If you need something for the beach and you cant find it here, you got a real problem. this place is massive and they have tons of shirts, bathing suits, blankets, hats, and all kinds of other trinkets.Plus you get to walk through a giant shark on the way in! (Theres also a ramp outback for those who need a wheelchair-accessible entrance.)

Very reasonable prices. The older lady that was there was very helpful & we had great conversation about our hometown. Found so many gems. Definitely a must visit for your souvenirs

I should have not purchased anything after the cashier was so rude! She was very hard to understand. I didnt understand the total, and she scolded me for asking for clarification. The merchandise was expensive and not attractive. Bad experience!

Reeked of marijuana when we opened the door. The guy was rude and unhelpful. Other local stores were nicer! Left without purchase.

Manager/Owner was very helpful when we had questions about the merchandise. She also has a lot of military merchandise to choose from whether youre active duty or retired.

Being pregnant at around 9pm and needed to use the bathroom youre going to be in trouble. The younger adults working there are not very. nice the prices of items are ok but its just like every other souvenir shop really.

This beach will always be a special place because last year my husband proposed to me on it while we were watching the sunrise. The views are really wonderful. You can see the USS Lexington in the water which makes a great backdrop for pictures. It is easy to drive to. I am not sure about parking. We stayed at the Days Inn and walked down to the beach. There are lots of other hotels along the beach you can stay at. The only thing I did not like was the amount of jellyfish. I dont know if it was the time of year (late July) or what but they were all over the place. We didnt even get in the water because of that. It was a nice place to just stroll along the sand. It was tricky to keep and eye on my kids to make sure they werent stepping on the jellyfish though. When we were there it was not very crowded.

We always make sure to stop by here when we come to Corpus. Excellent selection of gifts and military memorabilia. The nice woman that owns the store special ordered some kind of gold sabre pin or something from her catalogue for my father and he didnt go back to pick it up; she kept the item for over 2 years until he finally returned. She had his information all written in a notebook but hed changed phones or something and she couldnt reach him. She said she knew hed be back someday. She is a treasure, gives our family a discount because my father has bought so much from her over the years. A pleasure buying from her, not like the other more impersonal shops in the area.

Nice beach not crowded and lots of fun for 3 generations of family. Close parking and plenty of trash cans close. Personally I think it was better than the other 2 beaches we stopped at. We come by every year and enjoy the amazing site of the Lexington as well.

Love it just what I was looking for

Pretty clean, easy access, but it gets crowded fast. Beautiful view of the ocean and the USS Lexington. Close to restaurants and shops. People are respectful of your things and friendly. A great way to spend the day.

I was there just yesterday. They are located across from the Lexington. The store is very nice and has good prices. Very interesting military memorabilia and island souvenirs. The staff was friendly and accomodating.

Great little gift shop with a ton of military related items. Prices are fair and the shop owner is a truly nice woman. Best on north beach.

Good place to unwind, pretty native plantings, nice walking path, bathroom facilities available, near area attractions.Mosquitoes are evil during some parts of year, prone to flooding from runoff, parking areas are dirt/sand and turn to quicksand when wet, bathrooms get gross on busy weekends. Fortunately, we only get heavy rain once or twice a year.

This beach is not overcrowded and is bath water warm; however, it is loaded with jellyfish. Many of the parents who were there thought it was okay for their kids to be catching jellyfish in nets while running on the beach. This was dangerous and also annoying as tentacles were hanging from the nets.I would not recommend this beach to people who have children as there are adults everywhere consuming large amounts of alcohol. Meanwhile, there is no police or beach patrol anywhere in sight. Weird. This is not a good situation if there is a major issue. Pollution levels are high as well. No thanks!

So it was a great beach. 2 hours from San Antonio. Not a lot of places to eat. No showers. Beach was clean. Watch out for jellyfish.

Damn.. So much potential.. People leave their trash and just disrespect our mother earth. This beach brought tears to my eyes and sadness to my heart.. Clean that beach up.. People be responsible for the trash you bring.. It stays beautiful when we all take care of it!! We only get one earth 🌎 respect it!!

We were on our way home at night and wanted to pick up a souvenir. Searched and it brought this shop up and it said open 24 hrs. Followed the directions at 10pm. 20 mins out of the way and it was CLOSED! I do not know the hrs of operation but do not believe Google search results on this place! So aggravating when we have more than 3 hrs driving to get home.1x

This is the beach to go to!!Clean, easy access to everything and awesome restaurants all around. Plus Uss Lexington museum and the Harbor Bridge. One stop shop!

I would not recommend this beach to anyone. The sand hurts, the water feels weird from the weird sand. I would suggest going to the real beaches.

Easy access, centrally located near attractions, pretty clean beach. Only thing I didnt like is there was no soap or trash cans in the bathrooms.

It was terrible, I went with my daughter to get a henna tattoo and there wasnt even a person there to do it. The employees were very rude and didnt do anything to help us. The prices are marked up too high and it was just awful. Never going there again.
