Ive never been inside of the convenience mart but be very careful filling up gas at this station. It ruined my car and we had to pay hundreds of dollars to get it repaired. The SUNOCO down the road weve never had problems with. The customer service line at headquarters is also wildly unhelpful. I would avoid this store. I have attached a picture of what our mechanic sent us was in the car. Im pretty sure they are cutting their gas with water or something else. There are other reviews at other snappy foods gas stations where the same thing occurred. Be careful with this company.

The rwstroom was weird, not bad just its own. The Employee was really well and nice. She was very satisfactory. So the costumer service was awsome.Her name was Machelle.

Horrible costumer service whoever this lady that calls herself the assistant manager there now and is in charge of the whole store is very rude and has a extremely nasty attitude. So maybe she shouldnt be doing costumer service or have anything to do with yalls store worse person I have ever seen in that store and Ive been going there for several years. She worked today is there now evening 5pm.

Majority (99%) of the Snappy gas stations are absolutely disgusting but this one takes the cake. On top of that this location had no premium gas on any of the pumps. Trash.

Why is the price higher in this location? Prices are lower in west side of town. Is this why I dont see too many cars at a time at this station? Be competitive and get more customers. A few cents less with more customers is better than a few cents more with less customers. Volume/number is the key.

They have the snappy part down alright. I asked the cashier for a cash card because they advertise cheaper gas with it. His response was to yell at me tell me they dont have them. Everything here is more expensive. If you pay with a credit card or debit card youre going to pay more for your gasoline than any other gas station in the area.

If i could give a lower star rating, i would. the “man” who owns this location mixes his gasoline with 50% water. screwed up my whole engine and cost me HUNDREDS OF $$$ TO FIX. NEVER GO TO A SNAPPY’S CONVENIENCE STORE.

Cashiers are rude and not helpful. Worst gas station in corpus!

BAD FUEL!!!!! Filled up my truck in the morning on 12/16/17, by 4pm my truck was not running! Had to have it towed to the dealership and found out I had water in my tank. Called to see if snappys could resolve the problem, talked to the owner Mo and he said it wasnt his fuel to cause the problem, that he hasnt heard of anyone having issues and he put blame on the dealership for not covering the repair under the warranty. My truck is a 2016 with less than 20k miles, I have no problem with the warranty. I was given a sample of my fuel from the dealership after the repairs and it was about 30% water... Not sure if Mo is cutting corners or if his Snappy stores have poor storage tank. Talking to the dealership, found out I was #7 this month (Dec) there at the dealership for the same problems from the Snappys store. Found out that Mo ownes all snappys in the area and that the problems is from several stores, not just one. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

Drive thru not open at 2am, man saw me and kept on working, I attempted to call and no answer as well...

They have water in gas and refuse to help customers. Do not get gas at this place!!

Absolutely horrible, there has been a leak in the ceiling for a few months now and theres a blue bucket that collects the water everyday and my friend didnt see it because there wasnt a wet floor sign so she tripped and fell and broke her foot shes an older woman so I felt so bad I was on the other side of the store when it happened shes now in the hospital and her foot is healing but wow really no wet floor sign

Ive been here several times when the pump is not accepting credit cards. I hate having to go inside to pay, go back out to pump, then go back inside to pay... Come on people. Fix your place up.
