Not very organized and no signage visible to assist customers in finding what they need. Staff was everywhere but seemingly unavailable as well. the selection of products was fantastic and I even found a few things I didnt need but the customer-friendly aspect of the store could do better.

Store was very messy and no one around to help you. Clerk that checked me out didnt even speak except to tell me my total.

When you walked in, the floor was dirty & stained & they had just been open an hour. The cashier Esmeralda was great! Really helpful in providing coupons for a great saving I wasn’t expecting!

Stopped in to look at a quilting work table on sale _ found out it was online only _ but ended up getting an 1/2 off coupon ! And brought it home _ it works great for my wifes projects & holds both the server & sewing machine, our new go-to for s craft shopping

You read that right, [limited of each brand], Id say thats beyond fair...oh and I just got lost, gals and guys who sew, going through the vintage pattern section...there are a handful that got me jumping for joy if it wasnt for my recent knee replacement.One sleevless one was a wrap around dress, so basically, a 3 sided dress and a bow on top of one shoulder...nope, I LOST ALOT OF WEIGHT AND MY SKIN IS DRY AND WELL, I WOULD NEED A GOOD COVER FOR THAT ONE, LOL.BACK TO JOANNS, I DIDNT SPEND NEARLY AS LONG AS I wanted to, but, as they say...*Ill be back, thanks for keeping dinner warm...lol*Oh, almost forgot...there currently is a good selection of holiday liquid soap in the Santa, Snowman, Tree? And Gingerbread man.I got one of each. I think they were clearanced for 80%

5 stars for keeping most things in stock, despite everyone staying home doing crafts. The only things not so in stock that I noticed are some Cricut supplies. All customers/staff were wearing masks. There werent as many people here like at Michaels. However we did wait in line to check out longer than I would have liked. Curbside pickup is available. The process is probably faster if you just go in to get what you need.

VERY POOR SERVICE, empty shelves to boot. The store was very understaffed for a saturday. Maybe only 3 workers entire store. Other customers were helping me. They also only get one truck on wed and by friday their shelves are bare. There was only one cashier and 6 people in line, all i can say is my experience was VERY POOR AT BEST....

Sales Associates were friendly & courteous.

I asked someone where a particular fabric was and we walked all around and finally found it where we began. At the cutting table 2 workers were talking while myself and another customer waited. They finally called someone to come help. At the register another long wait. The one cashier asked someone to help and then they got into a conversation with someone from the first conversation I mentioned. I paid and while the transaction was processing the worker czncelled the transaction and blamed it on me. I left without what I went in for.

Great selection of fabrics! Theres so many to chose from and sales prices are awesome! I went to Hobby Lobby first and they had NOTHING I wanted (not even tulle?!?!?!)! I came to JoAnns and they had choices of the select fabrics I wanted. Then I found more I didnt know I wanted or needed. Great experience in the fabric section. And they had felt squares I needed too. I will come here every time for fabric.

Joanns didnt have what I needed. I was looking for a large newsprint sketch pad. I was able to find two sketch pads of drawing paper in the size I wanted.The store is really shabby on the inside like it used to be a warehouse or something. I walked through the store and found an employee stocking shelves. I asked her where to find what I was looking for and she was very helpful.When I was leaving, needing to buy a sketch pad, I was in a line with four people waiting ahead of me. There was one register open that never moved in five minutes and then two employees showers up and opened two more registers. It probably took me ten minutes from the time I got in line until I walked out the door. Thats a long time. Joanns was the third place I looked without success so I was pretty discouraged by then.I went on a Sunday and so there was plenty of parking because the liquor store next door was closed. The location its pretty easy to get in and out of.

With all the craziness going on right now it was nice to show up to this craft store and find everything I needed. They have a big selection of fabrics and I would definitely recommend them if you need options for a project.

Service was good but I am so tired of products that are made from China. I wish they had made in America Isle.

I really enjoy getting lost in here and just letting my creativity loose. Despite being one of the smaller craft/hobby stores in Corpus Christi I feel they have a better and higher quality selection of goods. Joanns email coupon program is second to none. I would say 90% of the times I have gone, there were coupons for at least 40% off one item(and more often than not 60% off one item) waiting for me in my inbox. I highly recommend signing up before shopping. Another reason I give this place 5 stars is the diversity of their staff. I love seeing so many different kinds of people working side by side. It may sound cheesy but I feel comfortable and welcome shopping here, kudos to management.

I have never shopped at Joann Fabrics before, but the customer service provided by the employees at this location have made me a customer for life when it comes to any of my future fabric needs. I live in Houston and had to handle my purchase online and over the phone. Anthony & Gayle were extremely helpful and kind. Thank you guys for making this long distance purchase so easy! Just came in for a couple things for a project I was doing. The whole store is on organized and dirty. Where overcharging for tiny things like $13 for 30 tiny stick on rhinestones. That makes no sense. Regardless got my stuff went to the line. There were two cashiers and I was in line for 20 minutes with only one family in front of me because they’re so slow and we’re double charging people and having to deal with that. One girl waiting at the register said that she was double charged yesterday and was waiting for an hour for them to help her and had to call customer service and even then it wasn’t right. Needless to say I just set my stuff down and left. Way too long of a wait in line for six dollars worth of items. Just frustrated that I wasted 45 minutes after getting off work for nothing

Looking for face paint, asked an employee and she told us were to find it in the store. Also bought hand soap and sprinkle candy to decorate a birthday cake. This store has an amazing selection of products.

Great place to shop locally for crafts.

The staff is very polite and nice, but theres other problems with this store. Its very messy, the floors are also covered in dirt. The selection is good for fabrics but very limited for crafts. The prices are also far higher than other craft stores in town. It costs $5 for one bag of beads. Probably very good for fabrics... but not the best place for other things they sell.

This was my first time in a Joann Fabrics. My wife and I were getting fabric to reupholster some chairs. The fabric selection was amazing and reasonably priced. The helpers were able to get our fabric cut to the size we needed in no time at all. This was a very pleasant shopping experience.
