As a walk-in new patient to have a hearing test done they went out of their way to make sure that my hearing is well taken care of after finding out the percentage of hearing loss and my place of employment having a big effect on my hearing as well as getting the best hearing aids at a very big discount within my payment range.They are very caring with awesome attitude & customer service to their patients.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEWSOUND HEARING CENTERS !!!!

Excellent staff and Audiologist Heather Fletcher are highly recommended. They provided me with excellent bedside manners and provided great treatments and care. You could not be in better hands if you find you needed a good hearing aid exam. Good professional work given to me during my hearing test.

I moved to the area recently and needed to find someone to service my audible hearing aids. I was delighted when I saw a New Sound Hearing as that is where I originally bought my hearing aids in another area in Texas! I made an appointment and when I showed up I was told I didn’t have any appointment! The receptionist said if I went through the call center that is why it was not scheduled! Long story short today was the 3rd time I showed up and didn’t have an appointment! Receptionist was not helpful, and found it unreasonable that I was upset !So I really can’t review the service as I never received any. All I got was attitude.........Amazing this is how New Sound treats (or actually doesn’t treat) their patients/customers!!!!!

Great experience working with Dr. Fletcher. She’s knowledgeable, patient, and personable. She walked Gerry through each step, explaining as she progressed. And she was willing to accommodate our schedule. The entire staff was also extremely helpful.

B=New Sounds is the best! They care about their patients and Jessica the receptionist always works with me to reschedule an appointment that fits my needs. The audiologist is the greatest. She takes the time explain what she is doing and how it will help your situation/hearing. The tech is also very good when she looks in and cleans your ears and hearings aids. The are the very best I have found.

I got my hearing checked & got rechargeable hearing aids at True Sound. I found it a great experience & everyone is so nice & I felt like they had my best interest in mind. I will always come here for my hearing needs. Its an awesome place!

This is a very attractive office. All of the employees are very nice. I enjoy going there to have my ears and hearing aids checked. I especially love Heather. She is super sweet and very informed about the hearing aids. I enjoy the candy and cookies that they put in the waiting room! All in all, I give them a 5. They have quite a setup!

If you go to any other hearing aid supplier, youre missing the best!! Friendly, knowledgeable audioligists and staff to fine tune your hearing. To those who need a hearing evaluation...look nowhere else if you want professional help, why? They can even program your hearing aids to mask tinnitus... Give them your business.
