I’m very disappointed with the service at this location. I put a thousand dollar deposit to order a jeep. I was told it was just to order the jeep and I ended up changing my mind and now they’re claiming my deposit is non refundable. Offering me a store voucher instead. I am a single mother of 3 kids and need this money back. I don’t recommend anyone do business with these. I’m very disappointed with the sales department and general manager I don’t feel I should be forced to purchase something where I didn’t like the service. They did nothing but offer me a store credit.
We are very please with our Salesman Little Nate who got us started in the process. He told us what we needed to get a truck. We came back with what we needed and Chris took very good care of us and got us in a truck we love! At first Salesman was Awesome very helpful courteous explain all to detail....He quoted me a monthly payment but then after came to find out payment was way higher then he said...have NO choice deal is done now....I DONT believe that was right of Salesman ...I contacted him when I found out monthly payment he said hed call back in about 20 min till this day havent heard from him...he was going for his commission and freak the Satisfaction of customer

Scheduled service for 8:00 arrived 20 min early and they were waiting for me Great Service, had clicking noise in the rear of car and a surging that couldnt be replicated by the Technician. He talked to me in layman terms, very through. He then provided me with the computer readout of the test he ran. Thanks for all the care you guys take with my wifes Jeep Grand Cherokee.
They did a great job explaining to me what was wrong with my truck and how to fix it. The only thing I was very disappointed with was that they told me that they had straightened out my steering wheel but when I left it was still exactly the same. I was just tired of waiting around and did not want to go back for something they should have fixed or for something THEY said they had fixed.
Being new to the area I was hoping this dealership would be as helpful as others in the past. Having the extended, lifetime warranty usually guarantees pretty good service and treatment.First time I took my car in for service was a good experience, no complaints. 👍While there I asked for a quote on a vehicle. It was priced considerably higher than what my past dealership quoted when I called our old salesman. 😮Then my car died while running errands one day. First, it was a fiasco getting my car towed. But that was a warranty issue, not the dealership.Since the service department was backed up I was given an appointment several weeks out. I brought the car in for the service & turns out it was the main computer PCM (?).Supposedly, things are backed up due to the pandemic and the part coming from China 🙄. Now my car has been in the shop for almost two months. Ive had ONE call to update the situation. Its past the date I was told it would be ready. No one returns calls when we call for status.Ive yet to be rude but thats about to change of todays calls arent returned!!I certainly wont be buying any new cars from here. And if my old dealership werent 3+ hours away Id have it serviced elsewhere as well. 😕Saving grace that took this from being only a ⭐ to ⭐⭐ is that the call was actually returned just as I was about to submit the review. Now, the part that has been there since the 26th (5days ago) will be installed tomorrow.Well see how it goes & whether the review gets an update 🤷
They didnt have the truck i wanted in the lot. They spent the day searching all over Texas for a truck that met my needs. Within 2 days they were able to transfer it over 200 miles to the dealership. Lee was amazing!

I recently purchased a Jeep Gladiator Mojave through this dealership. Having done my research prior to arriving. I knew exactly what I wanted. All staff were courteous and respectful. They didnt have exactly what I was looking for, but they quickly found one to my liking and had it delivered in. I had some concerns with the pricing after the purchase, but multiple staff, including my salesman Kevin, responded quickly and above standard. After further research, I did indeed receive a good deal and am very pleased with my purchase.A true test of a business is how they handle customer service issues after a sale. From experience, I can tell you this dealership performed outstanding and went far beyond my expectations. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

This was my first oil change with the dealership since purchasing my truck in December. The experience was perfect. I didnt have to wait long at all, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. Im glad it wasnt a long, drawn out, experience. I especially like that you dont need an appointment.

Simple transaction. But a two day unexpected delay on part to fix one item..Test drove the car, from a non--smoking previous owner and it smelled fine.Unfortunately, by the time I got the car, it had been sprayed with Febreze. So it no longer smelled fine. It stank of Febreze. Yuck.I called Febreze customer service and according to them, there is no way to remove the odor.
I was so happy to trade my car in for a new Jeep Compass. But, now I think I should have gone to another dealership. The finance department has still not paid off my trade in after 39 days and it is affecting my credit. They wont return calls or emails. They also gave me such a hard time trying to get a copy of my contract and when I finally did, the price seemed higher than expected

Ok, First: when they delivered my car (2017 Nissan Altima) i noticed that both fog lights were busted. Now to be fair, i didnt notice before I signed the As-Is paperwork. But to be more fair, the salesman really should have told me about it beforehand.Second: the salesman (Juan Ochoa) told me he would deliver my car to my work the next morning. I work about 25 minutes from where I live, so I got a ride and expected to be driving the new car home. Well, after emailing and several unanswered calls to Juan Ochoa, I finally called the dealership and after several hours and speaking to several people I finally found out that instead of delivering my car like I was promised, Juan Ochoa went fishing instead.Third: The salesman, Juan Ochoa, at the time of purchase, set me up with Direct Auto Insurance. He claimed he set me up with full coverage at a great price. A week later I find out that no, I did not have full coverage but only liability and i had to pay the difference Also, for some reason he set up the effective date a month after purchase. So I was driving a new car for A WEEK with NO INSURANCE without knowing, after I had been assured everything was taken care of.Fourth: After speaking with the sales manager, his response came down to basically, oh well. Although he did authorize me to receive a free 20 ounce tumbler that Im pretty sure isnt even insulated So, theres that.I will say that Albert Chavez, the salesman who took over my purchase, has been pretty good. I have no problem with him.Long story short, find another dealership. No one there cares about you (with the possible exception of Albert Chavez). Theyd rather be fishing.
Albert was my best salesman ever. We picked out a truck and told him what we had and he made it happen our finance guy Jerry was awesome also they both made it a pleasant buying experience. I will be buying my next Ram from here also.

When on vacation in Corpus Christi the month of August, my 2014 Ram 1500 service engine light came on, stating see Dealership. I visited Calallen’s service department. They were very fast as to get me in and diagnosed my issues. I decided to speak with sales representatives Samuel Aboytes and Kevin Martin about possibly trading in for a new 2020 Ram1500. I could have waited and continue doing business at my hometown dealership, but the sales team here worked very hard to fulfill my expectations during this unexpected decision. While I was able to get a good deal on my used vehicle...after that it has been nothing but total frustration dealing with their service Dept. There is ZERO customer service. After being there multiple days, I have to call and find out when my car is going to be ready. Either they dont know whats going on or they lie because I was told things more than once by different advisors that was not true...sadly I dont think this is the only place that customer service has dissapeared.
I’m from out of town from Georgia and was looking to change and move up to a newer Ford F-150. I wasn’t able to get it due to many tangibles but I must say Mr.Jerry in finance was one person who was very astute and stellar. His professionalism and endeavor to get me into the truck I wanted while out of town was unmatched. I may not get a newer truck at the moment, but I do know where I’ll return my business too in the future.
To be honest, I do not readily enjoy the automobile purchasing experience. However, my experience with AJ and others was very positive. I did not feel the typical hard sell tactics and they helped me in finalizing my decision on the purchase of an outstanding truck which was a gift for my beautiful wife. SHE LOVES IT!
Not organized. Does not follow through on what they promised. They showed us a vehicle that had just come in as a trade. It had not even been cleaned when they showed it to us. It was covered in dirt, bird poop, cigarette smoke, and still had the previous owners belongings in it. Multiple cosmetic and small mechanical issues with the truck. We looked past that because we were interested in the truck and they said it could work in our budget and had low mileage. But then they raised the price at the last minute and we spent 2 days negotiating the price. When we drove the truck home we noticed they did not even service the truck. Now more than a month later the truck still has not been registered with the state. Having to call them multiple times to make sure their job is done correctly is not something a client should have to worry about. This is the worst car buying experience we have had.Everyone was nice and they did communicate with us professionally the multiple times we were there in person. Because of this reason we trust their word, but in the end working with them has been more of a hassel and we just want to get the truck registered correctly so we can be done with this dealership.UPDATE: they sent the registration to the wrong location and this has still not be taken care of. it has been 3 months. The is beyond frustrating.

Dont buy here sales staff rush you It needed a new windshield when bought but they convinced me to get windshield warranty so I did but they wont do anything since it was cracked before I bought cracks in drivers view which I was told they replace for that but didnt. I have yet to get my actual plates bought in the beginning of April paper plate ran out June 2nd go somewhere save your time and money

I bought a used truck on the way the engine light came on took the truck back.they told it had old codes and cleared. Light came back on, called and was told it was a buy as is...nothing they could do but transfer me to service if I wanted to pay to fix...plus uconnect GPS thinks Im 200 miles away also no help from dealer...i will take my money elsewhere next time
Horrible service department. Towed my vehicle to service mechanic shop to have a diagnostics ran on it to figure out the problem. Took my money, still dont know what wrong woth my vehicleBasically told me what i already knew. Correct me if im wrong. But when you pay a set price for a diagnostic you should walk out knowing what the issue is. Instead they wanted to charge me more as if to have a second diagnostic done...ummmm no.

Dont trust anything this dealership says! They verbally agreed on one thing but do something completely different on the paperwork. Yes it was a mistake not thoroughly going over the paperwork on our part, but we didnt expect to be screwed over. Agreed to one price- charged us full price. Agreed to service contract- they didnt include it.On top of that the car we bought ended up with a recall that caused engine failure (that had to be fixed through a different dealership- used car) not even 48 hours after buying the car & it took over a week just to get an answer on what was wrong with the car. We were given the run around every time we called & were even told we messed it up! They made us come back multiple times to switch rentals because they didnt want them to have too many miles which I understand but was a complete inconvenience & they refused to help us by meeting half way or driving somewhere to switch out the vehicles (we lived 45 minutes from the dealership). Im disgusted that they would treat anyone the way we were treated. It was my fiances first time financing a vehicle & they completely screwed him over. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!Dealership has tried to reply, no the deal was not in my name. It was in my fiances name.
I trade in my vehicle and they still havent paid off my trade in. I cant seem to get ahold of anyone in finance department. I will never buy a vehicle here again.

I would not recomend this location to my worst enemy. Not only was I lied to but they totally took advantage not once but twice. I learned my lesson and will never return to this location. Be Cautious Bought a 2020 rubicon could not get to the price because of dealer options after market put on led lights so they switched me to another rubicon and told me it was the exact same just without the led lights so I bought it it ended up being a 2.0 not a 3.6 never disclosed to and I found out 2 days later when your spending 55k you want to know I wanted a 3.6 also put put 13k dwn so how would you feel

Had significant issues getting service done on my 2019 Ram 1500. First they said there was no issue with the tailgate, but when I went to pickup the truck, the service consultant couldn’t open my tailgate so she asked me to leave it overnight. Had an issue getting a loaner vehicle, and they never fixed the electrical issue. I’m now bringing this vehicle to another location to have it checked out again. They never call to update you on status of the vehicle and the service adviser threw the actual mechanics under the bus blaming them for not wanting to work. I don’t know who to trust or blame for the lack of communication/ work done on the truck but I do know that I will not go back.
Do not give them bank account information for a down payment. I personally delivered (In cash) my down payment owed to Lithia. Finance lady Trina assured me no payment would not be taken out of my bank account because the down payment was paid before the due date. Over a week later the down payment was still pulled out of my bank account. Same finance lady assured me it would be in the very next day. Next day came and after many times leaving messages and speaking to other people and getting the “run around”, I practically had to threaten them that I was going to show up...low and behold I was able to speak with Trina. Problem still has not been solved.

Visited this morning to have my oil changed.I received excellent service and their estimate for how long my wait would be was spot on.They also have a little play area for kids which was great for keeping my 4 year old daughter busy while we waited.

Horrible experience with this dealer. The sales rep Kevin started texting me after I had visited TrueCar. Each time I sent him a text it took him over 24 hours to respond to me. He never gave me any information on the vehicle I was looking for and he ultimately tried to steal the dealer I had decided to purchase from’s sale. Very unprofessional. I’m not quite sure why he ever reached out to me to begin with. He totally wasted my time.
We bought a durango from them. The online price was 9500 but after they got us in finance the price jump 3k. I was told by the salesman Juan that it was because they put money into the vehicle like tires and services. Since this some what made sense we did the deal. Here we are a few months later and it turns out none of the services were done. 1 tire had 3 patches in it. I have been chasing these guys for a month to get this figured out. Today I finally talked to Craig the sales manager. He admitted they didnt do the work and he would give us tires but thats it. When I asked about me spending the extra 3k on a vehicle that i was lied about he simply replied well you signed the papers. You could have walked away but you didnt. Overall not a great experience. These guys are criminals and shouldnt be trusted.

Everything slimy you think about a car salesman is true when working with this dealership. We bought a car this year (our mistake buying here) and the finance guy is the epitome of slimeball. He thought he could sneak by buying our trade-in for $1!!! My car wasnt perfect, but my BMW wasnt a junker either. I had to keep asking what the value we were getting for it and he kept trying to gloss over it. Outraged they were trying to give us $1, I asked him if he would sell his car for $1 and he said if the value was $1 he would. Yeah right. We should have walked out right then. Then months later we receive the title and its all screwed up (yes, more than 1 error). I find out from the DMV (they check the paperwork on microfilm) it was the dealership that filled out the paperwork incorrectly and I call them to see if they can fix it or pay for their mistakes and the same finance guy blames me for at least one error! Me! First he tries to tell me they sold their car at a loss so I should consider myself lucky (because, you know, every business does this, thats how they stay in business). But then maybe he can see about what he can do about fixing the other (they should pay for it, right?!). So in order to fix the title, both my husband and I have to get time off work and spend $100 to fix their errors. And Im working with a dealership that blatantly lies and deceives its customers and wont own up to their mistakes. Thanks again. Just dont bother with this place.

If you’re looking for a dealership with a great service department, you may want to look for another dealership. For example, I took my truck in on a Monday and a week later, the truck is still waiting to be looked at. After several calls to the dealership and 5 days later, they are finally “supposed” to be having a glass company look at the truck.Also, this dealership is not good at returning phone calls.

Took my truck in early this morning, 9/11/18, for a recall and it seems the service writer was not in a very good mood. Not greeted as in other dealerships, but that’s ok. My truck was taken to get repaired, which didn’t take long, and was notified it was ready. I waited at the dealership. So when I went to get into the truck I noticed a module that goes under the dash on the floorboard. I went back inside to let the service writer know and she called the technician to get the module reconnected. He drove the truck to the back and in a few minutes brought it back. When I started the truck and turned the A/C on and it was blowing out the defrost and the temperature setting was set about 85 degrees. The technician looked upset or perhaps mad when he gave me the keys and perhaps that’s why he had the heat cranked up. The service at Lithia makes me wonder about quality of work they do. This was my first experience and more than likely last, I guess I’ll just take a cruise to Alice to get work done on my dodge. A little long winded but hopefully make others aware of the service they can expect. Oh by the way the module on the floorboard was really noticeable.

I bought my Jeep Cherokee here in December. I dont have the best credit but they got my payment where I needed it with zero down and my husband as a cosigner. Everybody I have talked to prefers this location to the one in Corpus for their customer service and willingness to work with people.
