Literally horrible customer service experience. yes Covid exists, but I dont have the plague. I walked in as a customer with zero knowledge and needed help. The two girls working today were literally the most condescending people. I realize you all sell different brands than your competitors but show some respect to your customers. Went to Artisan Pools down the road and they dont sell my brand of hot tub either but at least i got treated like a human being and they got my business.

We recently purchased a hot tub from them and it has truly been the best experience. Certified Pool And Spa honestly and truly care about the customer far beyond the purchase. I love how the office feels like family when I call for help or questions.Thank you so much for everything Debbie! The extra goodies smell amazing and can’t wait to use them in our hot tub!!! Wayne with Certified Pools/Blue Haven Pools has been amazing to us! In June 2019 we had a pool installed by another pool builder. Our spa heater never worked from day 1. Our pool builder stopped answering our calls, texts, emails, etc. A good friend spoke with Wayne as Wayne was working on a project for their pool telling him our situation. Wayne told us what to do. Long story short...after dealing with the heater manufacturer and 3 heaters later, Wayne got our spa up and running for us. He definitely didnt have to put in the time and effort that he has. We are so thankful for Wayne and his team. I only wish we would have gone with Certified Pools in the first place. Lesson learned!I would fully recommend Wayne with Certified Pools for all of your pool needs: new build, remodel, maintenance...whatever! Hes loyal, hard working and a man of his word. Cant say that about our previous pool guy.

To the owner of Certified Pool and Spa:I hadnt noticed you replied, but appreciate that you care enough about your customer service to respond. I had what I thought was an emergency, and know that I left a message with contact info on voicemail I was forwarded to by the polite woman who answered my original call. I dont know why that phone call wasnt returned, but out of necessity I figured out how to repair the issue myself. Over the course of time, and with much help from YouTube, I have learned much about how to fix hot tub issues on my Master Spa myself (including that issue). But I appreciate your response.Original post: After noticing a leak at a union on my hot tub, which was not purchased a Certified Pool & Spa, I called to request service to repair. I was told that you do service hot tubs and was forwarded to ‘Barbara’, I believe, to schedule service. I left a message describing the issue and my hot tub (originally purchased at Pool & Spa Sale event).Now if you don’t service spas unless they’re purchased at your business, you could just let me know. But to not even return my call or tell me anything is the sort of bad customer experience that’s too common in Corpus Christi, unfortunately.And unfortunately, when it comes time for me to purchase another hot tub (which I will), I will almost certainly not purchase it from Certified Pool.

I have had the best experience dealing with everyone at Certified Pool and Spa. My hot tub in Port Aransas was a mess after hurricane Harvey. Due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to get it taken care of until recently. Steve was so helpful in letting me know what was necessary to get it up and running. They also went above and beyond when my daughter was going down for Labor Day. Thank you everyone!! You are the best.

I had a technical come out, part was ordered and paid, I went into Certified Pools on Williams . I spoke to Amy she said she has called I have never received a call. It’s been almost 6 weeks can someone please call me.09/19/2018Boss came 4 months ago to install a part ( tech was out) said he would order another part that tech forgot to order, and would have Amy call me no one has ever called. I called Amy last week someone was able to page her to take my call. I asked about my part she said she would call me. I have not heard from her. Can someone call me to let me know if they can finish the job, or I can find someone else. My neighbor strongly recommended certified pools they been servicing there hot tub for many years. Can someone please call me.

My experience with Certified Pool & Spa was--outstanding. We chose a Hot Springs spa for two, the Jetsetter.The delivery was scheduled for Tuesday at 10. At 9:15, they called to say they would be thirty minutes late. They arrived before 10:30. Now thats service! The installation was professional, thorough, and what you would expect of a first class operation. I had owned a spa before, but I still had questions. Service after the sale was excellent. For these reasons, I recommend this company to anyone wanting the joys and relaxation that come with a spa.

Terrible customer service. We have had problems with our Sundance and they wont come out or answer our messages back.They were on top of it when we wanted to buy the hot tub and now have dropped the ball

Certified pool and spa definitely deserves a five star rating. This is a local and family owned business which is run in a professional and friendly way. Wayne and Debbie helped our experience in purchasing a hot tub an exceptionally positive one.My husband and I always wanted a hot tub and so in 2013 we decided to go to the Spa & Pool expo at the American Bank Center. After realizing the company was not a local one but from out of state, we decided to shop locally knowing that this would help make yearly maintenance much more accessible. We decided on the Sundance Cameo 880 series. We chose Celestite for the shell color and Mahogany for the cabinet. This is a beautiful Spa and we have absolutely loved it. Not only for relaxation and enjoyment this Spa is therapeutically helpful with our everyday aches and pains.We have been completely pleased with the entire process at Certified Pool and Spa. From the purchase of this hot tub to the installation and maintenance, they have been excellent and I would recommend this company to anyone interested in buying a pool or spa.Very grateful and pleased,Lisa Elliott​

DO NOT USE!!! The first day we waited from 8-12. They called at 12 to say they werent coming. On the day we rescheduled for, they repairman showed up with no parts! He was coming to fix a hot tub and no tubes. He told us he was a pool repair man and knew little about hot tubs. He tried to leave and when he didn t have the tube and told us he would need to come back another day. Since we live in Calallen and they were charging us $67.50 for a trip charge and my husband had already missed 2 days of work, we said no and he agreed to go to home depot. My husband had to work with him the whole time since he didn t know what he was doing. He kept trying to leave and tell us he had to order things. He even had to use my tools since all he brought was a little tool bag. We don t blame the repair man. He wasn t supposed to be on our job. Apparently the guy who was supposed to come was sent somewhere else. In the end the company made us pay $90 an hour but grudgingly agreed not to charge use for the guys 2 trips to Home Depot for basic parts. Total cost $422 for my husband to fix a leak. I feel completely ripped off.
