American Glass Masters was great to work with. With clear and prompt communication, their techs came out to measure the space then cut and installed the mirror within a timeframe of 2 hours. They are reasonably priced, very professional, and provided great customer service.

The shower stall enclosure was ordered and came in as promised. Marsha called and ask if the installers could come to install it. they removed the Brass shower enclosure and replace it with a brushed stainless enclosure.

We had a broken double pane glass panel in our double French doors. I called about 9 a.m. and by 11:15 the job was completed. Marcia was excellent to deal with in getting the quote as well as installation completed so quickly. American Glass Masters are just that, Masters at their craft. We couldn’t have been more satisfied with the quick response as well as the professionalism of the staff. They are the “go to” people for your glass installation!

Had them replace some old shower doors, the guys did a very professional job and the staff was very helpful in pricing, when the crew was coming out and other things they offer. I would highly recommend this company, they did a much better job than the local company that initially installed the original shower doors.

American Glass Masters did an amazing job on my shower door!! It is exactly 💯 what I wanted. The hardest part was the wait on the order for the glass door to be cut and the type of glass texture I wanted. That was hard for me because I am not a patient person, but once I saw the finished product I had NO complaints!!! A rock hit our glass door during lawn maintenance. I sent Marcia a photo and she looked for similar patterns. When I was able to find the exact pattern through a different manufacturer, she ordered it and had it installed within a week. They show up when they say they will and are efficient and friendly.

Had to have two upper half of double paned windows replaced. The two installers did a great job of removing the old and putting in the new and they cleaned up before they left. Ill use them again if and when the need arises . Marcia in the office was a great help in explaining everything to me and was a very nice person to deal with from the onset.

SAME day service, actually within a few hours. Technician was knowledgeable, the only downside, it was a bit pricey. But all in all, I was satisfied.

American Glassmasters replaced all the windows and portholes glass on my 48 HiStar Cruiser. Other than some minor cleanup their work was very good and timely. Now they are bidding on 3 glass shower enclosures for my homes Harvey rebuild.

Marsha did a great job keeping us up to date on when the order came in and when they were delivering. The only hiccup was the installers did not tell our contractors what they needed to install one of the window and so they had to come back later that day. Overall, we would definitely use them again and this was for 5 different windows.

We had American Glass Masters install our mirrored wall when we first retired to our condo in Corpus Christi. They did a great job. After we suffered damage in Hurricane Harvey, I contacted them to replace the mirrors that had been destroyed. They did another wonderful job. Their office and installation personnel were professional, courteous, and made no false promises. I highly recommend this company for any mirror or glass work. You wont be disappointed.

American Glass Masters did an outstanding job replacing 3 windows for me. Two of the three were on either side of my front door. They were long and skinny. I noted to Juan (the glass pro who did the measuring) that I did not like the rusting screws that held the framing in place. He said they could fix that as well. Today when 2 different installers came (Samuel and Jesus) they were equally professional and profcient. They brought stainless steel scews and did a great job. The third window was for a bedroom window that had a significant amount of fog between the two glass panels. The new glass looks great! I am very particular and I asked them if I could clean the trim (get the old dirt and mildew off the seals that were to be used again.) The next thing I know, they stopped what they are doing and are cleaning them off very meticulously too. It was so awesome. They really made sure to go the extra mile. Plus, they were less on their bid compared to another well known glass competitor in town.

I got here 10 minutes early and I was taken care of right away. The service and prices were very understandable and affordable. I would highly recommend American Glass Masters to anyone who is looking to repair your windows or windshields.

First and foremost I would like to say Thank you!!! I was driving and had a rock ding my windshield. We have warranty on my vehicle for situations like this. As advised I called up to file a claim and was instructed to contact SafeLite. I contacted Safelite and they sent out a technician to repair my ding. Minutes later I got a call to go back out and my windshield was now broken. Technician offered to get me a good price to replace it. I immediately contacted Safelite and they advised me i signed a waiver which i didnt. The local manager was rude, unprofessional and non apologetic about the situation. He did give me price quotes but said it was not their responsibility. I was referred to American Glass Masters from a friend and i spoke to the GM and said Safelite Network could not dictate who I needed to use for my windshield repair and it was consumer choice. American Glass Masters gave me a GREAT price and GREAT service!! They ordered my windshield and installed the following day. Thank you so much for the prompt, professional and great service you provided. You have gained a life long customer.

They are the worst. They never returned our phone calls, essentially refused to come give us a quote and even claimed that we never called before and must have called another company. Save your time and energy and dont even bother.

Not worth you time. Dont bother! Finally got them to come out and take measurements, never received a qoute. Called multiple times leaving a message requesting a quote, sent an email, NOTHING. Asked for the measurements, would not even do that. Save yourself sometime and grief, go somewhere else.
