Harbor freight quality is getting better, I could spend all day in there if my wife let me.

I was treated very poorly at this location.I no greeting once l walked nobody asked if I needed any help.I went to but an item took it to the register to Jennifer. The price of the item rung up from a different amount than the tag had.So l told her it not my fault your workers put the wrong price. Then l asked can she honor the price we both went to look she also saw the price for that amount. So she call two other people and act like l was trying to get somethingfor free.So l asked for a 10% discount for the inconvenience to me .I did receive an apology or nothing.

Always have what Im looking for. Even stuff that I wasnt looking for. Great customer service.

Ive bought from them online, this was my first in-store shopping experience with Harbor Freight. Its like being a kid in a candy store, so much to look at! I walked out with several accessories and fun items that I didnt plan on buying when I walked in. Their tool boxes are a very good value.

The Harbor freight on Ayers street cc tx, is always busy well stocked. However they could use more cashiers.

Harbor freight was once my tool spot. Now? Not so much. Id rather go to Wallyworld and buy thier Hart brand discounted tools. Harbor Freight charges people in order to get a discount? Why not give everyone a discount?

Shop around. some of their merchandise is good investment. if you are looking for a tool you are going to use once or twice, they got good prices.

Good store, big selection and easy return if need be. Bought a 6 random orbital polisher/buffer with 2 pads for less than $30 with tax. Product worked great. Here is pic of car, 2014, after using the drill master polisher listed above. Highly recommend this product with wool bonnet.

Harbor Freight has upped their game tool wise and this location has remodeled some. It is organized better than it use to be and alot cleaner.

This is a decent place to by certain kinds of tools. Ive purchased thousands of dollars worth of their tools. And would buy some of those items again there if I needed them, but some I wouldnt. Tools that you have to torque I would stay away from on the basic sets, e.g., 1/4 and 3/8 socket sets are good for one use in my opinion. I have twisted and broken not only sockets but ratchets out of these sets as well! Their heavy duty, impact style sockets and sets look like quality but never used them. However, if ur looking for carpentry tools. I think ur good! Speed squares, levels, utility knives, framing squares, hammers, mauls, air compressors, etc. Your in the right place!To be honest, theyve not let me down in a pinch and that tree counts for alot. Even if u buy a one use tool well, if it get that job done its served its purposes and youve completed another job.I would give them higher Marks but on every occasion Ive been here they have four registers but only two opened so you end up in the bottleneck leaving almost every visit. A few visits that check out took 20 + minutes and more! So, thats why I only give them a 3. If they work out the check- out time they would be at least 4 outta 5 in my book.So, thats where I am with Harbor Freight. Need a little work but overall pretty good......James

I go there for my hand tools. They have a very good selection and the price is usually very good. Seems every time I go and purchase something they always have a coupon for some free item.

One of those places that we all like going to for tools and stuff cheap but they never have enough employees. Normally just 1 person working register. But we all go there anyways for the stuff we need cus its cheaper than home depo or lowes

Bought the telescopic flag pole at a great price. Unfortunately, sections keep collapsing and flags slide down. Disappointed. Anyone else have these issues?

Went to look for a a specific outside heater and they only had a display one at this location - as it is a new item.Chris was super helpful!!!Hes a taller gentleman.He double checked the back for the item I was looking for and when they for sure didnt have any he offered to check the calallan location also.Said they had 3 in stock on the computer.But he went the extra mile to call and make sure they did indeed have them in stock.He also had them hold one for us so we could go get it as were 20min away!Great customer service from Chris!! :)

Todays experience was just a little different. I like the layout of the store now. Easier to find everything. On the other hand customers were not following the six feet social distancing and nobody seemed to enforce it. Lady supervisor was being to friendly with the customers and taking to long. Playing around. Not professional.

Usually love these places. But this store has a woman roaming around being a mask enforcement lunatic. I was alone, half way across the store, this was about 9am. Very few customers. I pulled my mask down so i could clear up my glasses and look at something. She mustve been waiting like a hawk. Screamed at me from the front of the store, wouldnt let it go. Then made a comment about having to be a hall monitor for adults. I dropped my items and walked out. Ill never return there again. Good luck to all who enter.

I am a tool freak!! Harbor freight has not only a good selection of brands of tools, they have a huge assortment. The staff are more than helpful in helping you locate a needed tool in store, and giving you information on it. Sometimes you can get different ideas for your project or job and even a new way to tackle it. The prices on their tools are reasonable and I have always walked away feeling more enlightened about the task I am about to tackle. I love harbor freight...I could literally spend all day in there playing with all the tools!

The stuff I needed wasnt in stock. The lines to check out were ridiculously long. However, the staff were trying their best and tried to be helpful. I would recommend calling ahead to see if they have what you need before wasting your time.

The issue at HF has always been a lack of cashiers and floor personnel. Same problem at Tractor Supply. Great store otherwise.

50/50 one good tool and another returned. Fortunately we bought the insurance which allowed 100% refund for the tool and the cost of the coverage.

Good products but the SALES SUPERVISOR was HORRIBLE, one of the rudest managers I have ever seen in my entire life. They could careless about their customers and all they do it want to make a buck. I guess thats what happens when you sell cheap products, you have to hustle the hell out of your customers. Ill never go back to that store ever again, word of mouth can really hurt a business that relies on customers and I will be letting people know about my experience at that store. Called corporate and they told me the manager would be calling me within a couple of day and that was over a week ago. This place could careless about their customers.

Great place for tools and such. They are better than you would think. For the average do it yourself person its a great way to get into new hobbies or basic things around the house and garage.

I was looking for replacement casters for an engine hoist bought 6 months ago from here and the bearing started falling out of the wheels. They carry a decent assortment of casters but none for the Pittsburgh equipment they sell. Ended up having to buy another hoist elsewhere that does carry replacement parts for their equipment.

Inexpensive but sometimes cheap tools. Still, while you get what you pay for, what you pay for will do the job. You can build a nice set up tools for not a whole lot of cash here. Shop the parking lot specials for the best deal!
