Seems there is always something out of stock when I go, but its nice to have a store close. Employees are friendly. Nice displays for leather. And the store is big enough that it never feels crowded.

Walked in, ignored. Not greeted. Stood around while the clerk was using the computer and I felt like he had to pull himself away to answer questions. Lindsay on the otherhand was quite friendly. Ill go back

Walked in expected to take another class. The person who was behind the counter didnt acknowledge us and when we asked a question he acted as if we were a distraction rather then a customer. We left feeling confused, wasnt there a class scheduled today. Very poor customer service.
