I just wanted to compliment the friendly helpful service I always receive at the Office Depot on Staples at Six Points. They go out of their way to assist. Today I couldn’t find the flash drives. John helped me, and when they were out of the one I wanted, he went to the back and looked for me.Whenever I need to make copies or mail packages, the lady in the copier department is always pleasant and tries to make it as easy as possible for me.I appreciate stored that have great customer service!

Slow service and not very attentive or informative. I’ve never been to this Office Depot and kinda don’t ever want to come back.

Great variety of supplies. Conveniently located. The prices are fair. I bought my last three computers here. The computer prices are competitive with the other stores in town. I always get quick service. If they are out of a certain item, I ask if they have any that hasnt been put out yet. In most cases they did have the item in the back.

The staff is lethargic and it took me so much longer to get help than at the other location in Corpus. Wheres the service with a smile? The pep, the help? Yall can do better making your customers feel welcome and valued.

I am very disappointed with the quality and especially the service from this store.I placed an online order for business cards yesterday. Their business card template system was also glitchy.So, I picked up my cards today. I had to wait 15 minuets at the printing desk before someone showed up.I opened the box and noticed instantly that the cards were messed up in two places.1. My job title crossed far into the logo at the top of the card.2. My address crossed far into the logo at the bottom of the card and you cant even read this.✔️ My first words to the young man from the printing department were; did you look at this?I showed him the card and told him, I cant use these. These are useless to me.All he had to say was.... There are no refunds on online orders.Questions.1. Dont they look at what they are going to print a 100 copies of?2. How about putting the order on hold and calling me about the problem before printing and cutting all those cards? My cell # is right on the card.One thing is for sure. I wont be giving the South Staples store any business again.

Store inventory shows 5 label makers we are looking for are in stock. We drive out of the way from one Office Depot to this one for our purchase, only to find out there are zero! Restrooms are nasty! Recommend ordering online from Amazon!

Good value. Good service. But ladies bathroom was terrible - no toilet paper in stalls, found 1 roll, handicap stall door lock broken, trash can overflowing, not regularly cleaned it seems.

Went to pick up online order which had been moved from behind the counter to shelf in middle of center and you press bell for someone to come up and help you look thru orders for yours. No security around all of the orders sitting on the shelf. Supposedly the cashier is watching the shelf. Then you take your order youve already paid for to cashier so he can scan it and you sign for it. Not the easiest system they have put in place mow.

This is the Staples/Brownlee location.....very clean ....employees are very friendly and offer to show you where things are.....greet you entering and exiting the store....
