We remodeled our kitchen and needed the culligan system re-installed. The first service technician was incompetent and didnt know how to do it. Another one came to his aid and completed the installation. Soon thereafter we noticed leak damage in the brand new cabinets. During over a month culligan technicians tried to fix the problem but never managed. Their parts leaked and destroyed our new cabinet. It started smelling of mold. We couldnt use the system. They were unable to find the cause for the leak. Months later they sent me an invoice charging me for all their trip to repair their mistakes. The fact that they took up hours of my time and that we were left with a non functional system and that their system destroyed my brand new kitchen didnt bother them. They still sent me an invoice and asked me to pay again for their broken parts that needed to be replaced. Very disappointing.

Top-notch customer service! After the deep freeze in South Texas, we realized that the filter in our water softener had shattered. Culligan sent out a technician within 24 hours of receiving our call. He was able to bypass the filter to restore water to our home. In addition, he did a pressure test to ensure there were no other leaks in our home.

Culligan helped us by installing a whole house filtration system. Well worth the cost! Safe to drink and safe for appliances. Staff is extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable! A+

Corpus Christi water is so very nasty and hard. When I moved into my new house, I immediately called Culligan and had the water softener service installed. Now, they come along every month and check my salt levels. They add salt if needed and bill me for anything they have done once a month, along with the rental of the equipment. I love the feel of my water when showering or washing. The mineral build up is minimal on my appliances in the house and it is helping my yard when I have to water there. One of my best decisions.
