Batteries Plus Bulbs was a great experience. I went in there to fix my phone in which I paid upfront but they guaranteed me 100% refund if the phone did not work accurately or they could not fix it. Well great news they fixed it and it works magnificent all in a timely matter

The order was easy to fill and pay on line. It took about an hour from the time I submitted the order until I received an email confirming the battery was ready. The service was easy, quick and very friendly. The customer rep. explained the warranty details and carried the battery to my vehicle and loaded it in the back. I just wish I could remember his name to thank him in this evaluation.

The person behind the counter was very helpful. He was polite and informative. Took care of our needs. The store itself sells many useful accessories, I was really surprise.

I went to batteries plus to have my cell phone repaired and troubleshooted. After already visiting a previous cell phone repair company i was already skeptical that they were going to be able to fix it however the employee named David was very confident in being able to repair or at least determine the problem for me. He gave me possible scenarios and costs to go along with it. The next day I arrived and to my surprise he had it fixed with just the simple replacement of the internal battery. I was so excited about it I came back the following Monday to have him also replace the back screen on my phone which was also at a great price.

I waited around quite awhile when one of the clerks ask if he could help, he had been standing behind the counter doing something on the computer. I said I didnt come in here to stand around. The manager, I guess, then jumped my case and said the guy was in training. I said, so what, all I want is some batteries. But I will NEVER BUY THEM HERE AGAIN. I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK. TOO MANY PLACES SELL BATTERIES FOR A BETTER PRICE.

I purchased a car battery from the store and the entire staff was very helpful in finding the correct batter and installing the battery in my car. Lee fixed my phone flawlessly after Stupidphone Repairz had a go at it, messing up the upper speaker, damaging the upper vibrator to where it rattles, and apparently stealing or damaging/ removing a magnetic sensor behind the phone Jack port. Thanks guys, I appreciate it.

To begin with went in one time a while back to check to see if they had a batteries for my flashlight. they then told me they carry them but if I wanted they could check to make sure that my battery was bad and not my charger. so I said sure I don’t know y’all could do that. the guy tells me yes I can check your battery if it’s bad, he takes it behind a little counter I didn’t see what he did couple seconds later he says yup this is telling me that your battery is bad. I said all man do you have another one he said I should which act sadly enough he didn’t so I proceeded to order one online. Then I went back in a little while later well actually several months later looking for the same battery for the same flashlight the previous time I was in there. we were told last time they did not have restrooms for their customers. so this time when we went my wife was with me she went to the restaurant a few doors down for that purpose, and I proceeded to get my son out of the backseat of a car to go inside to make my purchase. at this point the guy,working I presume the manager,is watching this entire time he sees her get off and walk a few doors down he then comes with his phone looks like he took a picture of my license plate and is then beginning to call someone. I presume a tow truck. now I understand parking is limited and he has his little signs out dictating that parking is for his business only. which we were there to give him business based off of previous experiences in that exact store being told they don’t have restrooms for the customers that’s why my wife went elsewhere. me and my son proceeded to walk inside now he was blocking the door so I couldn’t immediately walk in. so I told him are you open? he says yes then realizes I got out of the car and put his phone away. goes inside with me I ask him if he can test my battery to see if it’s bad. he smirked and said we don’t have any kind of machine that test batteries so I said are you sure because last time I was in here I was told you had a battery tester. I was told the said battery tester dictated that my battery was bad he says no we never had anything like that I’ve been here for X amount of years and we’ve never had anything like that. so I said well there was another guy in here the last time I came and he allegedly tested my battery which prompted me to buy a new one I said so was he lying or are you lying and that I just get ripped off into purchasing a new battery when in fact I didn’t need one. he just said I don’t know. Made me feel dumb and then took my money so I can get my productI simply suggested that maybe he should have a talk with his staff as that is a horrible practice to pretend to be able to check something just to make a sale. I now see why there so many negative reviews here.from now on I will just continue to shop online I can get my batteries from Amazon for a couple bucks cheaper and free shipping I would advise anyone visiting this location go immediately to the front door and walk in so you don’t have the Scare of a tow truck to pick up your automobile.

I Ronald Coffield walked into Batteries +Bulbs and I was really upset at first because I cracked my phone. The customer service was outstanding; they calmed me down. They let me make a phone call to sprint to try fix situation. The were so helpful, they even talked to sprint to help resolve the situation. some of the best customer service I have ever seen; HONESTLY, THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN.

My moms alternator died on the way to the beach. The store did an amazing job helping her out so she could get to a repair shop to fix it. They did a great job testing her battery and getting her on her way and the battery didnt cost a lot. Thank you for your amazing work!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I went to get my phone fixed here and he replaced the screen and put a screen protector on it and it was $140. I dropped my phone two days later, the screen “protector” fell off and my phone cracked again. I went back to get it fixed, thinking I’d get a discount considering on of their products failed, but the guy was being rude and disrespectful towards me. He’s the big white dude, lol. Don’t recommend. Plus my phone is hard to text because the screen is messed up after he fixed it!

I live here in Corpus Christi Ive been there multiple times with different issues bad charging ports dead batteries on tablets and phones. Their techs are awesome friendly and very knowledgeable....

Very negative experience with store policies an of an employee, Adrienne (sp?) who seemed to be in charge. Ordered LED conversion kits for Maglites, had difficulty installing, brought back to store for help in installing. James initially tried to help, but Adrienne stepped in without introducing herself or saying HI, and stopped him. I did NOT damage the replacement bulb, only wanted for store to install it for me, as the store advertises that they fix electric related products, and this was flashlight, and the store stocks the product for sale and service. Adrienne denied product replacement or credit since the product did not work, saying that Troy ( the owner?) would lose money and wouldnt like it. I did not ask for replacement, or credit, only that the store make the product work, and James, the other employee can be my witness. He treated me with respect, Adrienne did NOT. Although I only spent $39 at the store, I will never go back as long as she works at the store, as this was the worst customer experience I have ever had in many years of shopping.If the owner is more worried about the profit on a $39 purchase rather than making a customer happy, he will lose BIG time, as hopefully this review will keep many others from making the same mistake of going there. Told me that the store only repairs ELECTRONIC devices, but what is a cell phone, vs a flashlight, and the big sign in the store shows power drills and other appliances( see the website photos for proof...). If the employees dispute ANY PART of this, I will personally contact and escalate to corporate HQ.

No friendly service at all and way over priced.Was pricing a battery for a scooter and they wanted $90 for a battery that they were out of stock on. Found at a couple auto parts places for about $22.

They where nice but they dont really know what they are talking about. They sold me a battery and a charger that doesent even charge the battery. When i call them they never answer and just end up haning up after a few rings. If you dont belive me try calling and see how it goes. Ive tried 10 times today

Went in to buy a Car Battery (found out later I paid MORE THAN double for it as Wal-Mart sells the same car battery for $49 yet I paid $122). The thing is I simply wanted a Car Battery and the guy working there, a much Older Man store employee began talking Politics and how Donald Trump was the Greatest President of All Time - I ignored him until he asked me about if I was glad Trump was president and how much more money I would get from the tax cut. I said Im a Christian so I cant support a guy like Trump and the old guy just kept on going on say Oh you watch FAKE NEWS he said this like 12xs in a row. The younger man working there told me to please forgive him as hes a good guy but the Old Man just wouldnt stop. Literally 10minutes of Trump Best, Fake News I wanted to vomit. Ill NOT be going there again. I wanted a battery not Politics

Terrible customer service. We ordered 2 7Ah deep cycle batteries. They gave us 7-Amp and 1 8-amp NON deep cycle. We brought those back and they did not want to exchange or do anything. Buy online from other store if you can.
