Needed a pushpole shipped to Savannah. Called up to make sure I understood what to order from the website. Instead they walked me through what I wanted, took my order over the phone, and a few days later, I had my pushpole. It’s exactly what I wanted. Excellent quality, great service - quick, responsive, and helpful.

Worst customer service!!! Went in a couple weeks back and let me say Rude. If I was able to select no stars at all I would!! Go somewhere else,anywhere else the prices are highway robbery! Do your research and compare prices you will understand what Im referring to when you see the prices and quality of product and service!!!

FiberTex was recommended to me by Charlie at Charlies Boat Trailer Parts & Repair.(I highly recommend Charlie’s for trailer repair) I have been to other boat repair shops over the years and have never been treated so well nor had my boat serviced so quickly at such a fair price! These folks at Fibertex are top notch. They are all very knowledgeable and are eager to help you, so don’t be afraid to ask them questions. You can tell they appreciate their customers. They love boats and fixing them is their passion. I don’t see me going to any other shop ever again. Also don’t let the name Fibertex fool you, they can repair anything on your boat not just the fiberglass.
