Worse customer service poor attitude management in Austin Texas .Their supervisor have no clue about customer service.They have no consideration for lost of sales on their customers.They have a young female as supervisor which she needs to get trained and understands what customer service is about .4 days late on delivery and no consideration and understanding customer lost sales because of they did not transmit order .They need to sale it to Southern Glazer or they need to get some one from that company train their management how to give customer service .very poor run company.
Its a small place but the employees are very kind. they unloading fast
Very rude and unhelpful when I asked them to provide me with a list of wines that they had and to help me navigate the website. Moving on to a better supplier.
