Sames super center is an amazing dealership with very honest and helpful staff and a very clean environment. But it wasn’t until I met a salesman named KP, that I was really blown away. He did everything he could in his power to get me into the best vehicle possible within my budget. I extremely recommend this place for any of your car shopping needs, but I highly recommend KP as a salesmen even more. I would travel across state to state just to get the best deal from him if he was to leave Texas. I hope to see him again here and hopefully he stays with my favorite company for many years at Sames ford.

Id looked long and hard at all of the front running trucks once I decided to purchase a truck rather than another SUV. I hadnt been in a truck since I was a kid. I remember then being rough and bumpy. The Ford F-150 crew cab caught my eye right away as far as the outward appearance. I went to the Sames Super Center to test drive one. I was very shocked by the roomy interior. My 510 teenager has all the leg room its not cramped at all. My five-year-old twins can extend their legs and not even touch the backs of the front seats. The backseat has more legroom than my Explorer or my Suburban. The interior features were very nicely done. The control panel is exceptionally easy to manipulate and the touch screen has the most amazing features. Driving and riding in this vehicle is incredibly smooth. It has the most comfortable interior of any vehicle Ive ever had. You dont feel bumps, potholes, anything! Even speed bumps are glided over. Very smooth ride. I am extremely satisfied and so happy that this is my choice in trucks. Ive had it since the Labor Day weekend and I am still thrilled in the morning to get in and drive away. The entire staff was incredible. The internet rep quickly answered all of my questions, even had a truck in my choice of color quickly brought over for me from their other lot for test drive. Salesman was very informative and the Finance Manager thorough and quick. Once I made my final selection I was in and out of there in no time. Big fan of Sames Super Center!

Ill start by saying this was my third attempt at getting the truck I was looking for. I started my search online. I found several trucks that fit my requirements. My first attempt I almost completed the paperwork with another dealership. So I already had the financing secured. But something about their paperwork left me feeling uncomfortable so I backed out. The second attempt the truck was sold as I was talking with the sales about it.I visited Sams super center online found where the truck I was looking for was located. I went to the dealership and no one was there. Apparently everyone was at the main dealership on Ayers for some huge sale. I called a little upset, they explained and were willing to drive to meet me but at that point I was already leaving. I wasnt going to give them a shot.I went home and started my search again. But one guy there, Mr. Jennings, called me back to let me know he would do anything to get me to look at the truck, even bring to my house. So I loaded up my family to at least go look at it and see what Sams was all about. When I arrived, he had the truck out waiting for me, with keys in hand. We talked, drove the truck and I told him the deal I wanted. He asked if I was ready to talk business but I wasnt. I was tired after a long day. I went back the next morning and again Mr. Jennings had the truck ready for me. It had been cleaned/washed first thing in the morning in anticipation of my arrival.Within an hour and half, I had an even better deal than what I was expecting, there was no back and forth, I had a better interest rate than my first attempt to get the same truck elsewhere. My paperwork was signed and I was out the door. From the sales guy, sales manager, and finance guy, there was absolutely no pressure to do or get anything I didnt want.And Im a women. My husband was very pleased how fairly they treated me, which has not always been the case at other dealers.Crystal

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE... SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE... I purchased a vehicle here in July and went back the next day after buying it because I was having issues and they didnt help me at all... Tried to return the car and they delayed for weeks. The manager Hector is very rude and arrogant. As soon as you go complain the first thing they ask is who is your loan company. They gave me a spare key for my car and I need a master key to fully operate and now they are making me pay for a key to have a fully functioning car. So dont waste your time... They will just sell you whatever car they want without you really choosing..

Bought a GMC Terrain. They did not tell me they were putting a past time device in it and they also went up on my monthly pymt 3 times without telling me. After I got the vehicle home it stopped running and when I called the service dept .they were if no help saying whatever was wrong w the truck prob wouldnt be covered by my warranty and I needed to have it towed in at my expense. I paid my car pymt rven tho it wasnt running and hired a mechanic on my own. When the mechanic told me I had a oil leak under the engine and it had been there since b4 I bought the car and that fuses were missing and that the timing was off and the car practically was a lemon and I have a car pymt of over $600. I felt totally like they took advantage of me being a women alone that makes good money. I told my salesman and he said he had nothing more to do with the vehicle and I was on my own. The car still wasnt running but came close when they came and towed it away. No note on the door or anything. I had talked to a lady at their main office and she was extremely rude and said I needed to bring the keys in ansd couldnt help me out and said I was responsible for the towing and past time device repair. They wouldnt help me get the keys to them even tho I was stranded with no way of getting this to them. I am going to talk to a lawyer I know bc o felt like they took total advantage of me and didnt tell me anything going on w the pymts and what eas already wrong w the car. The car pymt is totally outrageous. Im single and am taking care and supporting an elderly man thats very sick and needed a reliable car and the whole experience was very unfair and aweful. Dont go alone if ur a women and alone and dont let them tell u things without seeing it all in weriting way before the deal is done. Also have the care checked out fisrt.
