My company started using Bad Boy Graphix a few months ago. The quality of work is good but their customer service is their down fall. I have put in about 5-6 orders of uniforms and not one deadline has been met. I have asked about getting some visors and magnets made and never received a call back. At one time I waited over a month for 5-10 shirts to get embroidered. That is not customer satisfaction in my book.
