The actual service is good…. But when I called and say there is an accident on the bridge and I’m running like 7 min late and they tell me that’s fine I have a 10 min grace period I get there at 10:10 she said I supposed to be in the building at 10:10 and mind you it took her a minute to find my name so now it’s 10:12… so she cancelled my appointment, keep in mind I drive all the way from Aransas Pass …. So when she asked if I’d like to reschedule…. I kindly declined…..update: the staff made the extra effort to make things right with me….. I really appreciated that.❤️

Talia did a great job! Didn’t feel rushed at all. They have great package deals and great availability. Definitely going to keep my second appointment!

I got my first ever Brazilian done here and requested Felicia since I had read reviews saying she was really good with first-timers. When the aesthetician brought me to her room I asked if she was Felicia, and she told me that her name was Jasmine and that Felicia was completely booked for the day (which ticked me off because I’d made my appointment a couple weeks in advance, and was told Felicia had no appointments that day). What frustrated me was that the front lady hadn’t told me this, and my aesthetician didn’t bother telling me until I asked what her name was. This made me a bit more nervous for the waxing process.The waxing itself was pretty frustrating for a number of reasons. One thing Jasmine would have me do was inhale deeply right before before removing the wax strip in order to reduce pain (I’m assuming), and at least 3 times she had told me to “breathe in” and then would immediately remove the wax without waiting for me. I had also asked her a couple times how many more strips she needed to do, and she would say “just 1 or 2 more,” and she would then continue with strip after strip after strip. I’d also requested a triangle shape, which came out really uneven. I pointed it out to her and she tried “fixing it,” but after looking at it at home I’m seeing that it’s still super uneven and awkward-looking. She also left several stray hairs that had not been removed, and she also left thin dribbles of wax on my stomach. I regret leaving a tip honestly.I wouldn’t mind trying this place again as long as I actually got the aesthetician I requested. Not mad, just frustrated and disappointed.

Thalia was great. She made my very first time getting a full brazillian wax done very comfortably. She is also great at shaping a heart attack (heart) design now. I will definitely be going back to her.

My first wax was great. The waxer was informative and built nice rapport. I didnt like that she asked if I had a boyfriend since I was getting a Brazilian, as I was getting it for myself. I dont appreciate places that ask how much of a tip Im giving. They did an automatic reschedule even after I mentioned that I would call because I am a student and I dont always have a set schedule in my major, and I didnt think the hairs would grow back by that time. I cancelled it a few days ahead because - and as I knew - the hairs hadnt grown back. The receptionist was very unhappy and hostile toward my cancelling. I am not paying for a full Brazilian if there isnt anything to wax. I did reschedule around my birthday to treat myself. The waxer first mentioned that I didnt follow her rules for exfoliating (buying their products is what shes really referring to) so it was going to be painful. But after seeing my follicles, she told me to leave because now the hairs were too long. I expected her to trim them, but she mentioned they dont do trims, and they were in excess for a holiday, so I should reschedule. If they were busy, I dont know why they took my appointment for that weekend. I dont want to go back.

Excellent care and concern at all stages from my waxing professional; i.e. making sure the temp was okay, giving me frequent mirror checks, she had a wonderful personality, with concern for in between waxing maintenance (what products would work best for me). Check in/out ladies very friendly, and even took the time to write out my after waxing procedures for me!!

I went here one time since moving from Florida and it’s been a couple of months now but I still have severe ingrown hairs and bumps I cannot get rid of! I bought the almost $40 serum for ingrown hairs from them too, and still nothing has gotten better. I have gotten waxed for years and never had this problem before using this company. I’m not sure what happened but I am very unhappy with my results. The bumps appeared the same night. Waste of money on both the serum and the service 🙁

This gets 5 stars. It was a very professional experience for me. I had a full upper body wax and we did the hard part first -which I recommend. The esthetician nailed it swiftly and even recommended special post-wax products that are kept in stock. I will be coming back.

While Felicia remains the best, I will not be returning. HEALTHCARE WORKERS BEWARE! On 8/18, I was being screened for my 9 am appointment at 6pm by Olivia. I answered truthfully saying I work at a hospital caring for COVID patients, but I am gowned up with appropriate PPE and had been tested multiple times for COVID and was negative. She recommended that I would have to switch my appointment for 14 days after since Ive been exposed. Ive been exposed working in the hospitals since March LOL. I tried to explain to her that this was my job and I couldnt change that, that I got screened at work daily and was not symptomatic, that I wear appropriate PPE all day with N95 masks on for more than 12hrs daily. But Apparently Olivia knows more than the CDC because when I asked her how that was supposed to work and I wouldnt be able to use my passes when I needed to, she said that the passes I prepurchased for full legs dont expire. I asked for the manager, she said that was her. I asked for a refund for my passes and she said she would look into it and call me back. I told her Id wait for her call and hung up.... she didnt call me back prior to closing. Left no voicemails even if she didnt want to talk to me again. Not trying to jeopardize anyone otherwise I wouldnt have booked the appointment in the first place. In fact, Im probably more at jeopardy coming to the salon than they are because of my presence there. Im gonna miss Felicia. But this is horrible and disappointing and frankly very distasteful. Never coming here again! Still waiting on that phone call for my refund

The lady who did mine could have been more talkative it was my first time and I feel like she wasn’t as Comforting as I wish however she did a great job the lady at the first TIlly she was AMAZING she gave me a discount I wasn’t even aware of and she sold me on serum that I love now tilly was so nice and she made the experience better by her company

It was my first time here on June 3rd. They were very friendly and courteous. It was very clean and they took proper precautions like sanitizer, face mask and I waited in my car ( the less contact the better) They texted me when they were ready. I went in for my first Brazilian, and I was so nervous! Karen, my anesthetician, was very friendly and fast! She told me each step she was taking and made sure I was comfortable. It barely hurt! The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. I got there 15 minutes early, and we had a nice chat. The room and the entire facility was very clean and inviting. Everything was sanitary which is really important to me. I highly recommend EWC!

I’m so happy Corpus Christi finally got a EWC. My friends and I would drive to San Antonio to get our Brazilians. I’ve been to the C.C location twice now for my Brazilian and I love it. Karen does an amazing job, I’ve been referring all my friends to her.

I went in for a nose wax with Lilly, the experience was great! No pain, quick and easy. The salon is very clean and beautiful and the staff are very friendly.. would totally recommend a wax here!

It has taken me 2 years to grow my eyebrows out and this lady ripped them off in 2 seconds. I have never been so upset from an eyebrow wax. Despite me telling her excessively that I had been and still am, growing my eyebrows out she waxed them so thin. I told her I just wanted them cleaned up because I am still trying get them thick and more angular. She waxes them thin and round.I went to European Wax in Arizona and loved they way did my eyebrows. They were always careful to not ruin the work I had out in and I always walked out feeling beautiful. I was so excited when I moved here and found one 30 miles away. However, I will never go back and would advise any one wanting to go here to stay far away.

I was a frequent customer of European Wax Center in San Antonio and always had a great experience. I decided to try this new location in Corpus and had a horrible experience. I will never return to European Wax Center.
