DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.They provided me insurance when I bought my vehicle, nothing but issues, then found out my insurance agent is the office manager, returned my car on Saturday and canceled my insurance and get told that they tried to file an insurance claim on Tuesday for the car I no longer own and mysteriously the insurance company didn’t have my phone number in their records anymore, wonder how that happened. They also try to tell you how much you can drive your vehicle and what you can use it for which is illegal. Shady business and not worth the hassle.

The initial meeting with salespeople went perfectly fine had no red flags going off. We got our truck and went on our way. Paid payments on time for several months. We moved to Port Aransas due to job advancement. Saw nothing wrong with moving there considering its still Nueces County right!!?? After being there a month the truck broke down we needed it towed and called the car lot. They came picked it up and told us to call them for further instructions. We call that evening only to be spoken to as rudely as anyone has ever spoken to us and was told we werent getting our truck back because we had taken it to Port A without permission. WHAT? ARE YOU SERIOUS? SO BASICALLY WE JUST WASTED ALL THAT MONEY (DOWN PAYMENT AND ALL SUBSEQUENT PAYMENTS) ONLY TO LOSE IT FOR A REASON BEING WE MOVED TO NEXT TOWN OVER BUT SAME COUNTY ALL THE SAME.I CANT STRESS ENOUGH ON HOW NOT TO TRUST ANYONE FROM THIS COMPANY. I CANT BELIEVE HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN TREATED THIS WAY AND THIS PLACE IS STILL OPEN FOR BUSINESS. IF YOU THINK THEY WONT DO THE SAME TO YOU. THINK AGAIN.

Very upsetting we stop by today to purchase a vehicle. They said we could not buy anything because we didnt live in corpus Christi Texas. Also the rude lady just kept blaming her boss and saying she doesnt make the rules he does. This is after she keeps saying what we can and cant do with the vehicle if we buy it. Who can drive it. I thought it was very weird of a sales person to say those things. Who cares who buys it or drives it. Oh. She said she wont sell a car to any 16 year olds who want or need a car. She said that they are her vehicles yet her boss rules. Lol. Dont stop to look or buy anything from them. Seems very fraudulent.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.. Addison Gregg has taken my GMC from STRUGGLING ARMY VETERAN.This is the worst business for car buying.Very unprofessional. I think I made a big mistake trying to purchase an Envoy from them. I dont recommend wasting your time or money on this Fly-by-night outfit.This is an update of my first review. After 4 months of making regular payments with no interruptions, Addison Gregg TOOK my vehicle from me because He didnt like me. He attacked me verbally with a BI POLAR attack. When I defended myself He didnt like it. So he used his POWER TRIP to change my payment date in the computer and tried to REPOSSESS my GMC that I faithfully paid in.I had the Corpus Christi Police come to the AUTOMOTION LOT. They could not change the outcome and my GMC was TAKEN FROM ME, with no valid reason. Except the fact that ADDISON GREGG was mad at me.This resulted into a $4000 loss. Plus Im am a VETERAN FROM U S. ARMY.I really cant believe he could do this to anyone, much less someone in need.DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!

The worst place you could get a car. They are extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. They changed location and phone number without any warning. Only 9 days late in payment not only because of the pandemic but because they wouldnt answer the phone, and when i finally found the correct building to call they yelled at me and hung up on me multiple times. Now my car has been towed away and i have no money to get it back. DO NOT BUT YOUR CAR HERE!!

Very unprofessional. Salesman called my wifes place of employment to get an insurance quote and he hung up on her because she couldnt get his customer a quote without excluded drivers. Your salesmen need to be more professional especially when calling other businesses. They represent AutoNation and at this point yall have an ugly taste in this companys mouth.
